I bought some large stainless pans and a manual turn yourself popcorn thing here. All arrived in about a week without any broken glass lids. Excellent quality here is why I gave 5stars. Nice selection of cooking stuff. No overcharges on the credit card, and they emailed me a coupon for free shipping on my next order.

Their products are usually awesome (at least every item I have) and reviews are great, online ordering is not. It's been a month and I don't have stuff. No notification of the delay, can't get through to customer service (line's always busy), and email replies from customer service are vague ("we will probably ship it next week", for three weeks). Quality products don't make up for terrible service. No wonder it's going out of business.
