Paid for this and yet never got this order wasn't very happy they said they would resend it And never did wose place to buy from never getting anything from them again don't buy anything from them

I ordered the Glow-in-the-Dark paw necklace. After more than two weeks it finally arrived from Hong Kong. Well it looks nothing like the photo on their Web site. Worse it doesn't really glow in the dark. You can barely tell it's "glowing." They don't accept returns for products you're not happy with so I'm stuck with a cheap trinket necklace I could have bought at any big box store. Definitely not worth the advertised price of $24.99. I only paid $6.99 for shipping which is about all this necklace is worth. Junk.

I was $#*!ered into an ad on Facebook that said they were giving away free dog seatbelts. After visiting the site and placing my "free" order I found out I had to pay shipping. Ok fine so I sent money through pay pal. After 5 months of not receiving my item and several emails to their "contact us". I opened a pay pal complaint. Once pay pal got involved I promptly received their excuse email of how my order fell through a crack. They offered me a refund or some free gifts from their site and I responded saying I really just wanted my order I'd been waiting so long for. They agreed in the pay pal open case that they would send it out immediately. So pay pal closed the issue. Here I am 3 months from that and still nothing. Worst company ever. Disgusting customer service.

They can take your money quick but for customer service to get back with you good luck! They don't try to make it right either. Stay away from this company.

You are a wonderful company and I will be ordering from you again. I would like to know if you do personal doggie pendants. I wear my pendant every day, except when I'm in the shower. I love all your works that I have seen on your website.

I got my "free with shipping" necklace which I ordered Oct 5 2017, on Jan 4 2018 from a Facebook post.
It was exactly as depicted in the picture.
I don't have any expectations other than I hoped to get it and my info hasn't been sold to Russia. It came direct from China as I figured and had to go thru customs and tariff offices. So what the heck do folks expect? If you want quick use Amazon. If you want next to free and hope for the best try them out.

Bought a pair of earrings and waited 3 months and never received them. Email dogpawty team to notify them I hadn't received my earrings and was then told it got lost in shipping. They then offered me a credit to buy something else or to resend my order. I asked them to resend my order. They said they had. Another 3 months later I still hadn't received my order. I emailed them again and this time addressed me as just "customer" and that they would look into the matter. I emailed again and said I don't appreciate this customer service and they replied the manager would look into the matter in 24-48hrs. I have since researched their business for reviews and found out this is a scam business and so many people have experienced the same. They advertise a product for free and just pay shipping then the product never comes.

Dogpawty is such an amazing website! I ordered one of those doggy car seatbelts and I absolutely love it! Whenever I put my puppy in my car I always use it! I feel as though if I am safe in my car with my seatbelt, she should be as well. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that she is safe when I'm driving. Such a great product from Dogpawty and I recommend that everyone orders one from here has one for their own dog! Safety first!

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I'm never one to leave negative reviews unless I've genuinely experienced terrible customer service. I ordered the pair of dog paw stub earrings that are always on the "sponsored" ad on Facebook. I submitted my order on Aug. 9,2018. There have been 11 emails exchanged for that one order, all of which I am asking when I'll receive the earrings that never arrived and Dog Pawty repeatedly promising they're "on the way." It has nothing to do with the fact that I paid $6.99. It matters that a company takes your money, and then never sends you the product, and completely stops responding to your emails. The last time they responded to me was on Dec. 12, and I've emailed them twice since - no response. Don't waste your money.

I recently purchased 2 collars, one for my moms black lab, my mom has a hard time seeing and at night with the collar on she can see her in the yard and if our black lab wandered in the front yard the collar helps drivers see her. The second collar was for a cat who would sometimes sneak out with dog, but with the collar we can see her and quickly grab her before. I loved them so much I purchased a third collar for my brother's new puppy. Great Product!

I ordered a "free" dog seatbelt with $9 shipping in January 2020. Yes, I know. I'm dumb and I fell for the scam. In April, I disputed the charges on PayPal and got a response saying the package was delayed because of high response but it was on the way. So I canceled the dispute. Mistake #2. Fool me twice.

So now it's September. I have emailed them once a week since August 2020. I got one response asking if I wanted the item or a refund. I said refund. They said someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. I'm still out my $9, and received nothing but headache from this terrible company.

These dog seat belts in black and purple are absolutely great! Beautiful, very helpful and strong, ( one of my dogs is 30 kilos) and washable!
It took a little bit long to arrive, but it was definitely worth it!

Ordered a dog harness for our Westie, size small. Queried after 6 weeks as to shipping delays or details.
Prompt reply stating they would look into the matter. Appears the shipment was lost somewhere in China.
Requested a refund. Prompt reply stating a manager would contact us within 48 hours.
2 weeks later have sent a second request for a refund and still have not heard from them.
Poor customer service and support.
Would not recommend dealing with this website.

Collar is great! It is really brought and perfect for walking your dog in the evening. Neighbors ask where I got it all the time. Also my dog is large and has a habit of pulling during a walk. The collar hasn't broken or been damaged by her enthusiasm and we have been using it for about 4 months now.

Was not sure about ordering the "free" necklace but thought I would since pay shipping only. It took several weeks as comes from overseas but worth the wait. Ordered another one & it got delayed but the company was very good at updating me. Glad I ordered these as good memory keepsakes of my 2 dogs i recently lost. I will order again but just allow plenty of time for receiving it.

Big 0 review. Dog pawty is a scam. They lure you in with free promo jewelry. Ordered LED collar. Finally received after a month.
Also repeatedly requested refund during wait. Very obvious collar is cheap, doesn't light up, or fit my dog. Still asking for refund. Have search, & searched for an address to RETURN collar. This online site jabber is a big RIP-OFF.

We LOVE the collars! We got a different color for each of our four dogs and so now when we are out in our huge back yard at night or early in the morning and the dogs make a bee line out the back door we can see where they are and get them rounded up pretty quickly! Also it is much safer now when we take them walking for the cars to see them as they are blinking ahead of us as we walk not just shining eyes! The batteries seem to last a very long time and the quality of the collar itself has held up well! These dogs are no joke! They run and play and rough house with each other and the collars have held up to all of that! The lights are bright enough to show through our huge Siberian Huskys thick fur around his neck so even his collar is of help! Thank you for making such a great product!

We are thinking these will make great gifts for our friends and familys pets!

I ordered a pair of paw earrings and a bracelet paid over $27. What I got was plastic and cheap metal. I also ordered 2 t-shirts one was iron on not screened the was a full size smaller than marked. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They also tricked one my orders to add an item I did not want. First they said they'd refund the amount but didn't. I am still waiting over 2 weeks. I complained so they gave me an additional refund. I will probably never see them. They never answer their phone or return calls. This place is a scam!

I don't wear much jewelry... but I love the expandable bangle bracelets from Dogpawty so much that I don't leave the house without one! I've got a drawer full of them, and can't wait to see new designs to add to my collection!

Im still waiting for my collar after 90 days. Spoke with two customer representatives which are clearly robots. I have now asked for a refund of the shipping charges and keep getting the run around! Avoid this company its a scam. I have contacted the BBB of New Mexico where they are located and I recommend everyone who was cheated by dog pawty do the same! By the way I was forced to give a 1 rating but that is too high!
