We absolutely love our custom leather couches and ottomans the quality, size, and comfort is fantastic. It took longer to get than i first expected, the Covid 19 delays. Once i reached out to the company they did their best to remedy the delay. Would i recommend Club Furniture? That's a big 'YES' to anyone. I'm considering buying another one. And I'm telling all my friends about this company. Also the delivery team was so professional and seamless.

Buying a piece of furniture online is a scary experience, but so are these times we live in. I put my total faith into the online photos I saw that the chair was quality through and through. I was provided with every fabric/leather choices available and was advised by Mark which would probably be best for our fur babies that includes a cat. I wanted American made living room furniture and I found them at Club Furniture. My club chair is very comfortable and is just the right size for my living room, not too big, not too small. The fabric I chose is perfect too. My sleeper sofa arrived yesterday and it is an "off white" color and can be easily cleaned when necessary. This sofa is also the best size for my room. All in all I am very happy with my purchases and will recommend Club Furniture to anyone seeking quality American made furniture.

It's a challenge to buy furniture, especially seating, without a test-sit. This sofa is very comfortable and exactly what i needed. Thank you.

The ability to receive a full group of swatches to confirm color was really appreciated. Thanks for this extra effort. The furniture is exactly as pictured, well made, solid craftmanship and nicely padded. Very comfortable.

I spent over $3000 on a sofa and two large chairs. All are slipcovered. The quality of the fabric is sub-standard. It stains very easily even though it is supposedly one of their toughest fabrics. Also, the couch frame is already giving way. I have contacted their customer service department - I've been asking for help for almost 3 months. I get lots of promises but NO HELP. If I had it to do over again, I would NOT purchase from Club Furniture.

We had moved to a new home, and our old living room furniture didn't fit. We looked at a number of different sites before settling on Club Furniture.

From the time we placed the order to receiving a call to confirm our order, then sample swatches of leather, was less than one week. Delivery was well within the time frame set during that initial conversation, and the furniture is absolutely gorgeous.

We are very, very pleased.

Our leather recliner arrived with a very noticeable blemish on the seat cushion fresh out of the packaging. We took photos as did the delivery personnel. I emailed Club Furniture customer service immediately asking how this could be resolved. It was over a week before I received a non-automated email response, and that was only after I followed up.

The issue resolution is still in process, so we'll see how this plays out. My final satisfaction level is dependent on the resolution.

Love my sofa! It's exactly what I wanted in the size I needed for about 1/3 the price. Excellent quality and being able to narrow down my leather choices and getting larger samples was so helpful. It took a couple of tries but I got the right leather!

I purchased an apartment size sofa in September of 2019 and it was delivered in October of 2020. So as of this date (June 27,2020) the sofa has been used for 9 months. Already, the cushion stitching is coming apart and the fabric does not stay in place so the cushion covering moves all over the foam and does not fit neatly. The couch looks well-used and it is not even a year old. Very disappointed in this $1400 apartment size couch. This is my fifth purchase from Club Furniture and I have always been satisfied. Now I'm wondering what has happened to this company that has always delivered excellent products and services. Very reluctant to buy from them again.

Although our couch took quite a while to fabricate, we were thoroughly thrilled with the quality and construction of the couch. It was exactly what we ordered and we are completely satisfied. No one has slept on the upgraded mattress yet, but will report back on that on a later date. Delivery men were most cordial and had a difficult time getting the couch in between two doorways, but didn't give up. They finally had to bring it through a window. Smart thinking! Very happy!

I highly recommend Club Furniture. Good customer service and delivery time. The chair I bought is beautiful. Much higher quality for the price than I would have been able to purchase from a retail store.

Our Cal King leather sleigh bed frame had quite a journey from start to finish due to the exigencies of the coronavirus pandemic and our own change of mind on where to accept delivery of our order (two towns about 900 miles apart, where we have summer/winter homes). Jeff King was our customer support person from start to finish, and we were greatly impressed by his competence in managing our changing situation. We love our Club Furniture bed, and would highly recommend this company for its quality products and fantastic customer service.
