Dao Drops

Product didn't do anything for me. Use drops as directed with no results. Eat clean with minimal exercise.

I bought these drops for my husband to try, along with a change in diet, nutrition and some other herbal supplements and together it all makes a difference. These are not "magic" drops; if you try them and you are disappointed in their performance, perhaps there is a need for additional lifestyle changes. My husband is very happy with the results. He is more energetic throughout the day, and has a higher drive and stronger libido naturally, when it's time, and it all happens organically. It's not the immediate but time limited result of taking a pharmaceutical pill.
I will continue buying these natural drops for my husband. I recommend them. We are both pleased.

I started using the drops about 2 years ago & was satisfied with the product & the company feedback. Lately there seems to be a decline & maybe it's because the demand has increased. I'm not sure. After I recently received a damaged product (chipped dropper & open bottle), I have not been able to reach anyone by phone or email, which I sent 2x. What if I had choked or cut the inside of my mouth? Am I supposed to send a bat signal? They don't get back to you, but always want you to review their products. Well... here ya go

Going to find out if they work or not then I will be able to give a better review

This company is keeping its customers money and not delivering their order. I've heard from dozens of people about this.

Quick and easy to navigate. Shipping was on point and fast. A+ on the tracking and following up on products. Wish I could choose the stars correctly ( shows 5 stars this is Not true) real rating I gave 3.5 stars to all products because I haven't even gotten through a week so it's too early to give a proper rating. Over all I think I'll definitely be back to order. L

I ordered 2 drop bottles on a Monday, paid express shipping to get it before the weekend. Weekend came and went, send message asking when my order will ship… no reply…. Over 2 weeks later, send another message… no reply.
Sent PayPal a request for refund after trying to contact the company and getting no response. The company then sends them. Still no response from company or offer to credit the express shipping charge.
Just very unprofessional and borderline sketchy.

Let me just say this, the customer care service here is so stellar! I get replies in just few seconds everytime I ask about my orders or have special favors for deliveries. I've never experienced anything like this. It's a good thing!

I had a coupon in the mail ordered a secondary product. Got $14 off however it automatically charged me for 5 day shipping. I didn't even receive the product nor did it ship even in 5 days. So I paid extra to ship it out faster and yet I did not receive the product any faster if anything I received the product later than estimated and later than expected. Did not receive a response for my emails, or messages on their social media no matter how many times I've messaged about my refund for shipping costs.

This product was exactly what I needed. They upgraded me to a bigger size at no extra cost and all the packaging was environmentally friendly, which I greatly appreciate. I drops themselves have a slight sweet taste that I have grown to love, and I can't even taste it in my tea. I haven't noticed any difference because this is the first week I have tried the skinny and detox products, but I have high hopes.

Do not, I repeat, do not order from this company. I made the mistake of signing up for a recurring order since it stated you could cancel any time and/or pause a shipment. There is no place on their website when you log in to adjust your order in any manner. I have sent repeated emails to cancel and have received no response at all. When you call their phone number it states to email them and then hangs up. Do not give these people your credit card information for any reason! I have still not been able to stop them and have still not received any form of response at all yet another shipment just went out.

I've been waiting on an order since April 15th that was placed through the website. I've emailed customer service 3 times with no response. I've called the number on their website, but it simply asks you to email. I've reached out through Amazon, but even then, after a promise to help rectify the situation, no response. I'd find another company to deal with if I were you. Worst customer service ever.

It was very easy to order, but it took longer than expected to receive.

I placed my order on 6/10, received a notification on 6/13 the shipping label was created. But since then there has been no updates at all. I have tried emailing customer support twice with no response. The customer service number listed on the website just has you send an email. I was really excited to try this product. The shipping on the website shows 2-5 days but it's now beyond that time frame.

It's so frustrating! After reading all good reviews I ordered and received a leaking bottle. Reached out to customer service no response. I ordered a new bottle, paid shipping so that it reaches in 5 days and it's been over 10 days it's still in processing status. There is no one who responds to the emails and now customer service phone number is disconnected. I am thinking of disputing the money as I don't see the product is getting shipped.

Love these drops and they are very easy to use, hoping that I will continue to lose weight

I love the product and it works great but their customer service is horrible. I made a purchase back at the beginning of February 2022 and still have not received my products. I have contacted the number that is provided on their website, and it directs you to send an email. I emailed their company 5x now and no response. I have requested an update regarding my order or a refund, still no response. Other than that the product is great. I would purchase it through Amazon instead of their direct website.

Shipping times are to long to receive product based on order date

I have just received them and do not know if they're doing anything for me or not.

I ordered my drops on the 6th of february and the tracking said it was shipped the 7th. Its now the 21st and i still havent received them. ALSO i just got an email saying it was just shipped? Ill add pictures. I emailed them requesting a refund because im really not interested anymore and they told me theyll have to deduct 15$ because of their policy? So id only get 3$ back. So i dont recommend this. I was super excited about it and checked my mail daily just waiting to try it.

Ordered these drops last week for the first time and no email as to when they would arrive. Ordered them on Tues. Today is Sunday! Yet they took my $15.00 payment! I am not too happy! First time ordering not Good- Dao Skinny Drops! Where is my product? Email letting me know whats going on. No # to call Customer Service they just direct you to email them so you cant talk to a human. I want my product I odered.

I got my focus drops on a discounted price after I bought 10 drops two weeks ago. Such a good deal, thanks dao drops.

Very quick and easy can't wait to get product and try it
