Absolutely terrible service. My car took 6 weeks to be transported from Melbourne to Perth and when it finally arrived, the windscreen was broken, the front had been pushed in such that the radar sensor no longer worked, and someone had been ratting through the glove box and other areas with wiring now hanging out and exposed. It cost me thousands to repair. Every claim I have made for compensation has been refused by them. Almost criminal behaviour. If you value your vehicle, DO NOT USE CEVA!
I used Ceva based on a personal recommendation and they lived up to their reputation. I was also impressed by the kind and professional way the woman at the Wingfield front desk engaged in training a new employee. I had the opportunity to observe this as I was waiting for a few minutes for my car to be brought out.

Site has a few glitches with entertaining details along with trying to retrieve an existing quote, kept telling me my email address didn't match. Otherwise its pretty straight forward and easy

Fantastic experience. I had my Alfa *** transported from Western Australia to New South Wales. They collected from my sisters address and delivered it to my location. Vehicle was in great condition when it arrived. Loved the tracking service online and knew where the vehicle was at all times. 10/10 service. Very impressed with the focus on customer service! Received a personal call from the team 24 hours before delivery to confirm drop off location.
Through a Victorian car yard, CEVA Transport was contracted to move and deliver a car. Keeping track of the vehicle was easy and kept us update with what was going on.
The day of deliver the guy delivering the car called and gave a 30min window for delivery and was spot on time. He was polite and friendly and showed good care for the vehicle. He is a credit to the CEVA company.

I had never had a car transported from interstate before. After doing some research, I trusted them based on online reviews, but also the feedback that they own their own trucks, promoted employee safety and the experience and communication was absolutely superb. I would highly recommend Ceva to friends and family, and should I ever need to transport a vehicle from interstate, I won't hesitate to use Ceva again. Thank you for the fantastic job!
Most people no longer have 2 phone numbers. It isn't terribly obvious that you just repeat your mobile number in the second field.

I admit to this being my fourth try but it has gone smoothly and my being an old myope with a clumsy finger may well be the main reason for the earlier failures! So I hope all now goes well. It is a glorious day here in Perth. Thank you.

No reason, this service is all the same between businesses. Maybe this is slightly cheaper, maybe there was slightly better reviews?

The booking system is relatively user friendly. Only problem is it doesn't bring up the delivery address in the summary.
Value for money and past experience
Experience was easy to follow and quick to book. Date for pickup and transport hasn't arrived yet so we'll see how that goes.

My car was ground up restored and built from an original *** Toyota Celica Supra in perfect condition and transported from Perth to Sydney. *** kept me updated online with their tracker and any concerns addressed by their call centre. I used the Premium Enclosed Service and it arrived on the day stated with a friendly call from the Depot in Minto without a mark. They even covered the seat and footwells to ensure it stayed clean. The drivers genuinely cared about the cars and *** did too. Thanks again, will definitely recommend.

The coverage and ease of booking
I had an exotic car transported using CEVA's enclosed service from Adelaide to Sydney. The team at CEVA were great to deal with from start to finish. They made the whole process stress free and my car arrived ahead of schedule and in great condition. I would happily use them again.

I have an issue that the delivery address says Depot but I have paid for car to be delivered to a private street address.
This is now resolved to my satisfaction and I appreciate the fact that I was contacted when I raised this issue. That's great service!

a special mention to gain *** who has gone above and beyond to assist me, he is terrific
Online booking is great. Call centre service is slightly frustrating due to language barrier and poor call connection but staff were still polite.
Better reviews than most
Need a back button to go back and correct inaccuracies, as at the moment you have to start all over again.
Used previously
The process was very easy. The only minor item of note was that when I originally called for a quote and to discuss the process the call centre operator did not seem to know about the car details although I provided make and model. They sounded like they were not in Australia. All other aspects went very smoothly and all staff I dealt with at the two depots were excellent and very professional and friendly.
