“Dishonest”

I've been going to Contour Clinic for years, but had a really bad experience this last time. Before I received my treatment, I asked if I could trade in some product I had purchased, but not yet used, that was on my account for $900, and it was agreed to. After my treatment the person checking me out was told to give me the $900 off in exchange for the product I had purchased earlier. The woman at the desk called the office manager for help with the transaction. They were on the phone and created my invoice which I paid for without looking at first. I asked for a receipt (she wasn't going to give me one) and when I got home I saw that I had only been given $450 (and they still took my products worth $900 without even talking to me about it). I called thinking it was a mistake, but no, it was intentional. Melissa, the office manager, would do nothing to fix it. She said she was being nice just to give the $450 while taking product from me worth $900 (actually to buy that same product would cost you $1600-$1800. I had purchased it on a promo). She told me the girls in the office denied saying they would give me the $900 when it wasn't even questionable because it was repeated several times. I don't know if they really denied it or not, but if they did that would also be very disappointing. I asked to talk to Dr. Dave because I had seen him many times and we always got along great. I was sure he could resolve this. But Melissa would not allow it. Melissa would not even tell him to call me back. After I asked to talk to Dr. Dave, I received an email from Melissa telling me I was not welcome at their clinics anymore (after being a customer and a member for almost 10 years.) and to stop contacting them about the money and product they took from me. What a terrible way to do business. This could have been resolved with a little compromise, but the only compromise they offered was for me give up the membership discounts I pay for and then they would give me the $900 they promised me. That would have cost me an additional $200 to what I already paid. What a deal!
