There was a problem with my canvas but once I contacted them they did not hesitate to send me a new print. Awesome customer service!
This was the most aggravating purchase! I received an ad stating this clock was half off for a small period of time. I tried to buy it and could not get it at that price! Eventually just gave up! Later I got a text with someone willing to give me a discount code but only 20%. Feel like I was bait and switched on this clock!
Expensive, but beautiful. Really opened up a long, plain wall. Purchased the 60" X 30" size for a family member's new apartment.

Gorgeous artwork
I purchased a beautiful piece from ClockCanvas. I was so excited and couldn't wait for it to arrive. Unfortunately it arrived damaged by the shipping company.
Upset, I emailed the company immediately. I included pictures of the damaged piece, as well as the packaging.
ClockCanvas text me back right away. No back and forth, or finger pointing. They sent out a replacement the very same day.
This company treats customers,like customers should be treated.
My picture is beautiful. I will be ordering more in the near future.

The canvas itself is gorgeous, really good quality and vibrant colours, as well as fast international delivery. Very very happy. My biggest shout out goes to the company's amazing customer service. I ordered this canvas as a present, but before I was able to gift it they bought themselves the exact same canvas, so I contacted the company to return it and I have honestly never been so happy with a company's service before, they really went above and beyond to help me and I'm ecstatic with the outcome.

I ended up with another gorgeous canvas shipped to me for free and a refund of the price difference and didn’t have to ship the old canvas back due to the high shipping costs. Honestly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.
Beautiful high quality canvases for excellent prices.
Very careful and meticulous Vendor, making sure to keep you informed of the process and stage of your purchase and delivery every step of the way, thus giving you peace of mind. The delivery agent was also flexible on the date of delivery, as I had to reschedule to ensure someone was home to receive since it was a large canvas.
Affordable art
I love the print. I ordered a framed print of "Forest Dawn". It came in 2 weeks and very well packaged. I was disappointed that the frame was not ready to hang like it said it would be. I got the hardware to attach to the frame, but it is hard for me. The low-glare plexiglass is not low-glare at all, and there are a few slight imperfections in the plexiglass. I will probably have to take it somewhere and pay to have the hanging hardware attached, and have the plexiglass replaced with non-glare glass.

As I expressed to Jessica not sending confirmation # to the ordering individual is very problematic! In other words you need to rethink only sending it to the Email associated with the PayPal account. My entire family uses the same PayPal account!

Packaging was pieces of cardboard placed in jigsaw-like pattern to make cover the product.
It was NOT all covered. There were gaping holes in packaging.
