Dress was not what was pictured. It was made of cheap fabric. Tried to return and they told me I couldn't. Out $170! A scam.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Terrible return policy. It's an online store but all sales are final? No refunds or exchanges? My mom ordered a mother-of-the-bride dress in her exact size and the way it's tailored makes the dress fit so wrong. She wanted to return it and pick out a new dress, still using Dylan and David's, but we found out that the return policy is a tiny little tab at the bottom of the page. Unfortunately, we assumed that this was a reputable company that cared about customers. Unbelievable.

I ordered a dress based on the size chart. The dress came quickly and seemed ok. However, it didn't look exactly the same as the picture online and I looked hideous in it. I would never wear it to my daughters wedding. I know they have a strict return policy but I reached out anyway and sent pictures. They said they would give me $10 back ($160 purchase price). And they would deduct 15% restocking fee plus shipping cost for sending and return. So, unless you have exact off the rack sizes (and are a skinny size 8) and are prepared to accept the dress no matter how it looks on you, don't buy from this company. Not worth it.

This place is terrible! I purchased a dress that arrived a mess! The waist line was down around my knees. When I tried to get my money back, they stated no, you ordered the wrong size. Buy American!

This place is a scam. I ordered a dress according to their measurements which was 2 sizes bigger than my normal size. Got the dress and it's like 4 sizes to small. It's really really heavy and the crystalls are falling off. They want you to send them pictures and then your measurements to hopefully prove you ordered the wrong size. Well I am not playing their game. I will dispute credit card charge and get my money back and keep the dress. I can sew so can probably alter it to be wearable by somebody.

OMG seriously the worst customer service. The worst dress I have ever ordered online. Cheap, wrong color, wrong fabric and definitely not anything like the photo in the catalog. So so disappointed. I reached out after I hadn't received my rush order to cancel my order. They refused to cancel my order and insisted on sending me this piece of junk. Seriously it looks like a choir gown the I sewed myself. Lesson learned. I will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO EITHER.

I ordered 2 dresses that simply do NOT fit. I was asked to send pics and still no response. Disappointed!

My friend bought her wedding dress at this website and she was more than pleased with it. It did look gorgeous and of good quality, at least for its price. I mean the stitching was a little rough to me, while it saved 300+ dollars than in other stores!

Do not order from this company. I ordered 2 dresses in different colors because you couldn't tell on line. I did not make any alterations. The dresses arrived, didn't fit, the colors were horrible, and the lace on the top looked like tablecloth lace. They are not refunding my money. They made me take a picture and now they are telling me to go to a tailor to have them altered and they will give me 10% back. I used JJ's and they refunded my money and allowed me to ship back. If you don't want to throw away your money, do not use this site.

I ordered an off shoulder dress. They sent me one that hugs my neck and a very different style. I immediately followed their return process and sent a request. They replied asking for pictures. I sent pictures. I then followed up and resent the pictures 5 times over two weeks as they would t reply. I finally got a reply telling me I never sent pictures but they will give me 10% off. I'm still fighting them but it's clear they plan on ripping my off. Their service is awful and they are flat out lying. The dress they sent me isn't very close to the picture of what I ordered and it's ridiculous they won't let me return it. If there is the slightest chance you might need to return your dress do NOT risk it ordering with them.

I order this dress and it was left on my door step and taken, contacted Dylanqueen to be told to contact royal mail which I did and they issued a refund with Dylanqueen yet every time I email to get a refund they tell me they are looking into it! This had been 2 months now! Absolutely awful customer service!

The dress I ordered was not even close to the correct size. After sending pictures and measurements they refused to refund me the purchase price. They suggested I sell it at a resale shop. Please don't waste your money!

I absolutely loved this dress. It worked perfectly for my sisters wedding as I was the maid of honor. I will definitely order from this site again. Being a larger woman, I totally recommend paying the extra for custom fitting, no alterations required once I received the dress. It fit perfectly. Dress is beautiful and exactly as shown. Shipping was quick and very happy with the shopping experience with Dylanqueen. Will order from them again.

I purchased a dress, using my measurements. The dress does not reflect the size guide presented on the website. Buyer beware. They will also not accept returns. As the customer service representative stated in her email, "It's a pity."

Was specifically told I could return. The color is wrong, does not fit. Made me take pictures of dress on, still wont return.

I bought a dress for a gala.
1st it's not true to size!
2nd it's not what it seems!
3rd. Trying to get in contact with customer service is a nightmare!
4th. It's a lie the make it impossible for a refund.

It's such a pity that the dress doesn't fit you well. Since your dress was made in a standard size and strictly inspected before shipping out.
Could you please show us your exact measurements of bust, waist and hips with tape on or tell us your actual measurements?
We need to check if the wrong size was chosen. Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to your reply.

Final result. Don't throw away your money, especially if you are not 100% about the dress.
This was a nightmare.

Dress didn't fit. They will not give you a refund. They gave me back $10 on a $100 dress! Bad Business

I ordered what I thought was a beautiful dress for my daughter's wedding. They sent me the wrong color, insisting they were right (I'm not color blind). The dress was NOT per my measurements, so they suggested I go to a local tailor and get altered. I would have considered this, but it was the WRONG COLOR. I went back and worth with the service rep who would not budge. Told them they could keep their measley 10%. So ridiculous. Ladies: the price point may lure you in, but you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing!

I ordered a gold long sleeve vintage dress from dylan queen. I was extremely pleased with the service we received. The dress was exactly what we expected, and wanted. The quality is very good and it arrived in a very short amount of time. The selection offered at this site was incredible and anyone would be crazy to pay boutique prices when these are quality dresses at great prices. The hardest part of placing this order was making the decision on which dress to pick. Thank you, dylan queen.

They steal pictures of other peoples dresses and designs and send inferior quality products. Dress did not look like the picture and the fit made it unwearable. Do NOT purchase from them

This company leads you to believe they are out of the UK but they are from Asia! The dress material looks nothing like the website shows (it looks like sequins you would use on a little kids pageant dress) and they sewed it so terribly that the tailor is not able to correct it! I paid $149 and no matter how many times I sent pictures and tried to get them to understand they would only offer a 10% refund! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

So many things wrong with this website, to list a few:
* Constantly ignored by customer service
* Had to pay an extra (hidden) fee of £40 for customs duty though it doesn't state anywhere on their website that this might be the case
* Yelled at by customer service for wanting a refund
* Denied a refund even though the dress was NOTHING like it was shown on the website
AWFUL AWFUL experience! Any positive reviews they have are planted... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

In answer to why Dylan Queen do not answer e-mails it's because they know they are a sham site. The office of Fair Trading in the UK should investigate them. They take money from genuine people to line the pockets of Chinese business men. A total and utter scam site. The good reviews are mostly from China or surrounding area, They copy and use pictures of genuine designer dresses and pas them off as their own. Please please do not use them, you will regret it.
