It is hard to cancel and please do not buy a domain from them because they will keep it. They will never answer the phone. Please dont waste your money with them you will be disappointed. You have been warned. They kept billing me after I cancelled.

Kudos to datingsitebuilder, because them, I don't need to study years just to have my very own dating website. I contacted them last month and inquired about their package. After asking too many questions, I was convinced that they will provide me all the things that I need in a dating website. Luckily, I was right. The dating software is so easy to navigate (it's recommended even for beginners like me). It allows me to manage the photos, members, customization and overall website without any hassle.

It's obvious that there's lots of spam self-advertisement against datingsitebuilder. Although I have not joined datingsitebuilder, and not one of them either, was reading reviews before signing up but realized some of the latest reviews just look like spam. They are actually spam:

1. "Fraudulent Company. Very Bad Experience" by Jennifer. She said she paid $7000? I have been keeping my eye on datingsitebuilder and I thought they only had $20, $50, $100, and Enterprise $150 per month service plans. Not sure where the $7000 came from. The post also trying hard to recommend the guy "Josh". You think it's not spamming?

2. "Worst customer service RIP OFF" by Jack. Same purpose = trying to recommend another website DateDev.com. You think it's not spamming?

3. "PISS POOR SERVICE". $10/month, they never had this low, not sure where it came from. $10 to $150? On the website, there's $150 / month service which is the Enterprise version. Without the usage report, can't say if it's overage charges or not, but seems like it.

I will keep doing research before I make up my mind to go with datingsitebuilder or somewhere else, but interesting to see all these spamming, self-promotion posts that sitejabber allows.

Hmm, it's been just a few months since I subscribe to datingsitebuilder.com but so far, I like their services.

For me, the things that make them likable are:

Their pricing- It's cheaper compared to others.

Customer support- hmm slightly fast, they responded within 24 hours after I emailed them. Though, I'm hoping they can improve it more. Perhaps, 24/7 live chat support.

Profiles- their package includes profiles already so there's no need to start from scratch.

Overall, I think I made a good deal with datingsitebuilder.

I started my site with them and from the first month I have had problems. Payment Problems(I pay and they say it was not received, NOW still I have no access to my account after 2 months) next They raise the prices first buy $10.00 and now to $149.99 A month. I have been trying to get my MEMBERS profile and they refuse to give them to me. I even offered to buy the software but still no answer. I have paying CUSTOMERS that are getting ready to lose their access because the Dating Site Builder people will not respond to me. I have tried all the numbers I could find to get some sort of answer and nothing. Now their email doesnt work. So I am up a creek and soon my site that has had a very good name will soon be MUDD.
Does anyone have any ideas how to reach them?

I purchased a feature 5 days ago that hasn't been activated yet. I've tried to contact them in every way possible. When I call, it says try back later because the mailbox is full. They haven't returned my emails and the live chat isn't even live. Worst customer service ever. I'm still waiting for them to respond so I can post my site.

STAY AWAY from this fraudulent company. As other reviews mentioned, they do not hold up to what they say... they put things off, and do NOTHING but take your money! They delay until your 30 days is up just like the other reviewer stated. I gave them the 7 days they asked for, and then I cancelled, it doesn't take that long to build a web site. I cancelled well within their cancellation period and I am still fighting to get my money back through paypal. Now they won't respond because they are caught in the act of FRAUD. They have cost me loss in business, time, and money. If I have to take them to court, I will. No problem, and they will be paying me more than what they took from me - they cost me a loss in business, time, and money. They are a SCAM, that is all.

I tried to get this site to work for me yesterday (July 22/15) payed the subscription fee thru paypal and got NOTHING! No answer to inquiry--are the comments about this site true (negative)?

The whole process took about 7-8 minutes and the system created a default dating website for me instantly. I was able to login and click around to learn the dating system. It's nothing difficult, that you have to use get used to it and know where and what you are looking for. On the top left corner, there's support link which I liked on and was able to chat with live customer support in real time. But there were times where I couldn't reach a live person and had to submit a support ticket. Overall, it's great experience using them.

I like the site builder, it's easy to use and setup my website. They have great selection of templates, that saves my life because I don't know any programming. What they charge is reasonable too.

Scammers! They take your money as quick as they can but dont offer any support for their customers. I bought the stand alone dating software for $99 and thought to get a software that works for that price. But the software has many bugs, does not run on PHP 5.5 and main features are missing. Passwords are saved 1:1 into the database without any encryption. If you have no programming knowledge you have to hire a developer in order to get the script running. Do not count on the service that datingsitebuilder.com promises. They will let you wait weeks or months. If you want to start a dating site, do not make the failure and spend your money on datingsitebuilder.com. It is not worth having the trouble later.

Absolutely dire customer support servers based in bejing, my site was hacked twice and traffic diverted to other dating sites, AVOID the shared profiles at all costs as you will find yourself on someone elses site, constant spam messages whilst using the shared profiles.

Dating Site Builders are a scam, I have been trying to Cancel my Account with them since October and after many Emails and voicemails left they still didn't cancel it but kept withdrawing money for 3 months after.

They never return your voicemails as I have left several messages, I emailed every Email Account of them and never responded, but when I finally said I am going to see a lawyer after ignoring my request to cancel my account I finally got a respond. But no refund because its pass 30 days non the less that I've been leaving voicemails and emails with no reply from them 3 months with no response from this dating site builders.

Many emails and voicemails to cancel they just kept withdrawing money from my bank Account so be very very carefull as they never pick up their phone and hide behind their Emails with a lack of customer care.

I finally talked to someone after 3 months trying to get a hold of someone I finally do and still won't get refunded even after the whole 30 days crap, they just withdrawn money out of my account on the 4th of December and not even refunding that.

This company will withdraw money from your account with no permission and will ignore your request to cancel your account... BIG SCAM... STEALING MONEY...

Stay away from these guys, they are so slow and confused about the support. It takes 3 or more days to answer. Saying straight i wouldnt go with them even if they give me free script and host and all the rest. Its not worthy. I dont know how thse guys are surviving in business with this kind of customer support
