Being a badminton nut, this is without doubt the best site I have ever used, they do exactly what they say.
These guys are terrible. First of all they sent me the wrong size shoes. Then they didn't refund my cost for returning them even though it was their fault. They didn't include the free gist that was promised with them. Don't reply to emails - generally extremely poor customer service. I won't be using again!
Got myself a brand new racket and the quality of service is 10/10!

Avoid like the plaque. Racket received had paint chips, called customer service and they agreed to replace it and refund my return shipping costs which they refused to after they received it. Why tell false promises to a customer and not fulfil it? Order was also missing the free grip.
Charged me for delivery of one item then placed that item inside the box of the item that had free delivery offered at purchase time.
Dishonest.
