I have a business account that was closed since Oct-23 until now Feb-24 my money worth $2500 is still not returned. Called them countless times but different representative says different status. Too dismayed about how they handle my issue. Now, it's just a waiting game and not letting up. I feel so frustrated.

Recently I was scammed into paying on an old credit card debt from over 15 years ago by some scammer who had all my personal info and of course was with a fake company. After the fact and a little research I was duped into paying over twice what the original debt was by this scammer who was using scare tactics saying I was gona be sued, so thinking I was doing the right thing I payed! So original debt still remains and I'm out over 2200.00 because chase wont lift a finger and get off their lazy $#*! and investigate anything! After 2 disputes, numerous calls to their so called " dispute" department, all documents showing the company is fake so clear a toddler could tell it was a scam, and even a police report stating the company is fake! Chase says it's a valid charge and I have nothing! Stay away from CHASE they support fraudulent scammers and put their customers LAST!

So I went into my local branch here in ******* and worked with a "personal" banker to get a trust account setup so that I could take advantage of CD rates. But after weeks of missed appointments, goof-ups when he tried to scan and/or email documents to central processing and LOTS of hour-long calls to offshore customer care to fix his mess-ups, I finally have a checking account, which I will use to ACH transfer the funds to another bank ASAP. I don't blame the lazy banker for all of the delays and wasted time, I think half of it is how big and cumbersome Chase is.

The customer service people are horrible. They don't know what they're talking about and have no interest in helping me out anytime I have an issue. They seriously need training.

Shred your Chase debit cards and close them quickly
As a Sapphire Card holder, we have learned through our own experience the last couple months that Chase debit cards are not protected by Chase AT ALL! While we both held debit cards that we never used, SOMEONE in Saudi Bank overseas was able to obtain both our numbers 2 years later and without having to use the 3 digit code number...made a charge against both cards within seconds of each other. Even though we called them as soon as it happened, here we are month and a half later, and their fraud department is still in denial and we continue to waste time. Chase is not worth this aggravation. Time to search alternative Banks.

If I would have known a 10 day hold would have been put on my check for 2900 I would have waited to go into the bank or cashed it somewhere else.
The check was from Tesla, Chase has been receiving my direct deposit for the past 2 years. The most $#*!ed up part about this the customer service agent told me to tell my daughter happy birthday. Like a 5 year old will understand why her father didn't bring her what I said I would because a bank flagged my bonus check from Tesla

So from nowhere, Chase decided to end 18 years of relationship with them and close my personal checking account and all my personal and business credit cards with them (9 in total). All this is just weird and here are some reasons:
1- they closed everything except my 10-year business checking account.
2- they approved me for Hyatt Business at the beginning of the year. I just finished the normal and extra spending on it. How? Legit business expenses.
3- never miss any payment and pay everything fully.
So of course no reason in the letter, from a banker on the branch, or a supervisor on the phone. I was trying to think about the reason behind that and the only thing that comes to my mind is getting a lot and large zelle transactions to my business account. Those are actual business transactions. But they didn't close the business account ‍
I just want to share this with you guys and let you know. It seems to be a lot of people were targeted by Chase and they are closing a lot of accounts from what I just searched lately.

Tip for consumers:
I tried everything possible from talking to a manger in the branch and talking with a supervisor on the phone and no one could give any explanation or contact the team that took the decision.

I lots everything except my business checking account which I believe it's coming next. My credit history will be destroyed because my oldest account with them was in 2008

After being robbed and having my cards used against my will, Chase sent me on a 4 month long absolute nightmare with their despicable fraud department. Mismanagement out of control, unprofessional contact, and a complete dismissal of circumstances. Every single element was in benefit of them. There conclusion on my case wasn't based on the facts of the circumstances, but on ridiculous semantics that exist due to their own advice to me on how to proceed. Ernest, the account specialist who handled my claim, blatantly lied to me on several occasions. Disregarding evidence, testimony, dodging all attempts at meaningful contact. Giving advisement for settling issues, only for those things to be turned around against me, even though it is circumstances THEY created knowing the situation full well. It's all too convenient. I would recommend never working with these people, and as soon as this is resolved I plan to immediately terminate all business with Chase for the rest of my life.

Tip for consumers:
Do not trust them with your money. If you ever work with the fraud department, NEVER work with a man named Ernest-disgusting behavior.

Really easy to navigate. Good customer service. Great platform and very innovative easy to navigate and they've got good interphase.

Incase you're thinking of investing in cryptocurrency, forex and stocks. I did advice you to try out BTCPROFITUK, COM for lucrative investment deals where you invest and you monitor your funds as it grows. The most interesting thing is that you can make a withdrawal at any time of your choosing. Its not like other platform that takes over 24 hours to make withdrawals successful. My wife had an account with substantial deposit and her account got hacked…she reported it immediately after the first fraudulent transactions and it took chase 4 days to put a stop on the account at which time in excess of £600 was withdrawn and only stopped after my wife gave up and transferred all the cash from chase. It then took them days with stupid messages about how much they care and that they will start investigation…a week on with no refund and no response to our complaint except 'the relevant team is loooking into it'. Absolutely disgraceful, unprofessional, incompetent and totally untrustworthy

Received a new card then as required used the chase app to verify receipt of the card next day emailed you have to call us to verify. Tried to access the letter but of course it wouldn't download. So then I send them a message I'm not calling and sitting on hold for 30 mins I already verified the card. Can't you just leave me alone. So then they cancel my card because they are vindictive. Going to close my account today and move to another garbage bank not capitol 1 who snitchea on you to the govt you can't trust anyone in this world

Chase is no good. They don't treat their customers well. They won't give you a credit line increase no matter how long you have had accounts with them. Dont apply for any credit cards with Chase. Go to citi bank, Discover or American Express, Synchrony Bank.

I had The worst experience I have ever heard with any banks. Chase is not loyal to the customers. On the other they will illegally freeze your account and then give the money in your account to a third-party without your consent that was the worst I ever had and then I found out what they was illegal. They don't care about the consumers that's why I would never ever used their services

I lost my job and couldn't pay the bill. I called them to see if they could give me some extra time or lower the payment temporarily until I get my income back. When I first contacted them, they offered a plan for me to lower my payment for a few months. Then, when I called back a few days later, the plan no longer was on the table for unknown reasons that they wouldn't explain.
They refused to help and they were the only company I had an issue with. I have credit cards with other companies and they had plans available that allowed me some time to get back on track. Chase doesn't care and just wants the full amount or they will sue.
I've been a customer as long as I can remember and this is horrible of them.

BEWARE that Chase credit card(s) charge a "transaction fee" for any purchase made other than US dollars! Per Chase, this is due to their 'no annual fee' card(s). The representative was completely unaware that other credit card companies such as; DISCOVER and CAPITALONE do NOT charge this fee!

Cashiers check locally drawn on ten day hold? Won't call to verify lie and say the issuing bank didn't answer. Foreigners on customer service. Will never use this bank to deposit again. Made a ******* deposit not even 200 available until January 5. Called fifth third issuing check and they cleared it.

I have just spent 3 hours trying to login to Chase bank to make an auto payment. The password isn't working... they sent me a code. That doesn't work... now my user name doesn't work. I am unable to speak with customer service. They have hung up one me twice after I was on hold for 25 minutes. This bank is not customer friendly. Also I have been getting emails that a company Lift has been charging to my account and I need to speak to someone about this..

Hello Everyone that has a Chase credit card out there, I was betrayed by Chase Bank after being a Loyal Customer for over 30 Years...Whaaat! Yes you heard correctly. I've been with Chase Bank since it was Washington Mutual, and I've always paid my bills on time of course through out the 30 years I have had a few late payments as life happens with Deaths in the family, COVID, ect. But I always paid my bills and so my limit was like 22 grand on my card and I've through the years have Max out my card a couple of times and always paid it off in full and of course recharge on it. So on January of 2024 I had like 21k Charged on the card and I received a check and deposited it for $9100.00 and I called them several times saying to them my plans, that the entire check received was going to be used to pay the credit card but they didn't clear it till after the due date hmmm, and even though I called to let them know my purpose with the funds several times the news landed on deaf ears because they still charged me a late fee ( incredible) and after I paid $9100.00 dollars they REWARD me by REDUCING My limit DOWN 👇 like $8,000. As if to PUNISH Me for being a Loyal Customer for over 30 Years Now, You'd think I called Consolidated Creditors to SHORT THEM Out Which I would never do because I'm from the OLD School so I believe in paying for the things I charge/buy, so Please take note that You May Be Loyal to CHASE Bank but DON'T BELIEVE THEM and Don't Expect Anything from THEM As much as They say That They Stand By Your Side to Help You Because They DON'T, They Only HELP THEMSELVES and Don't Care about PEOPLES Real Life and Situations as They Claim to be there for You. So USE THEM But BE AWARE That THEY will CUT YOUR TRUST DOWN and BETRAY You in an INSTANT. THAT'S the REAL HARD TRUTH I HAD TO SEE, FEEL, And EXPERIENCE With CHASE Bank for MYSELF after Believing THEY CARED for Me, WHAT A JOKE. Samuel C. I have had a chase card for some fifteen years, for the last five of those years I have been using the same computer for on line contact with Chase. Recently, when I log in, I get a message saying that I am logging in on a new device and must identify myself. I go through the nonsense to get logged in and have told Chase numerous times that I am not on a new device, nor have I changed my browser. They ignore me and I continue to have the same issue logging in. Not willing to do business with one who will not address my concerns, I am going to pull a Hank Snow and I am moving on. Good by Chase.

Just received this card. Here is what is wrong.
1. They promise one thing before you apply, but when the card came the rewards are different
2. The site is well organized on the first sight but wouldn't allow me to set up an automatic payment
3.I called for help and waited for 25 min before someone in another country answered the phone. This person wasn't able to help me so he just switch me to the waiting music. Another 20 min later I gave up and decided that this card is not worth it.
Good thing is that I don't have any banking with this bank.
Not a pleasant experience. Don't recommend it.

Tip for consumers:
my conclusion is to stay away from companies that don't employ Americans

A mi esposo l dieron una tarjeta de crédito de 500 y según te regaban 200 pero tenían k gastar los 500 para que te dieran lis 200 fue una bil estafa porq la tenemos desde febrero y la tarjeta no se uso mas desde ese mes pagando 100 cada mes y esta fecha debo 420 todavía me enoje mucho por el robo y para no joder el crédito de mi esposo lo pague ayer mismo a ver k me van a cobrar después oh me darán cargos por pagar en su totalidad es el peor banco de mierda que hay jodiendo mintiendo basura de banco y los agentes bien entrenados para su comisión

Chase used to be an excellent bank that you could rely on when unscrupulous companies scam you but not anymore! Went to them about Frontier's.01 Wild Pass agreement that never existed and all they said was you signed the agreement. I explained that the company didn't honor the agreement and submitted about 47 pages of evidence as they suggested to be told again I signed the agreement.
What a waste of time!

Always reporting my card in stolen without my input reply to the text the send still report my card in stolen was with them for 4 months and had 10 different cards from them since then costumer service have attitude's and management is just as worst would not recommend this bank to anyone
