I have purchased clocks over the years and always been very happy with the purchases. Delivery has always been on time and they have always kept me updated throughout. My most recent purchase was a bar cabinet and I was very hesitant to buy something so big. However it was delivered in perfect condition and they delivery guys were so personable. I absolutely love the piece. Their customer service is consistently good and I will definitely shop with them again.

Don’t. You can not reach them once the order is made. They say it’s shipped immediately-ITS NOT. They do that because they say you can not cancel once shipped. They promise two week delivery and it’s going on a month and a half.

I placed an order in Feb 2021. It is now Nov 2021. I still have not received the item or a refund. The company has lied repeatedly. I had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau to get a response. Do not trust this company. They still your money and ignore you. I attached a copy of my order confirmation as it shows proof of purchase.
Clockway/ Gift Theory inc/ Furniture above has filed for bankruptcy. United States Bankruptcy Court. Central District of California. Case number 9:22-bk-*******-RC filed for chapter 7 5/24/22. I received the notice because I had ordered from them 9 months ago and never got my cabinet. Hope this information keeps some people from having the same kind of bad experience.

Schisters... Took over $8,000 and will not deliver the merchandise. Never get a straight answer from customer service. They keep obsfuscating and say that most of the order is there waiting to be sipped, but they do not know when the last item will arrive so that they can send the complete order to us. B. S. Side steps every time we call. They NEVER communicate even when they say they will call back. Getting our money back through Am EXP. I'd give them ZERO stars if I could.

Ordered a curio cabinet for a Christmas present for my wife. Took three months and got it Valentine's Day. In the meantime the updates from Clockway were cryptic and not easily understandable by those of us not in the shipping industry. I tried multiple times to get clarification and was simply sent the same cryptic messages that I was left to interpret.
I left a three star review on Clockways site but don't expect it to be published as they only publish five star review…. Nobody is that good.

Purchased a clock 2/15/22, received confirmation the following day. Stated the delivery would be within several days. Sent a message to progress of Delivery Status, received an email stating they were having higher volume deliveries and would update me. I received this same message several times. I called *******105, Customer Service, there is no such thing. You receive several prompts then are disconnected. I would not purchase from this company. Many complaints stating the same problem. Terrible way to run a business.
Clockway.com is a FRAUD. Do not buy on clockway.com. July 2021 I purchased a bar console for over three thousand Five hundred dollars. I still did not receive it.

Although there are mixed reviews, I took a chance on this company because we loved the piece and had a good price point. Placed an order for a bar piece on 8/3/18, processed on 8/6/18, and based of website information thought it would ship within 48 hours based off of model numbers. I called customer service on Wednesday 8/8/18, to try and get a tracking number, talked to a nice gentleman (I think his name was Kevin), and he stated it would ship that night and I would get an email with a tracking number through email. By 8/10/18, I did not receive a tracking number via email as told. I should have called the company on Friday afternoon because they do not offer a customer service line on the weekends. The company charged my credit card instantly, but due to their limited customer service hours I have no idea where my order is or when I can expect it to arrive. Considering the amount of money we are spending, I expect more information readily available. I have left emails and voicemails, but have not heard from Clockway. I am starting to lose faith that I will receive my order in any timely manner. Hopefully I can update this review, when the furniture arrives and give it a better ranking. The pieces all look very nice online.
After posting the above review, within 20 Minutes received a phone call from the company, a tracking number, and an order confirmation from Clockway. I will update the review once the furniture is received.
I ordered a bar cabinet on November 17 with a promised delivery date of between November 21-26. It is now the end of January and my cabinet has been in their "Booking Delivery Ticket" status for eight weeks. When I send them an email asking status, they respond by saying, "Congratulations! Your status has changed to Booking Delivery Ticket." I am now under the impression that I will never get my cabinet, and they have been enjoying the use of my money since the middle of November. Most companies don't charge your card until they ship your order. I feel as though I am going to need to give this to the fraud department at my credit card company! I highly recommend that no one attempt to purchase from this company!
I ordered a large and expensive liquor storage cabinet for my wife's Christmas present on December 1st 2021. I specifically ordered from Clockway because they said that the item was in stock and with Michigan being no more than 10-12 hours drive away it should have been here in time. I was excited to see an email within a couple of days that the cabinet was in transport. That was the last of the good news and communications was terrible. I contacted them about a week before Christmas because I had heard nothing. They got back to me quickly and then I received another update to the next stage of delivery. At this point I figured that it might be a little late and prepared some pictures of the items for my wife to open oh Christmas morning. Virtually no communication from that point on until I received an email on March 4th stating that the delivery was planned for March 9th so a clear my entire days meetings and calls to stay home and take delivery. Today it is March 8th and last night I received a call from the trucking company that they want me to rearrange my schedule at the last minute with no warning so they can deliver the cabinet on the 10th. I am excited to finally get this delivered nearly 3 1/2 months later for an in stock product but how in the world do these people stay in business? I wish that I found this review site before placing my order. I think that the reviews on their site are fake or from way back in time when they might have cared about customers. There are no names and or dates. I would have cancelled the order but I am fairly sure that the credit card company would only allow me to challenge the charge for 60 days. Save yourself the aggravation and spend your money where it will be more appreciated. I just hope that it shows up undamaged after being tossed around trucking companies for months.
Do you self a huge favor and run away and fast from this company. It is a complete scam. I ordered a bar cabinet back in November and it still has not been delivered. I do not believe that they even have the cabinet to sell. They are banking on the consumer getting so frustrated that they walk away. I am not walking away from a $3000 product! I am reporting this company as a fraud to my credit card company ASAP. The "company" does not respond to emails or calls. When you do finally get someone, they just give you the run-around and say the shipment is so close, yet they can't give a specific date. They say that they only ship stuff on Fridays, so you have to wait another week to see if it happens to ship out. It is a nightmare. I want to warn anyone that will listen, PLEASE avoid this company! Go anywhere else. It is a huge SCAM. Don't make the mistake that my family did!

I placed my order in November as a 50th anniversary gift for early January 2022. I have received at least half a dozen automated replies telling me that their "dedicated customer service team" would investigate, but no investigation has ever been reported back to me. I tried calling their "dedicated customer service team," available only 4 hours a day, waited for all four hours, was told they'd return my call; no return call ever came. I have been offered the option to place an order for a different clock. I DON'T WANT A DIFFERENT CLOCK. The tracking information has said it was delayed due to popularity of that item. Today I looked on their site and found the exact same clock with a statement that it is currently in stock. They don't allow cancellation of orders.

I had a curio cabinet delivered over a week ago and the deliverman put the glass shelves in backwards. They also told me there was no Key to lock and unlock the cabinet. It is in the locked position and I can not close the doors or open them. I called the company and it has been over a week and still no key. I was told it was being sent asap. The glass shelves are heavy and awkward to take out and put back in. They will not send anyone back to do this. Everytime I call I am put on hold for such a long time. I am very unhappy with my experience.
The key was delivered yesterday and it was the wrong key. Still waiting.
Purchased a curio back in December 2021. Gave extra time for delivery due pandemic shipping problems. After five months they quit providing information on status. Will not return phone calls.

On 1-3-22, my wife and I purchased an expensive Howard Miller Clock as a wedding gift for my step-son and future bride who were being married on 2-5-2022. We were informed that clock was in stock and would be shipped immediately. Countless attempts later, wedding date came and went... no clock! Attempts after wedding date to deliver... to no avail! Finally, on 2-17-22, I contacted my credit card company with desire to refund my money. After much discourse with Clockway, they finally credited my account. My wife and I were totally upset and embarrassed by Clockway.

I recently received the Howard Miller Bergen Nouveau Deluxe Quartz Wall Clock and must admit that it is by far the most beautiful piece of furniture in our room. It puts the rest of our room's furniture to shame. To keep up, I'll have to buy new furniture for that space! What a fantastic experience from beginning to end, with fast shipment and excellent distribution services. I will undoubtedly return. Thank you once more.

Everything free isn't good! When I order almost 3 months ago I received "free shipping". I still haven't received my order. When I called to inquire on the status of my order I was on hold for over an hour just for them to tell me to check my E-mail. Now the status of my delivery has been deleted. I'm very very unhappy with this company.
