Love my new outdoor vinyl curtains, especially in these 20 degree snowy days in Tennessee! I've had them up on my back porch for about a month now. They have survived 60+ mph wind gusts and 35-40 mph sustained winds for 48 hours+. The weighted chain is a must as well as triple checking measurements. Oh, I use 4 inch ball bungee cords to hang and join the curtains. I ordered the maximum clear section available allowing me to stay dry, protected from the wind and warmer all while enjoying the view of my back yard. The quality of the product should support a long life of the product.

I received excellent assistant from the online staff. They quickly responded to my questions, provided options and addressed any concerns. Despite the fact it was a custom item, we were so impressed with the price quote, as well as additional discounts. As a preschool, cost is definitely an issue. It was such an easy and pleasant experience. We would happily purchase from "Covers & All" again. I highly recommend them.

I assumed they would leave room for mounting hardware no matter what. They did not. The D rings go right to the connection points, so I can't put any tension on them, and they sag quite a bit. I suppose it's my fault for not reading the instructions closely enough, but it's disappointing. Other than that, they look nice, and seem to be quality fabric (I ordered the brown premium fabric). Functionally, they are great. The perfect amount of shade.

For something called "Custom Fit", the cover is a bit too wide and too short. It was very difficult to figure out what I was ordering. There is no explanation online about the buckle which is actually pretty nice -- fastened on one end with hidden clip on the other side of car, so you toss the piece under the car. Also did not know it came with antenna patch (4 of them) which turned out to be very handy.

Drawings I received increased rather than reduced my confusion. First phone call I received was a robot and did not leave intellible p hone number. Second phone call was a real person and that was very good. But that was after about 5 back and forth conversations trying to get cover to be somewhat shorter on the sides.

CS tried to help with delivery of product without a signature, took daily calls and follow up. I found out that this company is based international and stores their product in USA, due to being international a (SIGNATURE is required on delivery) Which is nearly impossible for a working person to be home to except delivery. (beware of this issue when ordering) product does seem to be of good quality. 1st time purchaser.

I ordered covers for my patio furniture. The zipper came sewn on the side instead of hidden in the back like I requested. And despite my exact measurements the covers are baggy and wrinkled I have called now five times to try and figure out how to re-order them correctly and I keep getting emails from the customer feedback team simply saying they are sorry for the inconvenience. I am very disappointed.

Overall happy with the experience, and the end result was great! Just what we imagined. The only reason I rated my 'Shopping Experience' with 4 Stars instead of 5, is because after I replied with a couple tweaks to the design, I didn't get an e-mail notification letting me know the updated design was completed & just waiting for my approval. So it sat there for two weeks with us wondering where our order was. We do really like the cover though!

I have a very uniquely shaped water softener outside of the house. Covers & All did a fantastic job working with me on the proper measurements and design.

They were persistent and continued to ensure we had the best possible measurements. Through multiple iterations, we finally got there and they still charged me the same, fair price as they initially proposed. The product arrived and is made of quality material and fits perfectly on this device. I would definitely recommend the company and will use them again when I have the need.

After placing the order, I received an email to confirm dimensions, logo, and zipper placement. I called for help on a few things and talked to representatives that were very helpful. Received another email with mock up confirming the changes. And then received our custom covers less than a week after the last email. We placed an order for 5 large covers, so I thought that was pretty quick. The covers were perfect. Perfect fit, nice weight. Nicely made. Good quality. Highly recommend!

We have a swing set which was in great need of having the cushions either replaced or recovered. Many places were quoting covers which would be more expensive than the swing set. I interacted with sales representatives several times to help me place my order and to inquire about shipping status. The team was very responsive. Although it took about a month to receive the cushions, the wait was well worth it. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

Just received our pool fire bowl covers. Outstanding quality. I had the pleasure of speaking with a customer service rep during the ordering process and they make it so simple and they were very polite (hard to find that these days). We would buy again for sure. One hiccup in the delivery process... Not Covers & All's fault. US Customs held up the package at the Fed-X Memphis, TN Hub for over a week. I made a call to Fed-X and they got it released and I had it within two days. Kudos to Fed-X as well for following through. Great Experience and I would highly recommend Covers & All.

I was sceptical having read some of the reviews however there were quite a few that seemed positive so I chanced it. Very glad I did!... Coversandall have remained in contact throughout and although I haven't yet received one small cover I have received, withing 2 weeks, 4 very well made sails to my exact measurement which fit superbly and enhance the pergola to which they are attached as well as providing the shade required. I would definitely recommend this company and would gladly use again myself when required.

I ordered a cover for my pizza oven since I could not find one from other sites that would fit. I'm glad I chose Covers & All because I got a top-notch product that fits my oddly shaped pizza oven perfectly. This is attributed to the attention to detail my agent had in the design process. We went back and forth several times with dimensional drawing to make sure that the finished product would fit and it does perfectly!

I did get very good service with 2 out of 3 covers. All material I used was waterproofed and of good quality. The wheelbarrow cover was well done even though they had to re e-mail me several times to get all the measurements they needed! Great service, thankyou! The one I had trouble with was the Weber bell shaped cover. It seems that they sent a generic cover because it was way too big all around. I did not contact them, but will take it up when I fix my sewing machine!

good, I am not sure which piece out of 3 which I have recieved, i am reviewing! I assume this review is only for the first one that is depicted at the beginning. The third one deserves the same rating(very good). The customer service was through and well done. The fit is well done.

Measurements are in inches as this is an American company (any chance the Aussie site could get centimetres please) but as far as value and quality and speed of delivery I was blown away. I am a repeat customer and will use them again and again. Very impressive finish with water-resistant zippers, piped edges and made my things look like a million bucks having these on display. BRILLIANT! One other thing would be lovely if we could have more colour options for seat cushion covers!

First time customer, but with this great experience, we will definitely be back. The overall quality of the product is super, gives as much confidence in protection of our outdoor items, and leads us to believe that, as we need to do the same for future, hot tubs grills, or other outdoor furniture, we will most definitely back to Covers & All. I was a bit leery of ordering a cover for my outdoor couch, so I ordered grille covers. After seeing the quality of the product, I decided to order the cove for the couch and all I can say is WOW! Running thru the measuring process was a little daunting but well worth it. The cover fits like a glove... prefect! And it's heavy enough that I don't have to "tie it down" when the wind is blowing like the other cover that i just replaced. I am very pleased with all of my purchases from Covers and All.

After looking for new cushions and seeing the expensive cost even with year end sales prices we decided to try just getting new COVERS! And what a great deal$$$! A lot less money spent on 16 cushions! (8 Seats & 8 Backs) They are looking to be very durable, nice thick fabric, good craftsmanship, handy zipper, etc. Just such an eye appealing way to get a new look! I'm loving them!

Was impressed by the quality of these cushion covers -- the material feels very durable and love that the zipper has two pulls and wraps around the corners to make it super easy to take the pillow inserts in and out. My 5 year old patio set looks brand new thanks to these! Wish they came in more colors but am definitely happy with the dark gray shade I ordered.

Overall the experience with ordering was great, I do love that I can customize the sizes for non-traditionally shaped chairs. The pictures are a bit misleading -- the covers come as kind of "shiny" and trash-bag like in appearance. Very rubbery, and not an outdoor fabric like I was expecting. They still fit the chairs, and hopefully will be protective, but I just wish the website would have shown that detail.
