Observing closely time passed the last couple of years I've tried a few signal services. My God there are some dodgy things going on in The Forex Wild West! I won't list the name(s) of the organisation (s) to protect the guilty, but suffice to say-Caveat Emptor. I reckon one lot from London WAS a bunch of teenagers in a bedroom. There were some good ones also. As you say though, you need to understand the strategy behind the trade.

What I love is that my wife has a quality piece of jewelry with a sizable diamond, something we could never afford, that was not mined out of the earth & made in America. Win-win! We are also now on the Diamond Nexus Lab email list, we get lots of notices on sales....so maybe she will get a tennis bracelet to go with that pendant for Christmas! : )

My husband bought me a gorgeous 3 carat pear shaped pendant for me to wear on our wedding day. It is the most sparkly thing you have ever seen!

I was extremely satisfied with the service, efficiency, affordability, and even the amazing presentation of the boxes themselves. I have ordered round stud earrings, and the stones are INCREDIBLE! I have also ordered my wedding band, the matching band, which fit perfectly with my engagement ring that I had gotten elsewhere previously.

My ring is so gorgeous!! I get so many compliments on it and I am madly in love with it! You cannot tell the difference between this diamond and a mined diamond, except that this one is much bigger and more brilliant than we could have afforded otherwise.

Diamond Nexus has remarkable customer service, and outstanding products. If I ever have the opportunity to buy again, I will definitely choose to look at Diamond Nexus first. I cannot say THANK YOU enough, you guys rock!

My engagement ring, a Cinderlla Staircase, was purchased about 9 years ago. It is a beautiful ring! A few months ago, I noticed that there were some scratches on the center stone. Since I didn't purchase the ring, and my then fiance and I have long since broken up, I didn't know if Diamond Nexus would honor the warranty. I contacted customer service and gave them some information so they could try and locate the acount. They found it and assured me the stone was covered! They emailed me a shipping label and within a few days of mailing the ring back, I was sent a quote to have the stone replaced, the setting repaired and cleaned and polished! Since I wasn't sure about the warranty, I had taken the ring to a different jeweler and was quoted $250 for the repair to the setting and $500-750 to replace the center stone. I was looking at around $1K to restore the ring to it's original fabulousness! I paid a nominal fee of $120 to Diamond Nexus and will be getting my ring back to me, fully restored, in a few days. The customer service reps are AWESOME! Everyone I have spoken to has been knowledgeable and very helpful! I have read several negative reviews about Diamond Nexus and their products and customer service and I have a few things to say about them... First, even if it the stones are CZ (and I am not saying they are) WHO CARES? They are obviously high quality stones that come with a LIFETIME warranty and the settings are 14K gold. So, again, WHO CARES? Second, I have spoken to several customer service reps since I sent my ring in for repair, and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM, without exception, has been courteous, knowledgable and helpful. Diamond Nexus is an awesome company with awesome products and employees!

It a good jewelry shop, but when I bought a ring there, I waited for two weeks and got nothing. After two weeks I called them and ask where is my order? They said that they hadn't sent it because my email service at Europe, but the shipping address wasn't in Europe. So what? They even didn't call me to ask. Their sales service is irresponsible. They behaved like racists. I hasn't got any apologizes.

I will never again deal with a "real" brick and mortar diamond jewelry store... Nothing but overpriced, scammers that artificially inflate the prices of mined diamonds and preach to the world about how much money you should waste on a ring, when you can get the same exact thing for 1/3 of the price. Thank God for companies like Diamond Nexus from being so awesome in finding a way to make the same product, but for a fraction of the price.

I have ordered a couple times from this place and i have got to say they are on top of their game with customer service. I have not had any problems but I see their quick responses to customers having concerns or difficulty with an order. They truly care about their customers and their satisfaction. A+

I purchased a stone to set in a ring I already had. When I took it to a jeweler, in its original package, he said the stone was chipped and he couldn't/wouldn't set it. I returned it and requested an equivalent replacement. They said their jewelers had determined that the ring had been set and "There's nothing we can do." How about trying fair and honest business practices?
