After I filled in my card details and clicked checkout, it goes to a Marko Rubio site asking to pay/donate between $7- to over $1000. I didn't click any amount but clicked the next button, it then says the site has expired. I had to repeat the registration process because I thought I delayed that's why '' process has expired'' came up. The same thing occurred the second time. I called their office that moment on 10/17/2015 at 11:50 am and I was told by a lady that I was charged twice because I repeated the process, and that I would receive a refund in 5 business days. My problem was that the website has been designed to be deceptive, which makes you think that Marko Rubio (a presidential candidate, i guess) is a third party which charges you or you need to donate before you can finalize your payment. This lady was rude and wasn't ready to listen to me. I know this might have happened to a lot of people and I wanted that to be changed.
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE PAYING THRU THIS WEBSITE. This website is a rip off. It charges more than TWICE the actual amount due for the UCR renewal than the correct website. They also take their sweet time submitting the payment to information to IFTA. Your IFTA renewal application will be kicked out and your IFTA account will be cancelled. TO SAVE MONEY AND HAVE THE INFORMATION GO DIRECTLY TO IFTA PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING www.ucr.in.gov. It saves you money and time and most importantly it doesn't take you 8 hours to figured out you paid the wrong people.
