Cheap Tickets Deal

I was hesitant about purchasing tickets through Cheap Tickets Deal after reading multiple mixed reviews but decided to give it a shot as most of the 1-star reviews were written during the chaos of COVID. I found an excellent price (or so I thought) through Cheap Tickets Deal for my round-trip flight this summer at $834 and booked it. Immediately afterwards, I received an email stating that the booking was declined, then a representative called to say that the price for this booking is "no longer available" and is now over $950 for the same round-trip ticket. I was shocked and asked the representative for some time to decide, to which she very rudely told me, "my shift ends in 10 minutes and I am the only one assigned to your case so you need to decide now." After that interaction, I realized the negative reviews were accurate. This company is a scam and tries to hassle you into purchasing tickets at a higher rate than advertised. Save yourself some money and look elsewhere to purchase tickets, as Cheap Tickets Deal is clearly not a reputable company.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Cheapticketsdeal is basically pure scam and a the most dishonest company I've dealt with.
They owe me over $2,000 of credit from tickets that got cancelled during Covid and we I have never been able to re-book to new flights (even if the credit is valid until Dec'22) or got a refund. After chasing them via phone and many emails (which 99% of the time got ignored) they replied that we should ask for the money back to their supplier! Even if we have never had any contacts or done any transaction with their supplier! Their Customer Service and Concerns Team have no process and no training at all on how to deal with complains or they are simply told to ignore customer complains. I'm now in the middle of a legal action process with the small claims court in the UK and I will also contact Skyscanner and Kayak to share the legal case, to try to stop this scammers from listing in global travel comparison sites and to prevent other customers from falling into the same trap.

I must admit to being a little skeptical when I started reading negative reviews. But almost all of the negatives involve refund issues during the chaotic days of COVID cancellations, and the Better Business Bureau site shows that complaints they had received were reviewed and case closed.

We got ticket prices roughly half of what the brand-name airline's native site was offering, and it only took about 30 minutes from start to finish. My credit card company asked me to validate the legitimacy of the charge, I said 'yes', and the etickets with a valid Confirmation code (that I validated on the airline's native site) showed up shortly after.

SCAM! Twice I booked airfare through them and both times I got emails to call them. I called and was told that the fare I booked had expired and they could give me a more expensive fare, After the 1st time, I watched the site and when it went back to the cheaper fare I confirmed again only to get a call back at 1:30am that the price was no longer valid but they could book it at higher fare. All 3 devices that I was looking at were still offering fares at cheaper price, agent claimed the site had not refreshed yet.

The customer service was quick and patient to issue a ticket on time, answer all my concerns in a respectful, kind way. Thank you

Quotes prices and then doesn't honor them. Customer service made anti Semitic comments.
They took credit card
Sent confirm.
Kept saying ticket is coming.
4 days later reneged.

We bought 2 tickets to Cancun Mx for $1,400. Our flight was to leave in April but due to the pandemic, our flight was cancelled. Delta has since refunded Cheapticketsdeal the money. It has been 6 months and they haven't refunded my money. I have called at a least a dozen times and they keep on saying that because of the pandemic they are encountering technical difficulties, that they are working remotely and I will get my refund. My bank got the full refund on November 2. Why did it take so long? I am happy I got my money back and can now move on.

Provided with the very best price. Because the booking was not in my name I was asked to pay via a 3rd party site. (Viva wallet). That was a little worrying at first but everything went perfectly fine and eticket was issued in less than 24 hrs as promised. I was impressed I was always able to reach them within less than a minute when calling. Frank Darwin was my agent and he was very helpful.

I booked 2 tickets to Costa Rica in October departing December 26. When I got to tge airport the agent informed us the the flights were never ticketed and there was nothing they could do. We scrambled and bought tickets at a premium. I have contacted CTD multiple times they say they will resolve but never get back to me. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SITE!

Beware of this company,
Will get you a (hard to believe) deal, then will send an email asking for your credit card information, and "Card Authorization Form" your info and Driver license! All these after the booking is confirmed, and even they will issue confirmation number to you!
And if you don't send these information right away, guess what, no booking, everything is cancelled!
I think this operation is based in a basement in some small building in China

Great service. They called me back to make sure I got my email with my tickets as I had been concerned. Read the fine print and it's not on them if you expect a refund when you got non-refundable tickets!

Not sure how they did it, but not only was my flight MUCH cheaper than anything else I found, but the actual flights were amazing! Awesome times of day and DIRECT, when I was having trouble finding either. Will definitely use again.

I thought this site might be a scam, but due to the crazy flight prices right now (April 2022), I went ahead and booked my family's flight for June. Meanwhile, I needed to call to ask a few questions, and the customer service representative was absolutely incredible: she answered right away; she knew who I was; she helped me select seats so that my kids could each sit with a parent -- honestly, SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE USUAL RUNAROUND I have gotten from Delta, American, etc... I will 100% recommend Cheap Tickets! (Emily)

Representative was very helpful with finding me a cheap flight for last minute planning, grateful for the service provided.

BA cancelled return flight in MArch 2020 and right away I call cheapticketsdeal to process the cancellation. Well for 5 months now nothing happen. Every 2-3 weeks I call they say same thing... they process for refund with BA... if I call BA they say that nothing was filled with them from chepticketsdeal so months are passing and still nothing... I had another 6 cancellations with other airlines and all was processed in 2-3 months except this one so pray guys that you don; t have to deal with a refund with them. Better buy directly from airline cause like this I see no happy ending.

This was the fourth site I tried and the first that felt like it was not a bait and switch. The ticket price was what they said it was. The site was very easy to navigate and the follow up service was pleasant. The clerk spoke slowly enough and clearly enough so that I was sure I understood her which was very reassuring.

They offer low prices and have great customer service on the phone. I received my ticket with Delta 48 hours after reserving it through Cheap Ticket Deals. No problems — the ticket slid right into the Delta app.

These folks are fishing for credit card numbers. I ordered tickets got confirmation then they cancelled my reservations. Then they wanted more money and a photocopy of my credit card. I called my credit card company and they told me to cancel my credit card as thier fraud department find this company to be very suspicious. Their site is listed as. CA but they are an American company. I will also summit a complaint to the FBI fraudulent department. Anyone posting good reviews are either friend or family. The new price they offered for my cancelled flight was more expensive than the reputable popular sites.

The agent was very efficient and polite. Ticket price was well below other that offered by other sites. I'm looking forward to me trip.
