I recently ordered some extra parts for my Cuisinart food processor/blender. I wrote a review back in 2012 & noticed MINE was the ONLY 5 star review - this never happens! It would even make me feel suspicious seeing only one good review & reluctant to use their website. I once again had great, no problem service (Jan 2015) & received the parts for my machine very quickly - shipped to Los Angeles, Calif. I ordered online at their website.

After you make your order the email says that your order within 5-7 business days from the time of order. This is a lie when you call them by phone they tell you that it will ship in 7 to 10 business days. What crappy company.

We ordered a Cuisinart food processor part online. However, when the item is added to the basket and you go to checkout, a different item appears in the cart. If you aren't careful you'll end up with an unwanted part, and charged for it. I called their customer service and the rep acknowledged they had TONS of returns for exactly what happened to me: the correct item in the cart, but it switches to another item when you are at "pay." He told me to order through him; I was leery of giving this person my credit card number over the phone, but did. A week later I got a voicemail from a number -- not Cuisinart, it's from Tampa, Florida. When you check that phone number online there are dozens of complaints saying it is a scam number, telling people "there's a problem with your order." (The number is *******286.) The voicemail said there was a problem with my credit card and the order didn't go through. It said to call them, but gave no phone number. Of course there is no problem with my credit card; I called VISA ASAP and they put an alert on my card and an alert for this phone number used, as well as anything from Cuisinart. I tried calling Cuisinart customer service, but gave up after 45 minutes on hold. Be warned this appears to be a scam, or at least very shady. Protect your credit card and get an alert put on it! This Cuisinart site is a disaster, and apparently they know but haven't fixed anything. By the way, there is no "verified purchase" attached to this review because Cuisinart has yet to send the item; their ordering system is a mess.

I purchased this coffee maker in 2019 and after several months the single serve side was punching large holes in the pod with coffee grinds all over. They did replace in July 2019 and today a little over 2 years it is doing the same thing. All Cuisinart would offer was a 20 percent discount for a new machine which was over $200.00. I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone. Very disappointed.

I have had the worst experience with the cuisinart website, don't order from them. I ordered something for my sister on Nov 23rd and and she finally received it Jan 15th. Better than that, they also sent the wrong item! I tried calling customer service and was on hold for an hour and then someone picked up and hung up the call immediately. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Bought my Bur Grinder in August 2021. It is now burned up and as the burs are made of plastic. Can no longer do it's job. Sent email to customer service and never heard back, not even a " we've received your email" response. Will never buy again. Advise the same for all

After several emails where I don't think the person understood what I was asking despite writing it in 3rd grade English, I called 800 number. This person argued with me that I "must have placed more than one order." I have email confirmation that I ordered 3 items and they only received an order for 1 item. No explanation for the discrepancy. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on terminal hold. I wish I had looked for reviews before placing an order. I understand why their rating is 1 star overall.

I've experienced the same as other people. I ordered a replacement bowl on 12/11/17. After days of no response aside from the initial confirmation, I emailed them. No response in the 24-48 hours stated in the the auto reply. I called and waited on hold for over an hour with no one every answering.

I suspect it's the same case, that item is backordered. Not that I could confirm this, since they can't bother to get back to me or answer the phones.

I ordered parts for my food processor, they sent the wrong parts then refused to pay for shipment to send it back so I could get my credit! I paid $20 out of pocket for their mistake. Also they charged me $78 for a part that cost me only $38 when I called Cuisineart and ordered directly. This website is NOT Cuisineart - they are just using their name to get business.

Hi - I know there have been a lot of complaints and problems with receiving items purchased by Cuisinart webstore, as was I!

Good news: I called their contact phone number (*******604) and spoke with Denise. She apologized, looked up my order number -- explained they had a company wide computer problem that was now fixed -- AND that she would call and make sure my items would be shipped the next day. JUST received the tracking number. I was very pleased. So if you are a customer that has been WAITING for your purchases -- call their 800 number. Denise was honest and competent.

I only gave the website a 3 because of the past, previous problems -- VERY HAPPY with my recent interaction with Denise

Tip for consumers:
Call their 800 number if you items have not arrived. *******604. I got excellent service when I did so.

I ordered a rack and baking pan for an old toaster oven. The ones that I received (after several weeks) were too big for my oven. The return sheet (in box) said that I needed to fill in a 'return authorization number' from the webstore before sending anything back. I called to get one and was put on hold for 20+ minutes before I hung up. I emailed them and got an automatic reply saying that they would respond in 24-48 hours. Now after another email and 8 days, I have heard nothing. So frustrating.

After reviewing all the negative reviews, it was only fair to write one, since i received my product. Ordered a knob for the grille around july 4th. Received july 21.

Gave my request a full 7 business days. Then started the calls... on Monday... it was in que to be filled and sent out on wed. Called thur products have been back ordered... Just got in warehouse will go out friday. Called monday... and got the its in que. And finally said thats what i was told last week. The order did go out after the 3rd call.

Fyi. I had contacted paypal to stop payment. Paypal said the money has not been withdrawn. They have 30 days to withdraw and if not taken, the credit automatically goes back to you.

Good luck...

Oh... the knob... well... lets say... it aint working yet. The hole isnt large enough... i guess i will have to get the dremul tool out.

Warning: Don't place an online order through their website. The computerized ordering process is buggy, resulting in a duplicate order. Customer service was willing to refund only the part cost, but not the shipping or tax, which cost nearly as much as the part. The abundance of poor reviews on this site should be heeded by all potential customers: Shop elsewhere!

If you expect any kind of customer service DO NOT shop here. 6 weeks plus to get something that was supposedly in stock and ready to ship. Sent several inquiries to them asking when my replacement part would be shipped. No response until they tried to get payment from PayPal who cancelled the payment after 30 days per their policy. Will never recommend Quisinart products to anyone especially if the damned lid cannot make it 6 months and it takes 6+ weeks to get a part. Worst customer service EVER stay away if at all possible.

I ordered a replacement part for my food processor on December 4,2017. It's now January 5,2018. No part. I called the number and never got a person. There was an option to leave a message, so I selected that. Nothing happened and I was never prompted to leave a message. Because I clicked on the link through the Cuisinart website, I thought this was a reputable company, but it is not. Don't waste your money.

I placed an online order for a replacement part for my Prep 9 food processor, but received no email confirmation. Called and was told the webstore office was closed, to call again today (Monday). I did. After a 10 minute wait online a human told me it was the wrong number, and she "connected" me to the waiting system again. 10 more minutes, another human answers and AGAIN says I have the wrong department. Something is WRONG here. Stay away.

Took over a month for the product to even ship. Communication was non-existent ever after multiple attempts to reach them.

Borderline scam, I'd go elsewhere for your needs.

I placed an order for replacement parts before Thanksgiving. They helped me figure out what part numbers to order and it all seemed fine. But then nothing ever came. I contacted them after Thanksgiving and after Christmas and all they said was it was on back order and there was no timetable. My last attempt was just before Easter and they told me my order had been cancelled. I expressed my annoyance that it had been canceled without notification and asked how to speak with a manager/supervisor. A few hours later I got a response saying they were no longer a Cuisinart provider and not to reply to the message.

It took four months to discover they are unable to deliver the part. In the interim our account was charged the full amount and evidence is pointing that someone within their agency hacked the credit card number used for their own personal game. There are other sources.

I placed an order for 6 appliances for over $1,000. They sent me an order confirmation.
Then they cancelled the order for no apparent reason and didn't bother to tell me they cancelled the order... then when I found out they cancelled the order after weeks of waiting and checking on the order status, they wouldn't re-instate the order... they told me to order everything again.

Well I've got news for them... no worries Cuisinart Webstore... you won't ever get an order from me again!

Placed an order online July 25,2017. Got no confirmation email. No replacement part sent. Today, August 25,2017, I emailed and received a quick acknowledgment and a promise to respond within 24-48 hours. Meanwhile, have been on hold as of now for 23+ minutes. I think this is a scam, and Cuisineart should sue them.

Similar to other reviews, I ordered a replacement part and after receiving order confirmation email, I neither heard nor received part for 3 weeks. After calling customer service I was told part on back order with unknown delivery date. I found exact Cuisinart part at Walmart.com with free shipping. And Cuisinart was charging me $6 to send $4 part. I cancelled webstore order and will never use them again

Ordered on-line coffee filters on 11/5/17. Received order 12/24/17. After a month of waiting, received wrong merchandise. Tried calling to get "Return Authorization Number" to return part sent to me by mistake... was on hold for over 15 minutes. The customer service rep who answered the phone sounded so dead. When I told her I was accidentally sent a food processor part and wanted to return it, she asked if I ordered on-line or by phone. I said, on-line and she transferred me... where I sat on hold for another 20 minutes. I had to laugh at the inefficentcy of it all but knew sadly this company won't be in business long if they can't make changes. The customer service rep, Denise, who finally helped me was very nice and offered to ship the correct part in 2 days to me or give me a refund. She seemed embarrassed about her company's mistake. Unfortunately it would have cost more for me to return this part to her so she did not request it back. Mistakes like these plus shipping must be costing this company money. For a "Webstore" they operate like Sears and we all know how that ended.

I am very upset and should have read the reviews first so I would know not to order from this website. I placed an order back in April, still no parts! Someone finally got back to me on Jun 8th and said they were sending new parts with no charge, still nothing! I e-mailed this week and no response! I called today and got transferred a bunch of times to different people, no one can help! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS!

I ordered a replacement Cuisinart food processor bowl on Sept. 19,2017. A month later, I contacted them by EM since I hadn't received the order. They emailed and said it was on back order. I've emailed them again (now its been 2 months) with no response. I've been handing on hold on the customer service (or as Clark Howard woud say "customer no service") for 30 minutes to try to talk with someone. They have the WORST customer service.

This is perhaps the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
They keep telling me the order is backordered, then it will ship soon, then it's backordered again... and on and on.If I could give them a rating of less than zero, I would.
