Bad company with Cheap o air and the agents are very unprofessional and do not explain properly and will not let you make a transfer if you pay extra or issue you a refund on flights. Total waste of time and resources and they will exhaust you. Supervisor so unknowledgeable and will not sympathize the situation or make any changes. If it was with West Jet after making a purchase they can refund you after canceling within 24 hours. Total bull$#*! company cheap o air is all about. Do not shop for them?

When I booked Through Cheapoair for Ryan Air flights credit card details were passed on directly to Ryan Air. Cheapoair's booking software made me buy two tickets for the same trip. After conversations with Cheapoair and Ryanair no refund has been forthcoming after 4 months. What frustrated me most was that theyasked me to talk to Ryanair direct as they are the ones who charged me. But it was Cheapoair's booking software that made it happen. Till today no response.

Good service and price. Easy on line selections, which also provides flight options for cost review. Had follow up questions related to the trip that were answered in timely and professional manner

Booked my flight a week ago with 3rd party who uses PKFARE as their supplier. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to request to change my flight to the week after and guess how many days it took me to even get a confirmation that flight can be changed BUT with fee (will come to the fee later). Yea, it took me 3 days of constant chat for 6-7 hours every day then at the midnight of 4th day they quoted me USD 3,593 fee for change a flight for which I paid $900 only. Which was apparently a quote from PKFARE. I highly discourage using 3rd party travel agency like CheapOair who has these great suppliers who least care about customer's time and money and do directly to the airlines for your booking…

Cheap-O-Air took my booking and MONEY for a bankrupt (lynx) airline and did not contact me or provide proof of cancellation so I can get my money back for a ticket that I can not use.

Or did they help me make new arrangements. Instead they are trying to wait a number of days so they are no liable for the transaction.

My suggestion is put your money and business elsewhere.

Cheap o air is just here to rip you off they did me so dirty. I was on their app I have a profile set up and was booking a flight and it says in cad currency which is right when I looked at my bill they charged me in usd. I don't live in the states I set my profile up for a reason so that I can book flights easily they also said there's nothing they can do about then I called there toll free number and it's not free I got charged for calling them to fix this matter I will be deleting my app I will never bring using this company again it's fraud be safe guys!

I bought 2 tickets to the Philippines with insurance for over 4000$ they are not allowing me to cancel or get my money back SCAMMMM and the Customer service is very bad. I will never use this booking service again. And I recommend that you do not use cheapoair

I have bought a ticket from Cheapoair for my brother to come to Vancouver from Europe. I bought insurance, when he wanted to change the date they charged more than 30% of the ticket. 3 months to departure they sent an email that the ticket is changed, you have to call us. their toll free no does not answer.
I have spent hours for this dam ticket, if you want headache go and buy ticket from this company. It looks cheap at the beginning but will be much expensive at the end. Plus the time you have to put to deal with them.

CheapOAir is a scam! I booked a flight for my brother from the Philippines to Canada. The firsr few searches I made showed lower prices. But as soon as I confirm, the price jumps $1000+ higher. When I finally found one that didn't jump up, the flight to Canada and back to the Philippines had layovers in the US. There was no travel advisory that since it has a layover to the US for 2 hours, they would need to acquire C type transit visa. Needless to say my brother and sister in law were told by the airlines that they will not be allowed to board without the transit visas. Our mother paid $2980+. And as a gesture of their sincere apology, they were giving us $50 to use for next booking. They don't want to cancel the flight or change the flight. My sister on law talked to the airlines and were told to talk to CheapOAir to help us get the flight changed so they didn't need to have layovers to the US. But they can only offer us $50. Lots of videos and complaints on Facebook about people being scammed by this company!

I used CheapOair during six times. Then once I had a bad experience with them so I can't recommend this website anymore.

It is not recommended to use CheapoAir. Cheating people. I got a direct ticket, but in the airport while checking in, I learned it had a stop. I paid extra for free cancellation, but the system didn't allow me to do so. It's just wasting money and time. I called Cheapopair, but I got no assistance and/or solution.

Both my husband and I have found that when we travel, and we do a lot of this as our kids are both studying overseas, that Cheapoair always provides the best options to meet our needs. They give a vision of flights that are available at different price points and then they are able to connect with hotels and car rentals. I will continue to tell all my friends and family about the service provide by Cheapoair

Don't book flights from Cheapoair, the worst agency,in the world! I booked two flight tickets to China for $1,985.98 Cnd each for my wife and I from Cheapoair online one week ago. After received the booking details, I found I made mistakes about our first names and called Cheaporair right away to correct them. A lady in their office told me they could do nothing but gave me the phone number of Carrier, Air Canada. Air Canada explained to me, to solve this problem, Cheapoair should cancel the booking first and re-book with the right information. I called Cheapoair again. They told me I had to pay again with $200 more to make a new booking with same travel schedule, then they would try to cancel the old booking and give me the credit, for which they could not guarantee, and I need to pay $150 for each ticket. (They even refused to send me an email with this arrangement.) I had no choice but agreed to pay for another booking. Then a guy asked me to pay $200 more for each new one. He tried three times for the new booking but didn't get it through. I told them, the Carrier's system already had my information, such as last name, date of birth, credit card information, and travel schedule, so to avoid repeat booking the computer would reject the new booking unless the old one is cancelled, as Air Canda explained. They refused to do it and asked me repeatedly to pay for a new booking! I lost more than $4000 Cnd for booking flight tickets from them! From my experience you can see what kind of company Cheapoair is. I will never book flight from them again. Be careful when deal with them!

Financing option did not work after you made payment with the financing option with them and affirm it will not work they will not send you the booking number and you need to wait to tell them to send you the booking confirmation if you try to call CheapOair to know when you will receive it they do not anything and they cannot keep the price for you if the price change tell they made the booking number and to cancel the payment you need to affirm

I booked ticket during second wave of covid from canada to india (round trip), dates were changing due to travel ban, and those rip offs were charging 250$ to change date of canceled flight - that service was provided free by airlines, they eat all money from my canceled return flight as well.

I was booking a ticket with cheapoair co and when I confirmed my booking their web site says the price changed from 1300 to 1700 just in less than one minute! I called the customer service at first they said the flight зcancelled and then said the price changed! You can not trust this company

It's been very good in helping me find the lowest and best fares. Being a college student especially I can't afford to do anything too expensive. Also in a time of family emergency, I was able to change my ticket date to a time period where I was able to be with my sick family member before they passed away. A heart felt review and a heart felt thank you, will be sure to use Cheapoair in the future.

My flights were rescheduled twice. They were not willing to offer alternative flights when an airport transfer was added to my route (the airports are an hour apart and I am travelling with a toddler). I have checked with them several times in the last few months and offer a very flexible travelling date range to arrange other alternatives, but they promptly respond each time that there is no flights available. You will not receive full refund if you cancel the flights. I highly recommend that you book with the airlines directly.

Great service and good prices. Very easy site to maneuver and very user-friendly also.

I called them to change a miss spelling in my ticket, their rep ask me for 220 CAD to do that. When I refused he asked me for 190 and finally 50. Although I know that it is a free service but they insisted to charge me. Their rep was so bad as he kept me on an international call for almost one hour to do that and I got 30 CAD bill for that call.
I don't recommend this website. They are not professional at all.

Bought tickets from here, now they keep taking money from our bank account, when we called they have lots of excuses and say that the money taking is for this and that! What a horrible experience everything is a nightmare. If this keeps happening we will have to sue them. Or we will contact the media, they need to stop scaming people. Enough is enough they should be reported. STop taking people money with your ridiculous hidden fees.We will make this viral!

He didn't trust what I said at all. Price Details (CAD) C$2,066.86 was shown on their website, but he insisted that the price was in US dollars. To me it's a very low-grade joke.
