We use the Cincopa service for the blog, it is very easy in use, everything is rather clear for control. By means of this service we have improved registration of our website and the bigger number of visitors than have received earlier. Cincopa is a big time saver for me. I had a huge SlideShow Pro collection feeding a photographer website. Cincopa is the only solution I know able to recover all files and albums with titles and captions directly from SlideShow Pro over the net. I did not need to download/upload the photos nor to retype all texts. Now everything is displayed with nice player, well integrated in a WordPress site and ready for the future on all devices.

This site has saved me a significant amount of time and stress. There aren't any other sites (that I'm familiar with) that provide the same services with the same ease as Cincopa. Before using the service, I was relying on complicated HTML and JavaScript coding that I am personally not the best at writing, in order to create slideshows and galleries. The video hosting and management solution makes this site worth the use!

I'm using Cincopa media plugin to add video and image galleries to my WordPress-based small business website. I like the variety of templates for galleries and slideshows. My website has up to 10K visitors per month so far. However, the user flow keeps growing and I'm starting to feel a little desperate since the current bandwidth is not enough. Probably, I'll need to upgrade to a bigger plan, but it will cost me extra money.

Cincopa provides an easy to use format with diverse templates that extend options for beginners to advanced users, with beautiful results - and takes a load off from coding these options for a web designer. When I found Cincopa I was relieved from a lot of tedious work. I enjoyed inserting slideshows, rotating slides and more using Cincopa into a website template that did not offer these options. Therefore I was able to expand upon the template easily with some exciting graphics.

I can't speak about the platform, because the person on my team who signed up quit the very next week. Ever since then, we've been trying to cancel the service but there's simply no way. They won't answer emails or any of the commetns I left in their social platforms. Their charges keep on coming for a service we've never used.
I see many others commenting the same, so it seems like this is a well-orchestrated scam.

I will now have to change credit card numbers because there's just no way to cancel.

After years uploading my videos on Vimeo Pro I've tried Cincopa and I am only using their services now. Its just make more sense for my business (Commercial Video Production). Their service is great and affordable. I am using it in my Squarespace website and everything works well, after inserting the CSS file in seconds... I can host a lot of videos and photos and publish them easily through some really cool video player skins and manage them quickly through my account. Also the fact that I can invite some colleagues to be managed by my account is very handy!.

I love the fact of how easy it is to create a player for your videos and audios files as there are a lot of selections to choose from. The customer support line is incredibly capable of walking you through step by step in order to get you up and running in no time. There are a number of embedding options and the quality of the video and audio seems to always be consistently clean and easy to use. The video hosting and the CDN are one of best out there. And is even available with the free account. Love Cincopa.

I appreciate Cincopa for its smart interface, simply use, performing software for media sharing.
In free version there is reduced use of space, due to the bond with MB of media seen by users. But I think it is the best solution available on the market of enhancing software.
With Cincopa I solved the problem of having a rich but simply and cool photogallery for my design company that have a very small visibility but need quality in representation of itself. And the same happens with video gallery that is very useful.

What do I like about Cincopa? A simple interface and an excellent choice for every taste. There is a free account.
Do not really like the prices, too expensive. But there is a $ 99 rate for ever that fits most.
A good resource that can help a bunch of problems, but not everyone knows about it.

Half a year ago, our team was looking for a hosting to host a large number of videos. Therefore, we needed a service with a good price for an unlimited number of videos.

It is difficult to meet such conditions, but we were pleasantly surprised by the offer of Cincopa, when switching to their service, to transfer us from a corporate to a new, unique, completely unlimited tariff at a good cost.

Everything went pretty well, although our clients from the CIS countries had problems with access, and some videos were processed by the service for several days and downloaded at a very low speed if the volume was large.

Half a year later, they began to withdraw money from us in three times the amount. At the same time, we did not receive any warning about changes in tariffs and conditions.

After two weeks of correspondence with the support service, they promised me that a manager would contact me. I waited two more weeks for an answer, listening to lies that they had already contacted us.

In a conversation with the manager, it was not possible to come to any agreement. They require our company to pay at the regular, corporate rate, otherwise it is not profitable for them to cooperate with us.

At this point we have contacted our lawyers and are going to file a fraud report against Cincopa.

Cincopa deceived us with an offer and changed the terms without notice. Support and managers can lie to you for weeks or months and it still won't get you anywhere.

I advise you to avoid Cincopa, especially for large companies.

Cincopa geos where other media hosting sites do not. I have searched long and hard for a site that would host a 20 minute podcast for free. There is absolutely no pressure to upgrade if you don't want to. If you do, you have several plans to choose from, according to your needs.

And, let's face it. What is a product or service without good customer service? You won't be disappointed with Cincopa's.

My boss had to present the images to a client for his new website that same day. He asked me to create a slideshow, but there was no time. I searched the internet for a solution and found Cincopa. I was able to quickly create the slideshow and for free. The images and videos do not take up space on my server because they provide hosting. Since then, it is the tool we use to show images and videos to customers.

I'm sending multiple emails to customers and my emails often contain videos. I had used YouTube to embed videos in emails for years, but I moved to Cincopa approx. 6 months ago. Because it's important to me to figure out which email recipients have actually viewed a video in my email and how well they have been engaged, I found that Cincopa's video analytics provides a deeper isight. What I like is that video analytics stats can be tied to stats from MailChimp. This enables me to see every recipient's email address and name in the video analytics user feed. Then, I can track their engagement with video heatmaps and find personal details about each one, such as their IP, device type, etc. Pretty good.

I needed customizable photogalleries for my website and the solutions I found in Cincopa fitted my needs perfectly. It's very easy to use, mobile friendly, we can choose from a lot of different options in terms of layouts, and we also have a lot of features we can customize. A lot of modern and appealing options.
I would recommend it to anyone who has a website where they need to embed media in a easy way, creating beautiful galleries, with photos and videos.

I wanted to add scrolling pictures to my website. After many different sites and many failures I stumbled upon Cincopa.
Their simple management solutions and many easy to use templates was idea for my purposes. I have now created a video portal and customized a few video players to entertain my visitors and I saw that my video stats started to grow.
I would definitely recommend Cincopa to beginners like myself to make your sites look more professional

Cincopa is so great tool to manage my differents gallery on my website.

I use Cincopa to help promote my music. It integrates audio and video easily into websites. There is a great selection of player templates. The hosting and management work well. I wish Cincopa was around when I first tried to include audio and video in my websites. On the free players the Cincopa logo is included but that is not a major.
