Coast 2 Coast Van Lines

This company has no intention of delivering anything. They are the sleaziest of thieves. My stuff was picked up in a Penske truck and the truck was returned an hour later in New Jersey empty. Do not let them in your home. They have no intention of delivering anything, the quote started at $2000, I took pictures of everything to be loaded and sent them to Justin podge who then revise the contract to $3600 which I okayed. When the mover got there he wanted to start packing. Before he put anything in the truck I walked in through the garage And the living room and my patio furniture, again, the price was changed, he wanted $5500, I said no thank you, finally we agreed on $4500 and he said the old contract was void and we needed to fill out a new one. I was annoyed annoyed that it went up another $900 when I had to drive my Winnebago down anyhow which could've easily handle the load. Two hours later, he said please come outside, my cameras in my house pick him up taking both contracts, the original and the blank with my name and address filled in and catching up behind me as I exited the house. He told me if I did not give him $10,000 in cash right there that I could get my stuff from a dumpster in Scranton Pennsylvania. The truck was returned an hour and a half later empty to Penske in New Jersey. They never had any intention. These people are the scum of the earth and I would not let them in my home.

We were very happy with the movers. Super efficient, extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend them for any move within the city.

Fabulously thankful with our recent move and the movers we had from Coast2Coast Vanlines. The rates were outstanding and the three moving guys we got were completely magnificent. The house we moved out of had an irrational amount of stairs and these three handled them with speed, efficiency, and REALLY POSITIVE ATTITUDES. Three bedroom home moved and unloaded in right at 4 hours. Simply the finest moving experience I've had and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pleasurable movers.

Do NOT book a long distance move with Coast 2 Coast Van Lines. We got screwed over by them at every turn of our move from Los Angeles to Washington state. They way underestimated what the costs of our move would be, and then told us the much higher amount after our furniture was already loaded into their moving van. They then lost or damaged thousands of dollars worth of our furniture - including both large and small items. They also delivered boxes to our home that belonged to another family (face palm). We are currently in the process of suing them. Rather than go through such an ordeal, I would recommend booking with a reputable company that offers a BINDING estimate that is not based on Tom's worthless estimate of your cubic feet of move space. Avoid Tom and Coast 2 Coast at all costs.

The whole staff was exceptionally responsive with my questions before the move and during. We couldn't believe they only had three guys working because they were so efficient. Careful packing - friendly staff - and amazing job loading up our truck. Highly recommended.

The movers showed up on time, were efficient and friendly and took the time to make sure our stuff were all wrapped up safely and securely. We had a lot of stuff and they were done in a little over 4 hours! Can't say enough, we were EXTREMELY SATISFIED and pleased with the service we got. Definitely recommend these guys!

Moving is usually not an enjoyable experience but the guys from Coast2Coast Vanlines made this move so much EASIER and SMOOTHER for us. They were efficient, attentive, and took genuine care of our things. And on top of their professionalism, they were incredibly kind and a joy to work with. Would highly recommend.

You do not want to go near this company, they wiped out my entire house. Now they hide like rats. I sent pictures of everything to be moved to Justin Pogue, first estimate was $2000, I got other estimates that were 500 to 1000 higher, I sent Justin pictures of everything, when the driver got to the door, I showed him everything that was to go. He loaded the truck and said he had miss calculated so I would need to give him $10,000 in cash right there and then or pick up my stuff from the dumpster in Scranton. I did not know that they were a subcontractor called moving pro who has lawsuits all over the country. There are lawsuits lined up and the courts can't take care of them. Coast 2 Coast knows it as well as moving bro …. The entire thing is a scam …. I don't even think they own a truck. STAY AWAY! CRIMINALS. Run

Was looking for a reputable moving company and a friend of mine recommended them C2C. He said they did a great job on his last move, so I gave them a try. They were polite and friendly on time and punctual. Justin was mindful and honest about his offer upfront and the price didn't change at the pick up like it did on my last move. All of my furniture was padded and wrapped in record time! This was my first move that went beyond my expectations, I would recommend them coast2coast to anyone moving long distance, thanks again to Justin and the C2C team!

They were total pros in packing and moving me out of my 1-bedroom apartment. Friendly, careful, efficient and safe. I could not have wished for a smoother, low stress move. Would definitely recommend this company.

Everything about this company was excellent. From the sales rep who was very professional to the movers. I was a little worried when i heard about all the horror stories about movers. When i received my belongings everything that went on the truck i received. Nothing broken! And they spoke to me with so much respect, yes sir, no sir. My price did not escalate. The price that i was given was the final price i paid for my move! I recommend coast 2 coast to anyone who wants a professional move...

NEVER EVER use this company! They seem professional at first but they are just telling lies to get your buisness. They will end up charging you double whatever they quoted you at. If its long distance it will take three weeks for them to bring your stuff and when they deliver it, it will be clear they do not care at all about treating your items with care, and most of your large items will be destroyed!
I am still trying to get a claim submitted for probably over 6k dollars worth of damage they did to my property! After you make the initial quote and charge the down payment, they will be impossible to get ahold of you and tell you lies when you do speak to them. I do not know who would even work for this company, they are all crooks. I have no idea how there are any positive reviews unless this company changed hands recently.
Attached is a few pictures of damage, but I have over 20 pictures of damage, to probably about a 1/3 of our property. The only things not damaged, was our couches and items in boxes.

They were so helpful. They made it happen for us with a short lead time. They came on time did an excellent job moving our house at a very reasonable price. No damages, no missing items and every was put where desired. A true pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.

The crew arrived exactly on time, they were very polite and hard working. They packed and moved everything for us in a TIMELY MANNER and we would highly recommend them to others. The total bill was on par with the estimate, no hidden charges and nothing went missing or broke. Recommended.

This was the 1st time I used this company and I was really impressed. They kept me informed about my move every step of the way. There were no hidden fees and the movers made sure my items were handled with extreme care. From the time i scheduled my move to the time of delivery, i received the upmost customer service! I had a lot of confidence that I was working with a good group while going through the planning phase with Sharon. She was excellent at communicating details and getting things all set up for my move. However since be passed to Tom who can't seem to answer his phone and will return 1 out of every 3 calls with basic information and a time window for a trucks arrival. I'm 6 hours into waiting for my truck this weekend. I've now called both numbers for * only to be passed off to voicemail again. The last phone contact I had got heated when the coast 2 coast rep decided to tell me that the phone works both ways and if I need info I should call… I sure do enjoy the customer service from a group telling me how the phone works when they can't be bothered to pick up theirs to hand out info about basic stuff like when a truck will arrive as contracted and maybe a driver number… this company is failing to even answer let alone move my stuff.

Update: * updated me that he couldn't move my stuff till I removed my negative review. I informed him that I would like a full refund and that I would not be taking down my honest review of their complete lack of customer service. Still not sure how all these positive reviews got the same service from the group I dealt with.

Absolutely amazing! They took all my stuff, packaged my delicate items in blankets, and were super quick! I HIGHLY recommend this moving company and this crew!

Easy-going and professional to work with and the crew were professional and polite. They were under quoted price due to there efficiency not a single thing was broken or damaged. Thanks, guys! I would definitely recommend Coast2coast Vanlines.

Zero communication, can't follow simple requests, broken and missing items.
My household goods was delivered in two separate trucks by the same guy. My king bed frame broken, cubicle organizer broken, and missing a tool box still. I also have someone else's Ikea support beam. I have contacted both coast2coast and Rotem Atias (the sub contracted moving company that moved me) and I am now getting no response. No communication up until moving day, I had to constantly call to find out when the truck was coming. Only thing I am happy with is the one guy who delivered our stuff was very nice. But that is it. My stuff was picked up May 28th and my stuff was delivered 6/11 and 6/18. From Washington State to California. Estimate doubled from $3000 to $6000 even with no major appliances or couches.
