Terrible product and instead of accepting a return they asked me to take pictures and write exactly what's wrong along with a 60 second video of the product not working. The company is a scam. You can find the same garbage product on Amazon for way cheaper. 25 bucks I'll never get back because I refuse to spend my day trying to prove they sell junk.

I ordered 2 products it was the same. It took forever and nothing was happening so before I left a review I emailed verde and they said it's out for delivery sent me a link to track it, it was out for delivery well few days later it said it was delivered but I never received it. So few months later still no package I wrote the review... VERDE SUCKS! I'll never order anything from them again when I see their name I back out and leave its nit worth losing the money. Also anytime you get in touch with them it will say a virus is here or something of the sort there is always an error and they always reply with a different email...

Horrible place, they push you very hard to order most expensive things from the menu. If you don't, you get horrible service. Then they want you out quickly, and you get the receipt right away to pay off.Service talked over us, not decent to treat your customers like that! Never again!
Bought spray hair remover for $15, $5 shipping. Less than 2 ounces in a teeny tiny bottle. Emailed Verde. We went back and forth and there last email said "Sorry for the inconvenience, but the product will work." I will never buy from them again.

Order placed 12/2/20--still in China---keep getting emails to buy other products. I thought business was in Utah. Must be another scam. Really angry!
I wish I had checked the reviews first!... I ordered the grass matt and received felt after 3 weeks... f!#@n felt!... after really looking at it I understood why it came with no instructions and it looked nothing like the pictures...

I have not received my order yet and I ordered it back in October it's supposed to be a Christmas present at this rate I'm definitely not going to have it for Christmas
I ordered my product back in February 2021 and it took a month to arrive. Also I received the product and the instructions aren't even in English. The package box arrived banged up and the product didn't even look like the pictures. I contacted customer service and all they wanted was a picture and a 60 second video. They said they couldn't offer any grievances and couldn't process a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM! I called the customer service number and no one ever answered. They say they are based in Utah and they have a zero questions asked return policy.
