Very good service very fast service, I'm happy. They resolved very quickly my problem recommend this store. Cototoys has had great after sales service. They've always replied to me about defective products and either refunded or sent me a new one, even it's it's a supplier issue.
Credit card. Order completed. Email saying it would be sent on funds transfer. Order is cancelled by them as"we experienced a problem verifying some of your information, so we had to cancel your order". They are blacklisted by some banks

I ordered a baby bath mat. When it arrived it had a hole in it. Payment of return postage was refused. This company lacks quality control and provides poor customer service.
Solve my problem really fast, never have a problem like this before but always have a first time, but for sure i will buy more things in the site as i always do
They say they accept Paypal, but they don't. I ordered an item and paid by credit card, but the item was not shipped even their system says it's in stock, and my e-mail enquiries were not replied. Very suspicious company.

I ordered rc helicopter spare parts 15 days back and I opted expited shipping, neither tracking id is correct nor product delivered. No responce from customer care.
