Paid for my contacts. Got an order confirmation. They emailed to say my contacts were out of stock that I needed to upgrade and pay more. I've had to call them 3 times and email them 3 times. Just to "upgrade" my order. The ad is a bait and switch. And, the customer service is not willing to make good on their promises. I was also told my upgraded order would ship that day if I hurried up and paid the new invoice. I called to check after I paid the new invoice. They said it won't be shipping for 24-hours. The manager said that her customer agent didn't she they would ship same day that it was impossible for her to say that. They are unwilling to make good on promises undelivered.

I recently had an eye exam. My contacts prescription had not changed since my last exam a little over 2 years ago. When I went to order a new box now, I simply had to click on the "Reorder" box, which had the prescription and home address. It took less than 5 minutes. I am very pleased to have received the box within one week.

I have hard to find contact lens. Some companies do not even carry them. I ordered from Contacts1st and heard back right away that they were not in stock, but they were ordering them. They got them quickly and I received them much faster than anticipated. I am very happy with the results and will order from them again.

Paid to have my contacts overnighted. Called the company when they did not come in and learned that my contacts were not in stock and would not be in stock until next week. I would not have learned this without calling. Will not be using this company again.
