I changed from a Flash to HTML site recently and now I'm unable to access my dashboard to make changes. I've created several incident tickets and send numerous emails - NO RESPONSE. ZERO customer service. Something is up with this company. They use to great to work with, not anymore. Just cant get hold on anyon!

I have had my CMD website for a few years and it's the best decision I've made. Other vendors in the industry like the website so much that they are asking for help from us to build their website! CMD is so easy to use and customizable. But probably the best part is the customer service. In this area they truly over deliver, the team has helped us customize our website and has helped us out in so many ways to make our website/blog everything we envisioned. Our company recommends them to anyone looking for an impressive portfolio website.

The team does not contact you back at reasonable business hours. I have been trying to fix issues for one week now. They do not answer the phone and lie and claim that they try to call you if you need support. I do not have access to my website account and my contact page does not work so my company is LOOSING business and no one is available to help me fix this issue.

CMD has created an amazing user controlled web site base. I have been with CMD for two years and it has made having my portfolio on the internet very convenient. They recently put a handful of html sites to provided anyone with there preference of html or flash. The image size and resolution that these sites offer are very high quality. One of my favorite parts of CMD's interface is the user friendliness and the viewing stats it gives you about the traffic your site is getting. Has seriously made my life easier.

I just started a free trial website, and after only one week, I already know I am keeping it for good! I explored multiple designs before settling on one; I would have to say choosing my favorite of the 20 designs they offer was the most difficult part of the process. Since I have pretty much zero experience in building websites, and I didn't want to shell out an outrageous amount to pay someone else to do it for me, this was the perfect option because it's super user-friendly, offers beautiful designs, and fits within my meager budget. I am also very impressed with their customer service because all the questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly by friendly reps. I am certain that if you start a free trial, you be just as impressed as I am!

I really like the CMD web design choices. There's quite a few to pick from, all totally customizeable however you want. I've used them for 3 years. One thing I've had problems with is I never seem to be able to get emailed back if I have a question. Really annoying. Over this past year I've had about 3 questions regarding my site, and not one was answered. I haven't found another site that offers services like this so I've stuck with them. They also do contests monday and friday every week on their fb page which is fun. I suppose you could say I have a love/hate relationship with them.:)

After posting this comment I got a very kind email from CMD, and they went above and beyond trying to make up for the lost emails. I talked to 3 different people all trying to help, and the time they took was very much appreciated. I nearly felt doted on! You can tell they really care about their customers, and want to help in anyway they can. You can't beat that!

Where to start!... Lack of storage for starters... Where is the 24h support?. You have to pay for everything I. E. If you fancy and template change it will set you back $60. Hosting is $100 a year for limited space, limited accessible support. Their templates are basic looking and to top it off they look outdated compared to other companies that charge a lot less.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I have a website with Creative Motion Design and I love it! The hardest decision to make is which design to pick out of all the great designs that they have. Uploading and arranging photos is very easy and fast. I get a lot of compliments on my website all the time and am always asked where I got it from. I also have never had any problems contacting customer service if I have any questions, my emails are responded to quickly and any trouble I am having is solved. I am very happy with my website and this company. There is also the very active and friendly Facebook page which is great to to participate in with other photographers.

They advertise 24 customer support and phone tech support. Nothing could be further from the truth! Bad Bad Bad

BAD SUPPORT - NO HELP AT ALL AND NO RETURN CALLS FOR DAYS WHILE MY SITE IS DOWN! I purchased a photography website from them, I now get an error and the site will not load due to a register_stats. Php file. I have emailed and called them several times with no call back with only one useless email response days later.

Good value for photographer websites - These guys have some great designs and I almost went with them but there were some other sites (foliolink.com) which I liked better. It was almost a toss up. I would recommend taking a look at all of these photographer website design places before making your choice, but these guys had some rock solid designs. I have wedding photographer friend who went with this company and she has been happy with them.
