Cannot recommend this company enough, first class service from start to finish. Ordered my first Christmas gift (yes I know it's only just May but I have to spread the cost across the year) on Thursday afternoon and even with the Bank Holiday it arrived, perfectly packaged, this morning. This past year has been difficult on everybody, and has made me more determined to support small businesses where possible. I'm sure this won't be my only order with Curios Gifts.

I wanted something really nice for my friends birthday, I viewed this website and was very impressed with everything it offered and it's very professional layout. I was even more impressed that I received my purchase the next day, which also included a little gift bag. It makes the purchase even better buying from a local and smaller business. Very efficient experience.

I ordered a gift on Friday which arrived today (Monday), therefore in less than 2 working days! I also received an email in the meantime to ensure me that my order was on its way and provide an offer to help with my purchase.

Came across this site in search of a Katie Loxton bag that had sold out on the website. So glad I did, fantastic service! Placed order lunchtime Monday and the bag arrived 9.30 Tuesday morning! Beautiful bag, the only thing I would say is packaging could have been slightly better, as it all came in a Jiffy bag the KL gift bag was a bit tatty and bent. Fortunately it was a gift from me to me so it didn't matter. Will definitely be ordering again! Thank you.

I like how it designed, affordable prices and easy ordering process. Grea amount of things are there. But not everything well with the delivery, Sometimes it takes longer than I expected.

Ordered refill bottle of Lemongrass and Ginger room scent, this was best price I found and it arrived quickly, very safely packaged

I ordered two items, one arrived and had leaked all over the second item, upon inspection it had a cracked lid. The lamb fragrance leaked all over the surface I opened it on which in turn striped the surface of paint. Photos sent to ask for refund/replaced items but they refused. Spoke on live chat and they were very unprofessional.

I am over the moon with my purchase for my cousin.The cheapest on the market and it is authentic. Purchased Thursday evening and received Saturday morning, i did pay a little extra for fast postage(not expensive), but i wasn't expecting it until at least monday. I ordered a charm which didn't arrive, after emailing I was asked if I wanted my money back or another charm sending, so I asked for the charm as it was for a birthday present, over a week later and another email still nothing, the tracking number wasn't valid then he didn't reply back, so I emailed back saying I wanted a refund or would go to trading standards, I then got a refund but still no email. I was made to feel like a criminal and this all took nearly 8 weeks. Never going to buy from him again!
