“Terrible”

I gave 1 star as I wasn't able to give none. I bought a groom professional blo600 from this company, what a mistake! The connector that attaches it to the pipe isn't strong enough for the airflow, so when you turn it on, the unit rises to the ceiling. I tried hanging things over the pipe, but then it points at the floor. It is completely useless. I contacted Christies and they admitted they had lots of issues with this model, but if I wanted to return it, it would be at my own expense! I sent them a video of the issue and had several messages with them, all extremely unhelpful. Eventually, they agreed to collect it, but have said that if they manage to rectify the issue, they will charge me for the collection, but have not said how much. Obviously they are going to say they have fixed it as soon as they have my money and my goods. I'm extremely upset with this company and experience. They sell knowingly faulty goods and then offer no recompense. Please avoid at all costs, there's lots of decent companies out there that treat customers fairly, such as Mutneys and Simpsons. I will just use this as a very expensive blaster now and never purchase from this company again, terrible.

I spent 3 months after the package was allegedly sent and nothing turned up.

I had to threaten them with fraud reports as they would read and not respond to requests.

They promised to refund money if product did not turn up and when after 3 months of utter time wasting i demanded a refund they basically told me TOUGH LUCK and they refuse to do anything about it.

I have made a fraud report with Visa to get a refund
