Ordered in June, still not order. I was lucky enough to get a couple of emails back saying it would be deleted for 45 days due to covid... Well over that.
Stopped getting email back once a I asked for a refund! Tried Social media, different email account nothing.
Next steps will be trading standards.

Ordered a throwback jersey on 2/19/20 and paid in full. Bank transaction record is here: 02/19 Card Purchase Customthrow *******675 Ny $219.95 Then Covid hit and I understand orders got delayed 9- 10 weeks. It is now 22 weeks later and I have still not received the jersey. Over the last two weeks I have called the number on the website, *******675 5 times and left messages, emailed at least 5 times and even messaged to their Facebook site and have yet to receive a reply as to the status of my order. I am surprised by my experience, because this site has received such high ratings and I would be happy to retract this review if things are made right. However, as of 7/13, they have had my money for 5 months and are not attempting to even contact me to give me an expected ship date. CTJ: Please either send me the correct jersey and size I ordered, send me my money back or give me an idea when the jersey might be shipped to me. You have my number and email, trust me. I've left it enough. Thank you.

I still haven't received my tracking number or anything yet! It been almost 3 weeks! When i emailed asking about it in. 1 seconds an automatic email was sent saying it would be another 17-21 days. I ordered a jersey in August 2018. It is now November 2018 and I have yet to receive what I ordered. I respond to email but they have yet to say anything besides allow 17-22
Days which I've clearly exceeded. I will never order from them again going to start a claim through my bank.

Absolutely rude customer service. When I contacted them by email with legit critiques, they were sarcastic and belittling.

I wanted to buy a jersey I saw on their website but there was one specific detail I couldn't make out in the photo. Instead of dumping $150+ on the jersey, and not being sure if it was what I wanted, I emailed their customer service. In response to my request to confirm one specific details, I received the following, "No." So I didn't buy it. If this is their customer service, there's NO WAY I'm taking a risk with buying something.

Just read the reviews on here. My story is just the same. This company is a FRAUD, that takes advantage of people through the use of the Internet. They do not offer a customer service number for a reason. Hopefully you read these reviews BEFORE you give them any money. STAY AWAY for your own good!

If it is too good to be true, it's not true - they never sent me a confirmation, despite two e-mails, which concerned me. After checking with my credit card company, they apparently charged me more than the listed price and the company is affiliated with a travel company out of the far east. Very suspicious - so I cancelled my credit card and filed a protest with my credit card company. They are checking it out as we speak.

This site sells nothing but Counterfeit jerseys. They also have the worst customer service. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company as the product I received was pure crap and not as pictured on their pathetic site.

Worst part is that many buyers probably confuse this site with "Customthrowbackjerseys.com" which is where I now purchase all my jerseys and which probably has the best site I have every seen when it comes to throwback jerseys.

My husband wanted a Marcus Allen Raiders #32 throwback jersey and he has wanted it for awhile. Well, fantasy football is starting up, so I started to look for one. None of my usual football websites had them: fansedge, NFL, etc. His Bo Jackson Reebok jersey is a M. So I typed in M Marcus Allen Raiders jersey. They contact me and have no record of my transaction. So I go to Paypal and find the return policy: which is listed above. A rep from the company contacts me and emails the above paragraph WITHOUT the size change exchange within 30 days. When I send the paragraph that I find on paypal with this statement, I get no response. First off, Marcus Allen is not a custom jersey. He played for the raiders and the jersey is made with multiple vendors. The REAL DEAL custom throwback jerseys emails me and says, the jersey is a fake and they are just ripping people off. I go to the FAKE jersey site and OF COURSE the line about size exchange within 30 days is deleted off their site. Paypal would do nothing. So, I am out 140.00 because this fake company. Their product is CRAP. They need to be shut down. The medium is not even a men's medium. I would love to see who is making these and if they adhere to labor laws.
