As the Executive Director of a non-profit in Charlotte, NC - to say that finding companies that both CARE about their clients AND produce a quality product would be an understatement. A month ago, I would have (and actually have) given this company a 1 star review. Today - if there were TEN STARS - it wouldn't be enough. Discount Mugs has been one of the most attentive, customer-focused companies I have ever dealt with - as a bar/restaurant owner, a separate small business owner, and a charity director that takes no salary - so that is saying a LOT. I rarely leave reviews - and it's important to know that this review is completely unsolicited and NOT sponsored or compensated by the company in any form - but it was important enough for me to ensure that all potential customers of Discount Mugs know that this is a company with integrity and a service-based objective that is also committed to delivering premium work for it's clients. Do yourself a favor and use this company for all of your individual and business branding needs - I promise you won't be disappointed! And special shoutout to Mark Genesis Garcia for working with us through a difficult process as a small non-profit with a HUGE impact and mission!

If there was a way to leave 0 stars or even negative stars, I would. This company shipped product to me that had broken pieces in it. They originally promised to ship the replacements overnight as my customer had a must in hands date. They did not hold up that promise. After we contacted customer service the next day to see where our product was at they told us they weren't able to ship out the replacements immediately and that it would take a day or two to ship out the product. After being fully aware of the in hands date needed by my customer, this supplier who I trusted, let me know. If your order is shipped without any issues, you're lucky. But if an issue needs to be resolved. Good luck getting them to help.

Customer service is terrible. They blame you for their mistakes and refuse to deal with the situation, they made our print micro sized compared to the online proof I received, refuse to replace them they look terrible you can't even read them. These people are no good there are many other options out there, most on their website is just click bait anyways. Nothing ever in stock.

I would just avoid this site the customer service experience is not worth it when something goes wrong.

Painted logos are not dishwasher safe - even on gentle cycles the logos wash right off. So now I spent $15 on pint glasses worth $2.

I ordered mugs in 2021 and have washed them multiple times -- the imprint was into the mug and they have held up great. Just ordered 24 new mugs (and spent $414) and they came with a cheap sticker on them that was destroyed by my home dishwasher. Just horrible quality and they have no indication that they changed their process to use a sticker on the exact same mug. Customer Service has given me a run-around! They post no negative reviews on their website, so I can tell you they ignore all customer complaints! DO NOT SHOP HERE... a complete scam and cheap products (Feb 2023). They won't issue a full refund for their new cheap product! Why would they change from a great imprinted product to a cheap product?! Why don't they show any of their critical reviews?! Too many complaints here.

DO NOT ORDER PRINTED PRODUCTS... CHEAP STICKERS.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I Placed an order for 100 shirts in early January with an estimated delivery date of 1/19-1/20. When I called today to follow up, I was told they are running 2 weeks behind, something they never relayed to me. My order is for an event next week and I will not have them for the date, which ironically was to be printed on the shirt. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER. Do not waste your time or money with Discount Mugs

Horrible...just Horrible...they advertise 2.55 flask 6oz. No funnel. I ordered 24 and got charged over 12.50 a piece...don't ever buy a thing from these people and their customer service is well below par...and if you want to ship them back you have to pay for it...stay away far away

I had a problem with them being short of stock on an item that I needed on a deadline. I spoke to Maria Giusti in the sales department. Not only was she able to expedite my order so that I will recieve them before my deadline, but she also hooked me up with a discount for the ones I was short on. Review would be 5 stars if not for the short stock situation.

I'm a designer of several decades and I know how to prepare artwork, and how it will print. This company's art dept. is UNREACABLE, you cannot speak with them, you have to go through polite representatives and/or send numerous notes after declining incorrect proofs, which ap[parently no one reads. They altered our artwork without permission and for no technical reason. I get that they likely think they are good at production (and design...) but the things they did caused us to have to find another vendor - and we then quickly, got the job done without changing our artwork and for half the price. If you're producing anything printed on paper or magnets. We recommend StickerYou.com. For what it's worth, the mugs came out fine:)

Use any other company you can. They sent me something completely different than what was pictured on their website and my proof and expect me to keep it. It's $1100 worth of promotional goods for black friday. We cannot use any of it. They promised calls back every day for a week with not one single call back.

EDIT: After a week and a half - they've credit my account for another promotional product of the same total cost. If I were to do this again, I'd order a sample.

Very dissatisfied. I was meant to receive a shipment by 12/8. As of 12/10, it had not yet been shipped. On 12/8, after a long chat with customer service, i was told someone would email me to work through the issue. I followed up on the 9th, and no one reached back out to me. I called again on 12/10, and all they could do was refund the rush fee i already paid for. This is not the only order that was late, but the most egregious...

Their mugs are terrible, only mugs I ever had that got destroyed on the very first "light wash" in the dishwasher, would not recommend buying anything from this company, the other thing I notice is that all of their social media, no one is allowed to post anything, probably a reason for that. It would all be negative.

The sales rep pressured me to order more to "meet his monthly quota", Order placed well in advance, 2 weeks, they guaranteed a delivery date, and backed out of it. Ended up cancelling and going with another company. What a disaster of a combination of customer service/sleezy sales tactics/false claims.

Everything was fine up until we received the mugs. The mugs looked great. However when we washed them the logo came off several mugs... this occurred the same day we received them. The website does not state nor were there any instructions not to put the mugs in a dishwasher. Customer service was very helpful in that we did receive a refund for the mugs destroyed in the dishwasher, however 5 days later the logo came off two more mugs after being washed and the logo was not applied evenly on another (it is slanted). I emailed customer service at Discount Mugs about the uneven logo and to date have not received a response. I did not bother emailing about the two additional mugs as they were given as gifts and was too embarrassed to ask for pictures (Discount Mugs requires pictures of defective product). We now have nine mugs that are not in satisfactory condition and are holding our breath waiting for more defects to occur.

BEWARE! I ordered mini footballs (stress balls) logo printed you can barely see the logo and the logo rubs off with your finger. Also, the proof sent is nothing like the printed product. Reached out to customer service and emailed with Harold Hidalgo who replied: "We have received final confirmation from our claims department indicating that your request for your claim has been declined as the order appears to have been processed correctly as per your approved proof and payment selections and an order reprocess will only yield the same results as the art processed on your order has reached the maximum imprint area as well as the best possible quality with the artwork provided. As discussed, you may refer to our terms and conditions of service regarding your claim approvals and reasons for decline here:" The footballs are horrible and were not acceptable. Terrible feeling to be told "too bad, we are taking your money and not replacing the product". I will NOT order from this company again, and we buy a lot of products.

Ordered 50 stemless wine glasses with company logo on them. This order was $400 for 50 glasses, not cheap. The logo come off after one wash. Beyond terrible quality. Im sure I missed some super small print that said "not for actually drinking wine". Will not order from them again needless to say and would caution everyone to go elsewhere to order their promotional items.

Quality of the printing on glass is super cheap and didn’t last one wash.

Oscar Torres helped me out regarding a reorder because of some defects on pens I got engraved to be used as wedding favors. He helped me out promptly and efficiently. He was a great help. Would order from discount mugs again and have Oscar help me!

I placed an order with two projected delivery dates of 9 or 10 days post-order. That afforded time for my promotional event and was ultimately the reason I chose them. I spoke to customer service the first day I was projected to receive the items (9 days post-order), and they hadn't even printed them yet. They assured me they would expedite them.

They printed them and then placed them in regular ground shipping. They even admitted this additional mistake when reviewing their notes from previous calls in which one rep marked that they needed to overnight the items. And yet apparently they messed that up too.

I got several assurances I would be given updates and of course I was the one who had to call them five times.

I see complaints about quality of the work. Also consider not getting the items you ordered in time for your promotional event. Be wary of planning anything on their timelines.

I visited several websites and this one seem to have everything. I was pleased with the help I received from Mr. Washington. I am hosting a Family Reunion and ordered a rather large quantity of t-shirts that I designed and was pleased with the options I had to choose from.

Used them since 2014. Never a problem till now. The screwed up the size and location of a graphic. Not a small issues. Basically the small design on front of shirt intended for left breast area they blew up and made it the entire front of the shirt. They admit they screwed it up. My two choices:

1. Wait 4 months for the supposedly out of stock shirts to come in

Or

2. Accept $140 in store credit

I told them I will take the different shirts of equal or lesser value instead and they just ignored it

I'm guessing they want to wait out the time so you can't do a chargeback

The first order I received had not gone through the curing process and the imprint washed off all of the glasses, both in the dishwasher and when washed by hand. I had to contact customer service a total of six times to find out they were going to remake my order for free, which they did. The second order I received was fine, but the poor customer service will likely cause me to never order from this place again. One time when I called, after being hung up on twice already that day, a woman answered accidentally and I was treated to her cursing at her kids at the top of her lungs. Not good, discountmugs.com. Not good.

I have ordered stuff for work and personal items from this site. Prices are comparable to other places. Live chat is a nice feature. I do wish there was better product description. I ordered custom stress balls with our company logo & they looked as expected but the balls were very hard. It was stressful trying to squeeze them. Shipping took slightly longer than expected but not terribly bad. We received them in time. I would probably order again, but you have to work a little harder to get exactly what you want. Ask a lot of questions in the live chat.

Probably my most frustrating on-line shopping experience of the last decade. Order supposed to be delivered 7/1, for an event. After over a dozen phone calls w customer service, I still have nothing and have given up. I did get a full refund, but now they want me to reorder, with no compensation for delays, missed deadlines, miscommunication, or aggravation, all of which were significant. Thumbs down for discount mugs!
