CP hobby is amazing! This website was once called KScrossstitch.com and many people had alot of issues with the site. However since CPhobby took it over it has been fantastic. They have honored the previous order i never received from their previous owners. Their customer service was to the point and delivery was very promp, by far faster then i expected. The quality of their fabric is thick and their threads are even in color, bright and of an excellent quality. I will most certainly be ordering from them again!
This website is a joke. I was not able to even put items into my cart to order them. I sent several emails and got no response. Their LiveChat feature is a joke also, it is not a live chat it just sends them an email basically. This website is off to a horrible start and I will go elsewhere.
