I needed a casual sun dress for beach pictures. I found the perfect dress on Cupshe and it fits perfect as well. Everything is very reasonably prices, arrives as pictured and on time!

Then I open my 'WHITE' T-Shirt as clearly advertised on the Cupshe website only to find its a horrid yellow cream colour. As this is an error on their website listing why should I have to pay to return it. POOR customer service. They don't reply to contact forms (2x over 2 weeks). AND ignored my requests to unsubscribe 4-5x. I used the link at the bottom of the email and waited a week between each request. Even if it takes longer than the standard 10 business days. It would be nice if they replied to my 2 app contact forms to let me know 35+ days is the norm. They have bit off more than they can chew or don't care. It's not worth the 3 emails they send a day and lack of confidence I have in the company to order again. It's too bad.

I absolutely love this site! I have ordered three suits. Shipping is super fast. I am a rather chesty lady and 2 of the suits fit really well, some cleavage but that is to be expected. 1 suit had to be returned. Customer service was on point and very helpful! Highly recommend

Paid extra for Express Shipping for 3-5 days. Arrived 3 1/2 weeks later. One bathing suit did not fit. Tried to return it. Said non returnable when it wasn't. Spent 30 mins on phone with chat. Demanded "evidence" of of my order when she had it in the system. Had to email them my confirmation email saying it was returnable. Took 30 mins. Would not credit me for shipping.And I had to pay for it to be returned. The bathing suits are poor quality and very very tiny.

The clothes are cheap. They are made for short people or people who don't mind dresses showing their bums. When you return your items you have to pay money on each item so you work get the full refund of each items. You also need to pay a 15 dollar fee for a shipping label. It's ridiculous. I bought 5 bikinis with different tops and some of the tops did not fit, they were smaller than my regular size, it probably depend on the style. Material and colors were very good. I call customer service which gave me the option of replace them for free and keep the smaller ones. If I choose to return them I had to pay for the mail fees. So, I kept the smaller ones, and received the new ones without any cost. I was impressed. Will buy again for sure!
Cupshe has so many cute swim suit and clothing options available, even for a bigger gal like me. I usually dread swimsuit shopping, but by some miracle everything I picked fit great. Their delivery times were really fast, I got all my stuff in less than a week after ordering it, just in time for my beach vacation. Their customer service was great too. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size of one item but after emailing about it they were able to correct that, and their response time was very quick. Very happy with my Cupshe experience!

Fit information posted on the website was 100% WRONG! Models supposedly had 23" waists & 36" busts: mine are 30" and 40", so i ordered 1 size larger than they were supposedly wearing. Every item was WAAAYYY too big for me. I feel very deceived and will never order from them again. Quality was ok, but colors received were quite different than pictured on the website. All around, a very bad purchase.

I received items that didn't fit so naturally I excepted the 130% store credit. I used this to purchase new items in the hopes they would work for me but none of them did. I went to do a return and they would only refund me for the amount I paid out of pocket in addition to my old credit. So it was 130% not worth it and the suits are just basic Chinese crap. Cute styles but not worth the $200 I lost in purchasing them. I will look somewhere else next time. If you don't know if they will fit, and don't want to lose money, don't buy from here.

I purchased two swimsuits and a jumper from cupshe. The first time I wore one of the swimsuits the beautiful coral color faded and is now almost a dingy white. It also faded very unevenly with streaks of coral remaining so it is obvious it's not meant to be white. I am now afraid to see what happens when I wear the other items. You can see in the photo the top portion used to be a bright coral pink color that matched the plastic rings on the straps. Even the straps have faded slightly.

I have emailed them contact them try to sign into my account to return two packages and then I didn't receive one package and I have gotten nothing back. Nobody has emailed me a label or anything and then they told me to go to sign in to my account and it locks me out saying that my email doesn't exist horrible customer service no one to contact. I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.

Cupshe should not be permitted to operate as an online retail store! I ordered 4 dresses and needed to return all of them because I either did not like the fit, cut, or feel of the fabric. After sending multiple emails asking about initiating the return process, I only received emails stating I needed to provide both return shipping label numbers and a photo of the shipping invoice. I did not receive an invoice in my package. I attempted to tell them numerous times via email(which is the only way to contact them since they do not have a phone number). I asked if I would get a full refund even though I did not receive a shipping invoice and I did not get an answer. In the end, I listed the dresses for sale to try to recoup some of my money because I had a feeling that had I sent the dresses back, I would not have received a dime in return and they wouldve re-sold the dresses! DO NOT BUY FROM CUPSHE!

This bathing suit is gorgeous! Excellent quality. Shipping took about 5 days. It is cut a little high in back on the bottom which was fine when I was 25 but not so fine now. Reluctantly I was going to return it because of that. Their return policy is very generous: return for a full refund but I pay the return shipping OR return and receive a 130% credit for another purchase OR keep the suit and receive a 70% refund. I went with the last option and am going to try to "pull down" and sew a new seam so it covers my butt a little better. Would not hesitate to buy from Cupshe again!

Good for you if you have a good experiences if not you will end up with 100's of us that have had the absolute worst experience. They talk a good game but it's all smoke and mirrors. IF you get your subpar quality products your lucky and if you need to return-well good luck. They will try to put a positive spin on all the bad reviews but blame their customers. Your better off with Venus or Zappos. I will not go into details of my 3 week ordeal but trust me you will want to go elsewhere.
