In 2020 I pre-ordered 4 different Pokemon Elite Trainer Boxes and the owner of the company emailed me personally after my order confirmed and thanked me for my purchase. I was so stoked to have such great service, but after this initial order everything went downhill. I waited about half a year and started to become worried about my pre-orders, so I emailed them and they assured me that new waves of ETB's would be coming in, but they never did. Not too long ago I pressured them openly on social media about scamming their customers and they still did nothing except lock their Instagram account from allowing comments.

Here it is almost two years later and my $230 USD worth of orders have not been fulfilled, and they continue to avoid my contact. I will be getting the better business bureau involved.

I know small business needs help during these times but lack of communication to your customers is not "the way".

Preordered some ETBs for a gift and my order was cancelled for no reason with zero explanation. Absolutely terrible, they will be very disappointed to hear about this unfair service.

Will not respond to repeated e-mails regarding an ETB order placed 6 months ago. Just want my order fulfilled or refunded.

Been expecting my shipment and i have yet to receive anything. Shipping stated delivery back in February and now in March i have yet to year a word. I am not sure if this website is legit or just pulling one over on people. I will be following up and filing a claim to try and retrieve my funds from this place.

Ordered 2 Funko pops. 1 came perfect the other was damaged. Contacted Dragon Eye gaming about replacing the item, through customer support email and also called their listed phone number. No one has

Some pre-orders were cancelled for no reason at all. Updates were not provided for pre-orders that weren't cancelled even long after the estimated ship date.

Ordered Tenyas from them back in AUGUST 2018. Said they would process refunds once they cannot fulfill. Their main distributor is Entertainment Earth. They KNEW from months ago that they would not receive any from them but wanted to hold the funds until 180 days past the paypal dispute period. This is currently being disputed with my credit card company. DO NOT get yourself in this nightmare. It's not worth it. At the end of the day, it's only 100 dollars but it's the principle of it and being scammed by a bunch of losers really irks me.

Pre-ordered a Diamond form Emma Frost Funko POP Halloween Comicfest exclusive months in advance, Halloween came and went no POP. Took several days and several communication platforms (i. E. FaceBook, e-mail, telephone messages) to get any sort of response from seller, who stated they had not received product and could not give me an ETA other sometime in November... more weeks passed and still no product. Contacted seller at the end of November, at which time seller cancelled my order and refunded my money.

Never received order and they will not contact me back I have tried emailing them and calling them but no response

I ordered a Christmas Dorbz Grinch ride for my Christmas display on October 8th. Never heard anything, finally contacted them to see where it was, oh, it just came in yesterday! Yeah right, item didnt arrive until 12/28. Too late. Last time for dragon eye.

Needed one more item to make a complete set. They shipped it to me within days. The man who waited on us knew exactly what character we were missing

Product came in fantastic packaging to preserve its perfect condition. Owner was very helpful with the shipping problem I had and very considerate. Would highly recommend ordering from them.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the folks at Dragon Eye Gaming. Great Communication. As like other smaller distributors, the delivery time for preorders can take a while but they were completely open with me and communicated the entire process with me, and I was totally ok with waiting a bit. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone else! Extremely fair pricing as well!

Customer service sucks. They never reply back to you and you wait for ever for the product. By the time you receive it, its been out for months.

Orders came in mint condition, good service and communication, They gave me option to pick up or delivery which was great, definitely a top site to order from.

First time on the site. Prices are great. It was easy to find what I was looking for. Also there is local pickup in the NJ which is nice. Found out the owner/operator is and part of the same Funko group I'm on in FB.
