I ordered an A5 salt cell and received a different item. I called and told them what happened. I did not receive return paperwork in a weeks time and called again. Ashley was the customer service representative and she researched what happened and together we figured it all out. She emailed me the return paperwork and I will be sending the part back later today. Ashley was very professional, polite, courteous, and resolved the problem while I was on the phone with her. Things happen. She corrected everything and was great about it. Could not have been more helpful!
This might work great for other states but I had nothing but trouble. Beware once you buy this and install. No money back. Staff not caring about your situation. Cheaper for me and easier maintenance with chlorine. Lesson learned. Old but wiser!

The seals were perfect, and easy to install. Would rate 5 Stars, except for the high cost of the two O rings.
