I've used the Total Audio Converter tool for a number of years. And I've had some questions about how to do specific jobs with it. Their customer service is great. They've always answered my questions within about a day. I originally bought the program so I could convert CD's that my wife checked out from the library to MP3 files for her MP3 player so she could listen to them while walking, traveling, etc. I see that some reviews show problems with customer support, but that certainly has not been my experience.

The program worked but there was a line of text across the output. To get a clean print out, you need to buy the Pro version. I paid for it, but did not get the installation email. Tech support, instead of resending the email, told me to use a fix, but that was way beyond my abilities. I'm a reasonably experienced user, but not a programmer.

Have used the Total Mail Converter Pro for years and it makes converting emails to pdfs so easy and fast. Just purchased the Thunderbird Converter and had some issues, customer support was prompt in responding and was able to fix the issue almost immediately. Great product and highly recommend!

Not perfect? No, there are still some thing to desire. It seems not to remember my settings and sometimes when using a CUE-file, the end of a song was missing. Just installed an update and haven't got the opportunity to test it for this flaws.
Great support: just had to ask for the update and it was delivered to me.

My problem was that I had a PST file with a data synch error. When I migrated from 2013 Outlook to 2016 Outlook, and in conjunction with issues with my email provider, it became clear that the migration was failing. I decided to start again which meant I needed a capability to view my old emails. Coolutils Viewer was absolutely perfect. The only problem was that it was too good and it picked up all my old backup pst files as well. It has an automated search function which really it does not need. Anyway that simple to resolve, I just moved all my old files onto a drive and then deleted them from the C drive. It then picked up the emails and displays them just great including being able to print. A great utiity.

The product probably works just fine, but it doesn't appear to work on a MacBook. So I tried to contact the number on their website to get refund. No dice: the number is apparently for T-Mobile sales. And the "customer support" number? Well, apparently not in service. And to date to response to my request for a refund. The conclusion? Software probably OK but sales and service are ABYSMAL.COM.

Application do not work as described. No Customer support. No e-mail replies or phone calls returns.

Their support is useless, and their promise of support has been a scam insofar as the two products I bought from them. Over two years, they have never ever answered any telephone calls. The telephone number appears to be scam number, so that prospective buyers will think they answer tel. Calls. They never ever answer telephone calls. When they bother to answer emails, they pose questions that are ridiculous. Their tech support people have about as much computer sophistication as my 97 year old mother, i. E., none.

I use Total Audio Converter as a musician for about 8 years now. The soft is regulary updated and do perfectly and quickly the job you want: convert sound files easily. The team working in there is really responsive, kind, and is can be trusted 100%.
I do not regret a single second buying this in 2011.

Support unhelpful and sluggish, asked for refund, without success so far.

I bought this program around 2005 and still get free upgrades of the program yearly, and when I changed my mail address in 2009 I got help from Olga Lapshinova to transfer my my dates and upgrade. I still today, 2019, have the mail contact with the same friendly person who always helped me via mail if I had problems. I think it's a very good support and I had much use of the programs during the years I used it in various versions.

I found PDF Splitter Pro and wanted to automate my invoice processing. The worst part was that our invoices arrived 2-5 in one PDF, each can take 1-4 pages. There was no way to automate that with the regular PDF splitting apps. Coolutils's app didn't do the job either, but they offered a custom version that solved the problem. That was beyond my expectations.

I have found Total Audio Converter to be invaluable. It allows me to convert audio into my preferred format easily. On the rare occasion that I have had an issue, I received a response and solution to resolve the issue.

I used free on-line converters on this site some time ago. Then I purhased two programs - Total PDF Converter and Total Folder Mintor.and I had not regretted. The programs are good, support is wonderful. They do not send any spam emails. There were no viruses or Trojans in the programs. The website is wonderful!

This site is easy to use, and has good privacy policy. The site has good support with, mailing, email contact, Skype, and phone support. This site has no popups and tested clean and safe from malware. Norton Safe Web found no issues with this site. Sucuri SiteCheck reported Verified Clean, Not Blacklisted. Google Malware Diagnostic Tool reported this site as safe. Ratings and Stats were as listed at time of this review.
