Company is misleading and doesn't stand behind their mistakes. I ordered this when it was the only one on the site and they wouldn't stand behind their mistake. They changed the site after this incident. Buyer beware!

I ordered a costume for my 2 year old and started looking up reviews online after, I wish I would have done so before, the item was known to run too small and I tried to cancel within three minutes and I was told I could not. I messaged the company and they told me I would have to pay a restocking fee. I went online and kept trying to return the product but the website would not let me. I reached out to the company and never received a response. Not only was the description incorrect but the company obviously does not have any professionalism. So now I have an outfit that's too small that I will never be able to use.

I highly recommend ordering from anywhere but here.

Update: The below comment is inaccurate. Though this was ordered through Walmart I was informed I needed to reach out to Costumes4Less directly which I did. Walmart reached out to them within minutes of this being ordered to try to cancel the order as well.

The item was shipped 12 hours after trying to cancel.

I received one email telling me what steps to take and when the steps I was told to take did not do anything I reached out for assistance and did not receive a response.

I find it very unprofessional that responses are better to online reviews than to customer service issues.

I ordered 192 count package of beverage napkins and 192 count package of lunch napkins. I received a tiny package with a 16 count package of each size indicating the order had been fulfilled. When I contacted them they simply replied they didn't have the 192 count packages and filled the order with the 16 count instead... for the same price. Those are some pretty expensive napkins! Stay away - terrible customer service and you do not get what is advertised or what you pay for.

absolutely horrible ! Do NOT waste your time or your money unless you have it to throw away ..I paid $65 for a pair of shoes which were too big they deducted a restocking fee (no big deal, w.e), shipping fee (which they paid for because it was a purchase over $50) and on top of that I have to pay for the shipping back !! Absolutely ridiculous! Guess what I'm getting refunded ?!?! Not even half of what I initially paid about $30. Such a waste of time and money and I am disgusted and disappointed, I should have read the reviews before I made my purchase, which is why I'm going to be filling this out on every review site !

Ordered one super soft old woman and super soft old man mask and the woman mask doesn't even look realistic and both masks suck at the eye area, excess latex keeps rubbing against my upper lids had to cut it off with scissors. Will definitely not buy from them again

I ordered a pair of creeper shoes from this website, i tried the shoes on as soon as they arrived and they crumbled beneath my feet. I wasn't going to blame costume4less because the shoes were the brand Demonia, which is a very well known goth clothing website it's just costumes4less was selling that brand of shoe. But what did get me angry is that i contacted costumes4less email customer service and the man told me to send them back for a refund, which i did. It had been over a month since i sent them back and i had not received my cash back. I contacted the customer service via email and by their phone number and no one would answer. I eventually got my money back because it was a walmart gift card, so walmart themselves gave me my money back.

Cheap fabric and just i disappointed. However, the dressesw oo.com satisfied me.

Meh. This site is good and all, I got the item I order and with fast shipment.
However, the shoes I ordered here were made out of POOR and BAD QUALITY material. They look cheap and ugly. My shoes also came in a box with a tag of heels. I almost got pissed because I thought they had sent me heels.

I don't recommend buying from this site for shoes or anything else. They make your stuff out of bad quality materials. I was too dumb to return my shoes because I needed them for a costume and they offered me a good price for the shoes I ordered. But for certain, I am never making that mistake in buying from them again!

I used this store for halloween last year and they were great. Will use them again this year.
