My mom says thanks for the fast delivery and top quality roses delivered yesterday. They're really beautiful and very vibrant.

I ordered over a week prior to Valentine's Day. Paid for rush processing and expedited shipping ordered the bear and a galaxy rose. One gift made it on valentines the other made it the next day which is pretty ridiculous for price of shipping. The gifts are cool for what they are the company handling is the downfall. Probably won't order again.

To start this off I almost never write a review, this company I am completely convinced is a scam and I wish I looked into it before making a purchase, I spent $350 dollars on a box of preserved roses for Valentine's Day and at first they took 10 days to even ship the item after having to be reminded 4 times about it, secondly once they claimed to drop this off at the carrier it never moved from its Los Angeles location and when I reached back out two days before Valentine's Day they didn't care to help and locate the flowers and resolve the issue. At first I was denied a refund so I had the order protection help me get my money back as I was not paying for this low quality service and a package I never received. Very unhelpful and seemingly fraudulent company! BEWARE.

I bought something for my wife for valentines day with over a week in advance to get it shipped out to arrive on time. I even got spammed emails from this company saying to get in orders before valentines day before its too late! What do you know? It never arrived on time and is expected to be delivered by the end of the week. Never again will I buy anything from this place, spammed me with emails and did not commit to their end of getting customers what they promised. What a shame!

I ordered a Valentine's Day gift Feb 10 days ahead paid for 1-3 days shipping still no package Doses of Roses never responded back tracking number was empty for 2 items only one showed shipped or moving its 3 days after Valentine's Day no items very bad poor customer service they dont reassure you and once they send you a tracking number good luck your on you own from there buy at your own risk. They have yet to respond back or send a replacement item.

I placed an order for 2 large rose bears for valentines day two weeks before 02/14/23
I received only 1 bear on 02/06/23. After numerous attempts for almost two weeks of calling and email and chat with this company I still have not received the missing bear. At this point this companies lack of customer service I will have to stop somewhere last minute and get my daughter a different gift. I will never shop with this company again. There are plenty of websites even amazon that are offering similar products and i guarantee they will have better service

I ordered a rose bear for a valentine's gift. I paid for expedited shipping and order protection with a delivery date of 02/14/2022. Total cost $139. On 02/14/2022, I checked to see when the gift would be delivered... it had not even shipped. I attempted chat message, email and phone call, all with negative contact. I cancelled my order and disputed the charge to my bank. Cannot be depended on. I will never use this company, again.

My Galaxy Enchanted Rose arrived just after Christmas. The packing was thorough and the product appeared pristine. But the lights inside the bell jar don't turn on. After several attempts to reach customer service with no response, I've given up trying to find a solution.

I bought this because it was unusual and different from the norm. My girl loves shiny & sparkly things anyway. A tad bit pricey for a fake plastic rose but it certainly sparkles in the sunlight. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase.

Purchased for anniversary with expedited processing and priority shipping. Delivery date was supposed to be 3/17 but didn't show till 3/21. Requested refund on 17th (got a message saying it was preparing to be shipped) yet they still shipped the product and held a portion of my money. They never answer their phone and only responded when I filed a complaint with the BBB. Needless to say the product that arrived was sub-par, was expecting a real flower per the website but got a plastic pos that's screwed together

The roses I got last weekend were truly a white delight. They look so wonderful on my mom's vanity table. She says the flowers were rejuvenating for her.

I ordered a rose bear on June 9th 2023 and it never shipped out but money was taken from my account immediately. I've called the number they have listed but it's a answering machine that says please call back during normal business hours. Regardless of time i call it says the same thing. I even paid for order protection and i get no response from them either. They even send you these discount codes to get you to order. Dose of Rose's and order protection are scamming together.

We ordered roses and never received them. The phone number and email is not accurate. Whenever you call no one answers and they never responded to my text.

Paid extra to ensure delivery before Feb 14, they were late on top of sending the entire order on separate days, not as one. Terrible, no contact number for support. And oh yea, they never sent roses but gave an extra teddy bear.

Scammed me of over $700. I have emailed them countless times with zero reply. They are sociopaths who run this company. Still waiting on my order despite the lies of expedited shipping/processing. They will fraud you too. Con artists! DO NOT DO IT!

I ordered my package 2 weeks in advance just so it make it deliver on time for Vday, not only my package was delivered a day after, it was also incomplete (I'm missing the bunny flower) I contacted with multiple emails but no avail, I will never order from dose of roses

I cant help but be fascinated at how much convenience the services here have brought me. The delivery was fast and was easy to follow up. Love love the tracking system.

I order an item that is not what I expected and I try to start a refund on their website and it showed an error saying my email and order number wasn't a match. Try to contact them through their chat and no one responded. Try emailing them and no one responded. Try calling them but no one answered and I was calling during their business hour. This company is just a big scam. They just want to take your money and that's it. All the celebrities that they work with are probably just being paid by the company so they can be seen like a reputable company. I would never place an order from them again.

I paid extra for a mother's day arrival ($19.99), about a week in advance (plenty of time). Sadly, it did not arrive on said day, arriving the next day ruining the holiday. All they did was refund 40% of shipping cost, which is woopty doo, $8.00. Gee thanks

If you are reading this do yourself a favor and do not order from this company! I order 3 items from this place totaling almost $200 I never received anything! After numerous attempts of trying to contact customer service I never received any updates on when I would get my items or the refund that I asked for. I paid $35 for expedited shipping and here it is almost a month after I order and still haven't received a thing! I'm currently filing a complaint to the BBB! Customer service said they were going to send my complaint to the shipping manager and I'd get an update still nothing! Please believe the negative reviews! They are REAL! The good reviews has to be coming from employees this company is a complete scam! If I could have given it 0 stars I would have. It only has one star just to inform anyone else that might be looking into buying this from this place!

I received my bear covered in glue not to mention I did NOT receive the beautiful display box that they advertise. My bear was thrown in a box with bubble wrap and a black bow around the neck. Spent money for expedited shipping and received my order a week later. This company has the worst customer service. I made numerous attempts to reach out with no response. They delete all the negative reviews on social media and ignore their paying customers.

I wanted to give my sister something unique on her special day so I bought DoR's violet rose bear since violet is her fave color. The look on her face when she got it was crazy good. She loved it.

I ordered a galaxy rose from them and paided 20 extra dollars for their mothers day express delivery and it said that the galaxy rose would be shipped to my house by the 7th in time for mothers day and they have yet to send it to the post office let alone to me. When you offer a service and people pay for said services you should hold up your end of the deal and provide such services. So far this company isn't worth the time and people should avoid doing business with such a shady company. If my order isn't here by tomorrow which is mothers day, I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
