Ordered a nespresso coffee machine from their ebay site promising next day delivery. Emailed apparently they were looking into it but no reply since. Please avoid as it looks like the coffee machine never existed in the first place, but they are still offering the coffee machine currently on ebay on the same listing I bought it off. Can't phone them as they have a recorded message saying they are not offering a telephone service. They are probably tired of coming up with lies to tell people.
The original Item sent to me broke (leaking coffee machine) within a month. It was replaced quickly and without any issues. HOWEVER second replaced had lose and worn screw which wasn't fitted properly and the second item broke again within 1.5mth. Because it is the second replacement I refuse to have it fixed again as it is too much inconvenience and it seems like the items they sell are not properly refurbished.The company refuses to refund even though in line with Consumer Act if first replacement fails then I have a right to a full refund. CAB confirms I'm right so if this cannot be resolved then will be reporting this business to an ombudsman.

Sold me a so called refurbished air fryer, which is in a filty state, while making it as hard as possible to see on the website it was, apperantly, grade C. I bought it thinking it was new and didn't open it until a few weeks later because it was going to be a Christmas present to someone. Contacted the company, first I was offered a better refurbished replacement and I refused it requesting a refund. Now instead of showing a good will and offering a refund they refused it basically saying no help and lump it.
So 80 quid waisted.
Just stay away from this lot.
Because you really need a magnifying glass to see that the item you are looking at is a refurbished one

Bought a food processor on Wednesday delivered Thursday - repackaged item not AS NEW the way it was sold to me no manuals not paperwork not internal boxing just loads of bubble wrap... go to plug it in no power going through it so email AS THEY HAVE NOONE TO ANSWER PHONECALLS

Appears to be a fraudulent company took my money back in April 2022 for next day delivery but received no Hoover, received a couple of replies apologising for late delivery however still no Hoover or resolution and they are not replying to emails or answering the phone, beware of this company order at own risk, if something looks to good to be true it usually is

Placed order and next day received email saying Microwave is shipped. But clue where or what is the delivery tracking no etc. Tried to phone back but no luck. Waited 32 minutes same voice message is repeating from beginning. Extremely frustrated. Emailed them with the invoice details but no chat room or way to reach them. Testing my luck or need to complain to consumer court etc..

Broken Hoover - replies seem to be computer generated as make no sense
Hoover broke within warranty, sent to be fixed - delivery at my cost. Returned without word. Postage not refunded as per their contract. Hoover was not fixed. I have now spent la year trying to get them to respond with anything worthwhile. Each reply is more or less this: We are sorry to hear this, once we have these details...
They never reply when I ask which details but they have EVERY piece of information they could ever need.
The hoover has been broken for a year now.

I would stay well clear of direct vaccuums. Google reviews say the same. Okay until faulty then not interested.

A friend and I decided to by a Vax from Direct Vacuums, my friend bought a New one which was actually secondhand, and by their reaction one could conclude it was normal. Mine never arrived and after sending many email with no reply's, I received a screen shot showing it was delivered to an address that does not exist. Told them is and we are now back to ignoring me, here's hoping Trading Standards can prosecute. Would recommend you purchase elsewhere.

Absolute disaster dealing with these people. Ordered a carpet shampoo machine, which arrived late and smashed. A replacement was promised which never arrived. Then a refund was promised but only if I transport the machine to the "Returns Centre" in my local town. This involves a 2 mile bus ride, and a 1/2 mile walk with a heavy carpet machine (I am 69 years old with mobility problems and a heart condition).
I purchased a Vax steam mop, which arrived as expected in a very tatty box, not properly sealed. The actual steam mop looked dirty, andvery used. I assembled it, there was no instruction booklet included, only to find out that it didn't work it just made a loud noise, with no steam at all. Very frustrating and annoying. Wouldn't ever recommend or use again. AVOID
Ordered a microwave off them which was supposed to be delivered next day but it did not come. Tried numerous times to contact them via their so-called official support e-mail and phone number, even tried chasing them on their Twitter and Facebook but received no response at all. In the end I tried to ask for a refund but of course no response. So no microwave and 40+ quid out of pocket and no way to heat my food, can't afford to buy another one. I reported them to trading standards they should NOT be in business.

I received a much inferior item than the one I bought. Poor packed up, several emails sent nothing resolved. Wanna have peace of mind after purchase? Buy from somewhere else or you are signing up for a gamble which is likely for you to lose. Btw, they cut off the model of the item on the box thinking we are fools, what a attitude!

Impossible to get hold of for a refund! Item was sent completely damaged! Avoid, avoid, avoid! I would of given 0 stars if it let me!
Bought a vacuum with a description that clearly stated 'brand new'.
Item delivered was not brand new - no packaging, no instruction booklet/docs, all but one tool attachment was missing, physical damage to the cleaner (extensive scrapes/gouging around the brush head housing). And, most of all, the item doesn't work (doesn't even switch on)
Direct vacuums aren't taking calls, so I emailed them requesting a full refund within 7 days.
When they eventually responded (day 5), they only offered a partial refund or exchange. I have rejected this and requested a full refund. Still awaiting on their response a further 5 days on.
Appalling customer service.
I've had to put it in the hands of PayPal to hopefully get a resolution, and will be contacting their local Trading Standards Office to lodge a complaint..

I ordered a Dolce gusto coffee machine with next day yodel delivery, 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting! Problem with address but when checked address was perfect, tried calling but on hold for 1 hour each time over 4 days, have now cancelled order and awaiting refund! Please don't use this company

Purchased kenwood toaster and matching kettle. Kettle arrived what I buy toaster arrived completely different and scratched all over! Customer service is the worse ever! They actually didn't have my toaster so thought they would just put any similar looking rubbish they had, that I wouldn't even want for free, they would then offer further discount, even though product was cheaper and worth nothing as scratched in the front, I hope I would accept!
When I refused and asked for money back they stopped replying to my messages!

Ordered what was advertised as a new vacuum cleaner. The one I received had clearly been well used, with considerable signs of wear. Additionally, it came without a handle, so, obviously, incomplete.
Contacted their 'support' team two days ago but no response.

Do not order from this company. Item arrived late, when arrived switched vacuum on smoking and burning smell. Contacted no firm of communication, email on website to request refund and return still no reply. When you get a reply to your email 4days later saying its on its way after now being delivered, there's no way to email back there customer service company. Scammers avoid at all costs.

Interesting that there are hundreds of presumably fake 2 line positive reviews on Trustpilot, but they haven't started spamming those on here, so you get a real picture.
I only wish I'd read the reviews here before placing an order with these cowboys, as my experience seems to be far too normal.
I ordered a 'new' vacuum for next day delivery. Days later I received a filthy, badly damaged, very 'used' vacuum, in far worse condition than the 8 year old one I bought it to replace.
It took 2 weeks of chasing and threat of court action/instigating mastercard chargeback to get a refund.
They did eventually refund, at least. Some it seems were not so lucky.
I wanted a Braun steam generator iorn but a over £200 a tad too expensive. I went on Google in hunt for a Braun to my delight I saw one for £99.00 I did a bit of a search about the Merchant that advertised it.one Direct Vacuum these boys really play hard. Firstly they never answer the phone, the reply to one email out of12 or more not telling me where the Braun that I spent the day it was supposed to come is only to tell me that their phones are down. Cut to the chase I peppered them with emails with some really fruity swearing. Door bell rang yesterday a courier grinning at me box in hand before I could say Bob is your uncle he bolted to his van, gone. Then only me a £49.00 Tefal opened the beat up box and it stank. Phoned straight away same old same old woman telling me not to hang up because an agent will be with you soon. Their returns policy reads like a scammers charter. I will be sending it back tomorrow will also have a chat with trading standards I am sure what they did in really off the scale. Ho can they thank you for the order telling me what is comming my way only to see a smelly old box stuffed with paper anda lousy refurbished TEFAL.

HAD TO MAKE COMPLAINTS TO CITIZENS ADVICE AND TRADING STANDARDS BECAUSE DIRECT VACUUMS COULDN'T CARE LESS. AVOID AVOID AVOID. AT LEAST 30 EMAILS WHICH THEY TAKE DAYS TO RESPOND TO. THEY NOW HAVE BOTH MACHINES AND STILL NO REFUND. DISGUSTING VILE SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
