I ordered an item and it was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days. 10 days go by and no item. I messaged them twice before I received a response and then I got a snotty response with the link for my tracking number for the item. When you go into the link it says it had been delivered 3 days ago. So I messaged again and included a screenshot of the tracking stating it was delivered. I got a crappy response back with more excuses and telling me I could not receive a refund because it was still in transit. Horrible customer service and crappy business practices.

I purchased cupboard handles and drawer pulls from DoorCorner. The "owner" Genny replied to me with a couple of queations and we struck up a conversation over my name and her mother's. She seemed very nice. Then, I decided to get 29 hinges. Everything still OK. Then the hinges arrived from a place called DiscountHomeFurnishings, Inc. They would not operate correctly on mu cupboard.

I emailed Genny for a return. No answer. I went to her website and clicked on returns, That site would not work. I emailed Genny again, Ho answer. I tried the return button again and with lots of effort, it brought up a set of forms to be filled out on-line. The last page said "someone" would be contactng me with instructions in 1 to 2 business days. They did not. I phoned Genny and left a message. No answer back,

After 7 business days, I tried again. I filled out the forms and 4 days went by. No one answered me. I sent another email to Genny. No answer.

I went on-line and searched DiscountHome----. I found that this whole set up is what is called "Work From Home". It's a network that operates something like the old progressive dinners. They are overseen by the Federal Trade Commission. I am filing a complaint with them, and the California Attorney General's office. I am having trouble getting documents for all of this because they have their website set so that customers cannot make copies of their account, etc. TI paid over $115 for the hinges. I am retired and cannot afford this loss. His is a scam outfit and people should stay away.

No way to contact this company to discuss a purchase or return. Have made numerous attempts via their emails and no replies. Only way to contact is email for questions and or return and need a RGA # to return via their online submission request and no reply there either... Lost at what to do next as I've been very patient for two weeks and numerous attempts.

I purchased from this site and they sent me the wrong items. However, they insisted I had ordered the wrong items. I returned the items per their instructions and didn't even as for a refund of the return shipping. Then ordered (again) the correctly sized items. They kept emailing me telling me the first order was my fault. And then they went in and actually cancelled my second order because they were angry. I didn't ask for or give permission for them to cancel the order. They did it without any approval from me. And all because they didn't like the fact that I said they had lost a customer. So they sent the wrong materials the first time, displayed abysmal customer service via email, then arbitrarily canceled my second order without permission.

Do not order from this site. It will be nothing but frustration, inaccuracy, and dreadful customer service - and this is from one of the owners.

I bought two glass brass cabinet knobs. They're beautiful! Shipping was only a few days, and the experience was great! No complaints here

The website is very informative with helpful hints and how to's. They carry a nice selection of products with various finishes. Pricing is about half of the big box stores and they didn't make up the difference with inflated shipping charges! The quality of products I received were great. I am extremely satisfied and will recommend DoorCorner to everyone!

The "saying you get what you pay" for is rarely wrong. I didn't have a problem with doorcorner, the product shipped promptly, and received promptly. The quality of the product is sub par. We bought the Cosmas brand, which I would not recommend. The finish is of poor quality. They were priced substantially less than Amerock, and there is a reason why. They are not near the quality. We got what we paid for. I would recommend staying away from Cosmas, spend a little more for Amerock or a similar with a proven quality reputation.

I found just what I was looking for on your website. The price was half of what it was at the big box stores. Delivery was fast. I would buy from this site again. In cahoots with Walmart. Selling switch plate on Walmart site for $1.65 plus shipping. Neither door corners or Walmart will honor the posted price. Switch and bait with a $10.00 plate!

Wow. Needed to upgrade my brass knobs on doors and my hinges, this site was easy to find what I wanted and it was here in a couple days. Customer service solved a problem within minutes ON A SUNDAY. I could not be more happy with my order, this website and the quality - and the price is WAY below big box stores!
