My jumpsuit came fast and the quality of the material seems to be good! However, my zipper has already torn 😩

I ordered a red dress and some Christmas socks to wear on Christmas Day. Ordered them quite a while before Christmas. They didn't arrive until after Christmas so I no longer needed them. The quality of the material of the dress was shocking anyway so wouldn't have worn it.
I tried so hard to get a return address and found it impossible. So I'm stuck with two, very bad quality items that I will never wear.
Poor aftercare service. Would never buy from them again!

The clothing got here quickly but because I'm short I have to get pants taken up

I ordered a XS and it was too big. I contacted ChicMe and they wouldn't accept the return, but offered me a 10% discount.

You guys over charged me for the items Dec. 5th, 2024. Then a couple days later when I go back on the website each item is half priced off. I will not shop with you guys again. Really a rip off. Which sucks.

Unfortunately the delivery took a month. I maybe will order again but with lots of time

My issue is with the return policy you guys make it very hard for us to return an item that doesn't fit we should not have to pay for the returned label and additional fees. When we order we don't know how your clothes fit unless we try them also i returned an order no response that the item was received and no credit back.

Great experience ordering everything online. Easy to check out, great price. The only downside was, some of the products contained more as advertised than what really arrived, and the product did not fit as well as we would have hoped. But overall good.
