“Not professional at all.”

Initially I thought to give it a try because that company has the products that I was looking for. 1) After the purchase was done, the seller didn't keep me posted that my products will arrive separately due to shortage. 2) Following that, he shipped the second batch on December 30th to reach on Jan 4th 2022. On Jan 4th, I get a notification that the products were delivered. I contacted Canada Post and they confirmed that the seller didn't put the correct address, hence it was delivered to a stranger's place. I contacted the seller again and he goes on plain denial and asks me to go get it from that person's place. After his reply, I got my hopes down that he even cares about his client. I went ahead and request a charge holdback from my credit card company, but instead, they refunded the whole amount. So his bank charged him a chargeback and he comes after me to refund him the chargeback which his bank charged him (view photo) and threatens me that if i don't pay, he will bring me to court. Many many exchanges through e-mail, i got fed up telling him that i don't intend to keep his products, so either re-invoice me or send me a free of charge return label. He starts adding fees: such as re-stocking fee, chargeback from his bank and lawyer fees. His website does not even have a return policy so now he is basically extorting money from me for a mistake which he did. 3) To top it off, at the time of my purchase, there was a deal, you buy a 4-switch controller and get a free switch for free. He REFUSED to abide to his promotion, after 3 attempts of making him understand he finally did. Long story short, Beware! Get your products from the initial source itself, if it's in the states, pay the custom fee. It'll save you so much trouble.

Tip for consumers:
That company does not have a review page.. already there, beware. They are not able to handle criticism and opinions from his clients.
