Everyone has the right to an effective judiciary. The judges in Canada are NOT effective because they are NOT impartial when an ordinary citizen takes a Lawyer to court for any reason. My last judge did not let me present my case, did not allow me to speak first, nor did he ask me any questions. My last judge did force my case to be heard LAST to ensure that there would be no witnesses to his corrupt, biased behaviour. My last judge did quietly pass secret documents and notes between himself and the Lawyer-Defendant without allowing me to see them, to ensure that there would be nothing in the transcripts to prove his deliberate corruption. One judge was pre-Alzheimers and actually did not remember the name of the plaintiff. One judge gave a different decision verbally than in writing. One judge did change his mind and did refuse to act on what he had agreed to in court. One judge had actually written up his decision before the Hearing. One judge met with the Defendant in the locked courtroom before the Hearing. One judge did illegally cancel a scheduled Hearing without telling me. One judge did make a decision without the Defendant or his lawyer being present. One judge did refuse to allow relevant subpoenaed documents to be submitted for a Hearing. One judge did hold a non-verbal Hearing by passing secret notes to the Defendant to ensure that the transcripts would not reveal his corruption. One judge did take illegal possession of, and did wrongfully adjudicate matters scheduled for another time and by another judge. One judge did refuse to allow me to audio record his biased Hearings and stated that I would have to pay for court transcripts. I am outraged that the biased, incompetent Canadian Judicial Council even exists because the response to my complaint about my non-verbal judge did result in being quickly told that I was "IRRATIONAL" for even complaining about him. The Canadian Judicial Council never bothered to investigate my allegations. The Chief Justice of Canada, who is in charge of the Judicial Council, did obviously approve of that response. Ask Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and your MP why they approve of the misconduct of the Canadian Judicial Council?
