I recently purchased a coat. $125 14th Jan 2023. They sent me a coat that looked cheap. Still had a $20 price tag on it. It was completely different to the one I ordered. Any attempts to contact them to either exchange for the correct jacket or a full refund have not been responded too. I've been reading other reviews and it seems too be happening to lots of people. Even their positive reviews have been written by themselves. Do not buy you will lose your money.

Very happy with product and seller. Received the coat a week earlier than anticipated. It was a gift for my husband and he loved everything about it.

Bought jacket - never arrived. After initial auto-generated email there was no reply for more than 20 days, meanwhile I contacted them several times. Later, I was curious and search deeper. Company's office is in the dead end street in swamp in the US and registered UK legal company was dissolved in 2019. They just kept e-shop opened and money are flowing to the pocket.

I think this website is perfect. I was afraid to order a leather jacket online but this one did not disappoint! The fit is really on point and the quality is excellent. It's a slim-fit style and the sleeves are nice and long which seems to be one of the hardest things for me to find. I am a truly small and ordered the small. It fits great but would be snug if I wanted to zip it. I have no intentions of zipping it though. I'm 5'6" at 130 and a 32B bust. Reasonable price for a real leather jacket. Looks just as in the picture. It fit comfortably for me yet wasn't loose nor tight fitting.

I purchased a coat using celebleatherjackets.com. Size chart measurements as a guideline to chose the proper size, the coat was too small so i emailed them for an exchange or refund as offered in their warranty, instead of honoring the warranty i was offered discounts on other garments, which i refused. Finally they outright refused either an exchange or a refund. As a result i contacted visa through my bank to intervene since i used a visa card for the purchase. The total amount of the purchase was then refunded by visa through my bank to my credit card account. I waited for instructions from the company on how to return the coat. After a few weeks i sent the company an email telling them i hadn't heard from them with instructions telling me how to ship the return. A few days later i was sent the address of ali zafar in the u. K. for the return. The least expensive return fee from california was $85.85 through usps. The company that i shipped the coat from told me it was more because it was now the holiday season and all of the shipping services boost their fees during holiday shipping periods. Had this coat company honored their warranty when i initially contacted them i could have saved some money on the return and a lot of time and energy in trying to negotiate with them to honor their warranty. I rarely encounter problems with online purchases but when i have the companies i've made the purchases through that the sellers are using have immediately given me a refund and apologized. This business touts their reliability and years of service in their ad but their behavior is dishonest. I think they've lasted this long because people like myself haven't consulted online reviews except those the seller offer because customers don't know such advice is available. Only after getting burned do we dig around to find that such online services exist to help consumers make good choices among merchants online.

Ordered a Jacket as a gift for Christmas. The delivery was beyond their posted Christmas delivery timeframe and showed up wayyyy after Christmas. Jacket was too short, have been asking for a return label, return address, but nothing heard back. Unfortunately for them, they now have this crappy review. I ordered a jacket for my son as a Christmas gift. Even though the shipping was late we were excited to get it. As soon as it was unfolded one of the buckles fell off but we were able to re attach it easily. It's well made material however it didn't fit, it was just a little too tight for my son. I requested that we be able to return the jacket and exchange it for a larger size and was told that it would be too expensive for me to return it and that instead I should just keep it and the company would give me a whole $20 to use for something else( the jacket was $140). How does that benefit me? I've had nothing but issues with communication and this company standing up to what they advertise as their policy. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I've noticed that they get to approve the reviews made on their products which means the public only sees what they want them to see.
