Love my son's baseball glove! It's exactly what we ordered. Customer service exceeded expectations and Ken was amazing to deal with. He is so informative and knowledgeable of the products. Terrible. Ordered a custom glove... spent $400+ They sent glove with the wrong colors. After I contacted them, they ignored me. DON'T waste your time or hard earned money with this Company. They don't care about their customers. Despite his rebuttal below, the glove was NOT Royal... it was almost black. His coach agreed that the color was wrong. Despite what he says below, I'm easily pleased... but this was made wrong and he wouldn't make it right.

The Biggest scammer's world wide I lost 319.99US these bastards are unbelievable I have filed a lawsuit and recently won. Do not get scammed like I did i won 1.2 million US and drove the website out of buisness! DONT GET SCAMMED!
Whoever wrote this review was never a customer of ours. He did not file a law suit nor did he win any money. Obviously, we are not "out of business". SiteJabber should do a better job of monitoring the people they allow to write reviews. We have an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Customer received her Custom glove and it was made EXACTLY as she had ordered it. She did not like the color of the Royal leather. We explained that Royal is the same color of the Dodgers and Mets but she said she didn't like it. We explained that there was nothing wrong with the glove and that she could not return it because she didn't like the Royal color. We have been selling Custom gloves on the internet for over 15 years and we have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. This woman could not be pleased.
