Environmental concerns for safety of staff due to covid and waste not being removed
Then try to bully you into a new 12 month contract!

All I'll say is avoid CheaperWaste at all costs! They are nothing more than a broker! They do not empty bins but they do take your money! The sales pitch is a total lie!

I have personally found that Cheaper Waste is one of the finest examples of the worst kind of company you can imagine. From my personal dealings with Cheaper waste the only thing they deliver on is a bottomless pit of hidden extra charges, a black hole of conflict, I have been absorbed into a world of legal argument, transported into a whole other realm of bullying by unorthodox lawyers badgering for money money money I do not owe, I was sucked into a very dubious roll over contract! If you dabble with this company your finances will be perpetually enslaved & eaten up by this company, you will behold a whole world of money grabbing people who think they are entitled to everything you own with endless letters from solicitors demanding your hard earned money in the hope you will be so harassed by them that you will just pay what they want & go away. One thing you should not expect is any kind of service, by that I mean, good customer service or good bin service but do expect to be served & served & served. If you want a fair, HONEST service go elsewhere! But if you don't heed the warnings, then fight back like the rest of us & keep fighting!. Take a look at the action groups that have been set up by the enormous amounts of Unhappy Customers of Cheaper Waste..

Avoid this company unless you like being taken for an absolute fool! Missed bin pick ups & extra charges like you would never believe! They have a contract that you can never leave (whatever the circumstances) without big penalty of payment & when your contract is up & you do all the termination of contract the right way that's advised to you by them they will do anything they can to get extra money & when you challenge it will send a solicitor letter to frighten you! If you do agree to a contract be warned that if you ever have a query regarding the billing it is almost impossible to speak to someone & you are given every excuse as to why this problem can't be resolved! They email saying we tried to ring you back but your phone will have no missed calls! I was charged for extra weight on nearly every bin pick up but no evidence of this was ever supplied to me & when I asked my bin man he said his weight machine was broken so how did that even work out! If you have a small business that's trying to make a small profit in this world then definitely AVOID this company unless you like frustration & the extra headache of dealing with an absolutely useless company! If i had known 2 years ago about all the other unhappy customers of Cheaperwaste it would have been a god send so do your research on this company before you sign anything & if you do sign (god be with you) make sure you keep every single piece of paperwork & record every single telephone call as you will need it all in the future for helping yourself as they will deny & add things to help themselves! Money greedy company that are no good to anyone! EVEN IF YOUR BUSINESS IS CLOSED DUE TO CORONAVIRUS THEY STILL CHARGE YOU FOR NOTHING!
