When I live their it was a nice place with professional and blue collar people who were decent. But now, they have let a lot of horrible people move there. Cars are broken into all the time. Loud music is Played all night, drugs are being sold and bought. Not worth the risk and not worth the money. If you don't believe me, go to Trulia.com and pick a house nearby these apartments on the site and then hit the crime section on the website and you will it go solid dark blue which means a heavy crime infested area. Light blue means very little blue. Also, Areavibes.com will tell you that Mesquite is not a safe place anymore.
