Though this shopping experience was a bit unhappy at first, I have to say the customer service is good and solved the problem timely, thus I still want to leave a good comment for it.

Now winter has almost gone, he told me that the coat really worked well through the whole winter in Illinois. All right, it doesn't matter whether those characteristics are true or not, my dad thinks it's a good winter coat, that's enough.

I ordered twice in total at cwmalls, and I have to say it's really satisfying. At the first time I bought a shearling coat and asked them to change the material of it as I like the style of this coat but don't like its original material, so they recommended another material for me. I was so glad when receiving it, it didn't let me down at all! The second time I ordered a leather jacket, I chose customization as I wanted better slim fit. They also didn't live up to my expectations. It's good on the whole except I waited for a little long time and such costly products were packaged just in plastic bags!

I have bought a shearling leather coat to my husband. It took a bit while to discuss the sizes in beginning. But after I settled the payment, the delivery went fast and we were totally amused by the quality and details of the coat except the outer pack. Consider to buy one more for my Dad.

Received my sheepskin coat before the snowstorm hit Virginia, you wouldn't know how cold it was. Thanks to the nice coat from the company, I could survive the coldness. Also I am a big man who is 6' 2" and 290lbs, they made the coat for me without adding any additional fees. I would highly recommend this company and their sheepskin coats if you are living in somewhere extremely cold.

It's not cheap but it is worth it.
You can't quite see the quality of material in this coat online but it is there, nothing I've seen matches the standard of this coat.
Carefully make your choice of colour from CWMalls and you will adore a sheepskin coat from them for every winter to come. I could not be more impressed by the craftwork of this coat.

I ordered some cargo pants from this store. $89 so they were not cheap. However, the product I got was the equivalent of a $10 pair of pants. They were terrible. Men's cargo pants with ankle drawstrings! I am serious. When I asked for a return label like Amazon provides, they tell me that they will only do a refund after I send them back to some province in China! Seriously. Only after I tell them no thanks and that Citibank will do a chargeback, do they offer a US address but still no return label. Never do business with this joke of a company.

My new winter jacket this year is from this company, this is the first time for me to order such an expensive item online, but I am quite satisfied, it is a black sheepskin jacket and it looks more stylish than other sheepskin jackets I can find on the internet, it has very beautiful embossed patterns on the sleeve, and I like such designs, size is true, it seems tailored for me, fitted but not too tight, and I can zip up, I will definitely recommend this company and the product to my friends.

This site is a borderline scam. I ordered a jacket that didn't fit, over $1700. It should have as I sent them my measurements to be sure. When I returned it, It cost me $350 to send it back. Then the company contacted me and asked me to falsify the customs value on the return. They also deducted another $350 from the order for postage as well. I hardly consider a $700 loss acceptable. This site is a scam that is employing illegal sales practices.

I purchased from their site a few weeks ago. I received the package a few days ago and found the information on the shoebox sharpied out so I couldn't compare the Item # with the one on the box. Then when I looked into the content of the box, I found a different pair of shoes altogether. Hard for me to find very suitable cargo pants in local stores, and I dont want to shop around anymore. Fortunately, I can order my pants from this company although it is more expensive than my previous pants, the style looks very good, multi cargo pockets to store my things, and the cotton material used is durable and sturdy. Full marks to the customising team, this jacket fits nicely. This is one of the few leather jackets that can be described as a desirable fashion garment. Doesn't appear to crease because it's natural.
