First and far most! Y'all hire the most unprofessional people in history. They cuss and smell like weed and they just ghetto all of them. Then y'all open up at 11@ which is crazy to me y'all are a business. Then to top it y'all close at 5. I rather spend my money at footlocker. Y'all need a lot of work.then y'all took the point system away towards raffles I don't do raffles I like to just buy the shoe and those points would give me money off but now y'all got rid of that. I don't even know how y'all still in business.

Went into the Northlake Mall Charlotte NC location. There were atleast 4 young salespeople standing around the cash register laughing and talking I browsed around for about ten minutes waiting to see if anyone was going to ask if I needed help. No one ever did. They never spoke to me at all the entire time I was in there. Terrible customer service very unprofessional. I will never go in that location again.

DTLR VILLA, seem to be a scam site, I ordered a nike windrunner jacket, and never received purchased item, DTRL customer say package was delivered and they are not responsible for their merchandise once it leaves their store; how convenient, and where's the proof it actually left their store. I know I have proof I have 4 cameras in my front yard and I work from my home and there was no package delivered. Beware of scam I would not trust who ever DTRL with my person info. Look at BBB

I Would use a trustworthy, reputable Store. Seems like a scan. Check them out on BBBsite

Unfortunately, the items I purchased from DTLR arrived with the sensor tag still attached. After calling them several times, being on hold for extended periods, and being hung on multiple times before I could even speak to anyone. When I finally spoke to a representative he requested that take a picture and email it. Which of course I did. He then tells me that it has to be reviewed. He requested that I call back to see the status. He did inform me that at some point they would send a return label and I would need to return the item. I have to start the process all over again, and if I'm lucky enough to speak to someone and if they received the email and processed it. I have to drive to UPS and return the item. Now that is a bit much for a mistake that DTLR made Not to mention my grandson will not have his Christmas gift. I am extremely upset!

Dtlr advertises a "trendsetter award program" to loyal customers. I am a sneaker collector, I've been collecting shoes since 2003. I spend more money on shoes than the average consumer. The program works like this, you earn 1 point for every $1.00 spent on qualifying purchases, For every 500 points earned, receive a $25 Reward. On February 24 2022, I had a total of 3,952 points on my account, that means I've spent close to $4,000 with this company in the past few months. I save my rewards for raffle releases incase I win, so the stuff that sits on the shelf, I normally pay full price for. On February 28th I purchased 1 pair of shoes from my normal waldorf location, and was surprised that I had no points on my account. Dtlr sent me an email stating " We have looked into your profile and have concluded that we see patterns of a "bulk buyer/reseller". The problem is i'm actual a sneaker collector, a customer should not be punished because they spend too much money. That's absolutely ridiculous, to support a company as a regular customer and be punished isn't right. Everything I buy from this company is for personal use from me or my family, I am highly disappointed, reinstating my points is not enough, you should value your top customers and not treat them like this. I am owed $200 in coupons from this company. If you don't want to award your loyal customers, just end the program. Thanks!

I ordered several Christmas items from DTLR. One item (Nike joggers) didn't fit my grand. I took them to the 2244 N Collins store in Arlington Tx with all receipts for a return or even an exchange. The assistant store manager Naomi told me since it was 3 days past the 30 return policy I could only have an exchange or gift card. I opted for the gift card. She then tells me she couldn't give me a gift card either so I asked what I was to do, she didn't know. So I'm just stuck with them her reply "yea basically". Ppl stop giving these poorly managed rude employee business our hard earned money. These companies will put a stop to it when it hits them in the pocket.

Now she has a better job n no racist remarks, sexual remarks, n assault, throwing shoe box at her. Your company puts up with racism therefore your all racists. Now she makes 50 cents less an hour n gets a paid lunch n two 15 minute breaks. Ha... n you still ain't fired the racial $#*!! Smh. Someday you'll get sued cause of her racism. Y'all should be ashamed of her N yourselves!

I needed to shoes by this weekend so I paid the UPS next Day air shipping. I woke up this morning and the order was canceled. I'm so sad because I really needed the order for today and without them telling me the item is out of stock when I place the order from the jump yards of the money off my card but the shoes were out of stock now I have to wait 10 business days for my money to financially come back to my card.

I would rate zero stars if I could, I am still waiting on a resolution to an order I placed December 10 2023. I placed order for newly dropped jordans and paid more for 2 day fedex shippingand and received order confirmation email. Next day I received email saying order was shipped along with tracking number etc, problem is tracking only says label created. Obviously order was never shipped out. I emailed to see the status and about a week later received an email giving a refund of 8 dollars for shipping which is totally ridiculous they couldn't even refund total shipping cost. I've called customer service numerous times and always says either 11 or 12 minutes wait time but I waited nearly an hour and it finally hangs up on me. I've sent probably 20 emails total trying to get this resolved, the shoes were supposed to be a Xmas present but they don't have anymore so I just need a refund. I should not have to wait a month to get my money back for something company screwed up on. Completely worthless customer service every time I do get a response back it takes them a week to respond back snd that brings us to now.

I was told being that my package stated delivered and was signed I wasn't eligible for a refund on my stolen item I didn't receive. I will not be ordering from this website never again. What a Christmas

I got three pairs of Jordan's from them and a couple of Nike's for my girlfriend. The offers given by the company were insane and I had to buy a lot of shoes and add them to my collection. I had little doubts about the authencity of the shoes, whether they were actually Nike and Jordan's but after I received them, I was sure that they were. Great shoes! Will be returning again to order from y'all!

Not only did this company send me a non-working pair of light-up sneakers for my daughter, but they were also NOT going to send me a new pair, or my money back due to her wearing them ONE TIME. How were we supposed to know whether the products worked or not if we didn't try them on? When we realized they didn't work, we sent them back in hopes of receiving a working pair. To my shock and disgust, I was told that there would be no new shoes or money coming back to me. They offered to send me the original defective shoes, or charge me more money for another pair. I spent a whopping $70 on these shoes! Luckily the manager was having a busy day and decided to do a one-time courtesy and refund me for the shoes. HOWEVER, there will be absolutely no chance of this happening a second time. I will walk barefoot before I order shoes from this company again. If you need shoes, please buy them DIRECTLY FROM THE ORIGINAL COMPANY (ex.-Sketchers, Nike, etc.)!

I will never use DTLR app again. I ordered a size 9 shoe for the Jordan 9 raffle, but got a size 7.5 order receipt. WTF! I have been waiting for these shoes and I picked a size 9! I will never order from the app again. Pissed! Now they are sold out of 9!

I was looking for a specific BOOT & it was sold out everywhere, I came across *DTLR* which I had never heard of before but figured I would check it out.Well not only did they have the boot in stock they had every size including mine, I continued to look around there website and found a few other boots, sneakers that I liked for myself and Christmas gifts. So I gave them a shot and ordered Nike Duck boots & a pair of Nike Air Max LTD 3s sneakers both sold out in my size everywhere and both at a lower price anywhere that I found by over $25.00. So all of that being said I received delivery in 3 days with both pairs in perfect condition. The workers does not greet customers at all. I went in there on 7/10/23 no one spoke even the young manager she told me when I went back in there to tell them they have poor customer service the young manager told me I could came to her ask for help. I had a friend went in that morning they didn't even acknowledge her. Then when I talk to a friend the next day 7/11/23 she came in the store on store and no one even acknowledge her. These young people needs some training on customers service. Also when I went in there other people was coming in looking at shoes they didn't even spoke to me. When I went in footlocker they workers was in there and they all spoke then young gentleman came as me could he help me they had 1000 more times better customer service. The worst experience I had at DTLR in Spotsylvania Towne Center

I ordered 2 pair of Jordans, t-shirts to match and a pair of leggings on Friday around 11. The site promises to send all orders out same day if made prior to 1 pm. Its the following Wednesday and no packages have been delivered. I paid for the 2 day expedited shipping. The leggings say they'll be delivered Friday, one of the t-shirts is suppose to deliver today. How strange is it that that the Jordan's have been in the "label created "status since Friday when I made the purchase. I contacted customer service. The lady said she tried to refund the shipping fee to my bank account but its being rejected. This is a common excuse that I'm seeing being used by their customer service reps with other people as well. I told her that I had already contacted Fed ex and they havent even received the shoes yet. She said that she sent the two locations an email but they don't open until 11am so she won't know anything until then. I asked her could she just have them to keep the shoes and allow me to pick up the sizes that I needed from nearby stores since they obviously havent sent them out yet and she said "unfortunately we are unable to do that." I don't understand why they can't bc they obviously seperated the 1 order into several, shipping from different locations anyway. My order was $556.07. Ive read reviews where people are saying that DTLR is saying that they'll refund for items that weren't shipped but are not keeping their promise. Ive also read reviews where people are saying that days after the delivery date they are receiving "order canceled" messages saying that they will reimburse and they never do. I honestly believe that their employees are stealing merchandise and DTLR doesn't have the decency to give you back your hard earned money. I will never purchase from them again. Hibbet never disappoints, Dillard's never disappoints, Bloomingdales and several others but DTLR is a rip off and I would recommend anyone to ever order from them unless they want to be robbed and scammed.

Only 2 of the 5 items are even scheduled to be delivered. I have yet to receive anything from a $556.07 order that I placed.

I shopped in the Governors squares store, and they were less than friendly. Everyone in the store had a pissed off attitude. They barely greet you, and the customer service is poor. I spend money in this location a few times a year, spending atleast 200$ every time. This time the customer service cost them business. I will not be returning to this location until they get better staff and management. Rudeness should never be tolerated, and they are lucky it wasn't a secret shopper or someone else important. You do not know the people who patron your business, and I'm very well know enough to stop business from happening. In the future I hope they do a better job of screening friendly employees.
