I put in an order for products on June 2,2023 and was charged for my order but, never received delivery of my order. When I tried to contact the company by phone I was directed to a web site that is defunct. Looks like I was bilked out of $115. My one star rating reflects the fact that there is no 0 star option.

So their website says all over:" * LIFETIME WARRANTY - 100% Guaranteed - We are able to offer this because we have superior quality) "
It's a sham. A total sham. Now they are telling me that "if you install it then the warranty is void". Installed a new screen and it crapped out within months. Terrible quality. No wonder they are cheaper.

Low quality products, poor customer service, does not actually have a warranty even though website says differently.

After spending $300 on a replacement screen, and receiving the wrong coloured frame with the screen, not only did they refuse to send me a correct replacement screen, but I had to make a huge he stink for over a week before they would even give me a return label to send it back like their website claims they do! They REFUSE to send me the correct order! I won't rest until everyone knows about this crappy company! Every person who gave this place 5 stars I believe are lying for the company! I'm appalled!

If they send you something incorrect they won't even try to send you the right thing. I explained to them that it was an emergency that I needed the screen asap and they still took their time--in fact I feel they took even longer since I told them that!

I bought a note 20 ultra screen with frame! $300 and they still wouldn't help me with getting the proper one after they sent me the incorrect item! I sent them a photo and they said it was "bad lighting" which was a boldfaced lie!
I contacted them multiple times to determine how a rectangular pice of plastic was supposed to work with the repair and all I received was a vague answer to another part. I tried multiple times and still don't have a clear answer as to the thermal pad. Additionally, there are three YouTube videos that they rely on to provide instructions that have been taken down. No response on those.

Go somewhere else with customer service that responds.

This business cheating people!
I ordered a note 8 lcd screen replacement. On their website there was samsung service pack photo and it was saying oem quality. It came with unbranded box with a Chinese product. Touch screen was terrible and had dead spots and sort of stains.
Now I've been waiting for a month to get my money back but they just don't refund it... they also show only 5 star reviews on their website... i can't believe this!
Beware. Your order will never arrive not will they ever respond to your emails. You will never receive a tracking number. You will however have your inbox filled with promotions from them. Beware. Most useless and thieving company i ever purchased from located here in the USA and people wonder why we order from china instead. Useless American unpatriotic company.

Hiw they have this low a rating us beyond me. They were so good that I'm rightting this almost a year later just because I saw this and thought it nuts they were super helpful knowledgable and it came so fast I feel bad I didnt write sooner
Horrible company that does not honor their lifetime warrantee. Run while you can. Buy a better quality screen that won't go out in 4 months. & they won't honor their lifetime 100% guarantee warrantee when the touch screen stops responding.

Send email explaining how i paid for 1 to 2 day shipping and item is on day 4 and still not shipped. Explained I wanted a refund on shipping and this is their response " Hi! It looks like due to the billing information you provided the system had to do an additional review before order processing. Your order is now on its way and should arrive very soon. Thanks!" No mention of refunding the extra 25 i paid for shipping. Just a lame excuse and still no TRACKING number
My first and last experience with this company. I ordered a replacement glass, digitizer and frame OEM. Horrible service - paid for expedited shipping DID NOT SHIP said they had a glitch in their system. They did promptly refund my money when I asked.

I have made 2 orders with Digital Supply USA. The first was for a screen replacement a few months ago. After a month of not receiving it, I contacted customer service. They did send one out immediately that I got it a few days later, but it was over a month after my initial order. I thought I would give them one more chance and ordered another screen replacement over 2 weeks ago. I keep getting emails saying that I should have received my order and that my time to review the product is running out. I emailed customer service and got this automated response "As a small family-owned American business competing in the global market we value and encourage our team to spend time with their family at the beginning of the year. We allow CUSTOMER SERVICE team family time until January 13th. At that time the team will be ready to handle any issues you may have. Simply send us a message on January 13th and we will be happy to handle it for you. FYI- THE SHIPPING WAREHOUSE IS OPEN. THEY ARE SENDING OUT AND RECEIVING ORDERS LIKE NORMAL. Thank you... from our family to yours!"
What the heck? I'm all for giving employees holiday time off, but I think Jan 13th is a little excessive to have your whole customer service team off. What about your customers? There is no way for me to speak to anyone. I've given them enough chances. Next time I will go with Ebay! I also left a 1 star review on Digital Supply USA website, but it is not showing up in their reviews. They are only showing the good reviews.

Never got the second screen replacement I ordered.
I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus premium screen and waited two weeks for it to arrive only for a screen half the size to come in the mail. I can't use this small screen for the 6 plus so this was a complete waste of time. Their prices aren't bad though.

Don’t use it if you have a specific model of iPhone like the plus or the mini.

Paid for next day shipping and got ground shipping. The package showed up a week later have the receipt and says next day shipping stay away from these people bad in business and they are blaming me for this after i sent the receipt with proof that i did pay for next day shipping.
Had trouble finding the correct screen and battery for my phone. Found it quickly and easily on digItal supply, and at a good price.

I ordered a Note 9 Digitizer repair kit which comes with a Note 9 Digitizer and LCD screen. You can buy a repair kit to come with it as well which I opted to do. When it arrived it came with only the digitizer (frame back portion) and the repair kit. It had no screen which is half of the problem with my phone. I tried to get ahold of customer service but they only have email which takes a while for them to respond. I informed them of what happened and they advised I return the product and attached an RMA number but no shipping label. So now I have to pay to return a product that didnt come with everything it should have to hopefully get a return credited. The person who responded to my email seemed like they didnt even read my response in its entirety. Just use another site. I dont recommend this one.

After several days of charging and recharging the battery now last all day. You need to charge it every day but I guess that's normal for a smartphone.
Junk China battery. My 5 year old Samsung battery lasted all day. This new battery dies in about 8 hours. Going to reinstall old battery.
They never give me my package and the last email they give me January 13 I've been eating since dec 29 and they still didn't and it's February 9 my word and your word I got a XR screen for 45 dollars so
I ordered a replacement screen and back glass, 4 days and no shipment. I then ask to cancel the order and the charged me a $17 Fee. Their site says no restock fee:

They didn't even ship the product but charge a fee? B. S.!
I am going to file a claim with Paypal for the fee.

I order more than 3 days ago and paid almost 20$ for fast shipment expedited and still, they don't provide me with my tracking number. They said it was a problem with the billing addresses. I saw another review with the exact same words. Then I replied that I wanted the tracking number, they read the text and never replied to me. This company and their customer service are terrible. I suggest you avoid them at all costs. I'm asking for refund of all my money and they can keep the product because hasn't been shipped. Still no response. I'm giving a Satr because can't give 0
Digital Supply advertises with a lifetime warranty due to their superior quality.
I did order a iPhone XR screen replacement and installed it. Worked fine for about ten months.
Then the screen lost colors. First intermittently then permanetly.
Installing the old cracked screen proved it is not a connection issue (old screen still worked, just cracked glass), but evidently a defect with the replacement screen. When opening the phone to remove the replacement screen I found multiple loose screws inside all coming from that replacement screen.
When I inquired for a replacement with Digital Supply per their lifetime warranty, I was told that the warranty ends once the screen is installed. I argued that it is not a lifetime warranty then.
Digital supply refuses to honor their advertised warranty, by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
IMHO that is false advertisement and deceiving customers.
Will never buy from Digital Supply again.

Bought broken iphone screen they blame me that I damaged the screen becaerful very professional thieves.
I didnt receive my package, instead it was returned to sender. They wont respons on my mails, i have paid for expedited shipping but after 1 month still nothing. For me a very bad experience, i think they are a scam or they dont know how to run a legit business. I try to get my money back trough paypal now because of no responsfrom seller. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere, you are better off then...
