Dywse

I bought two camping chairs last September of 2020. Paying 90 dollars for said chairs, expedited shipping and insurance. Have yet to receive said chairs or money back or explanation. I have contacted them twice and nothing. A bunch of thieves.

On June 12th, 2020. I order from one their adds on Facebook and today is August 25th 2020. My order is no where to be found. Please watch out these company is a scam.

Ordered sandals. Did not receive what I ordered. They will not let you return or exchange even though their website states that you can. They will try and make things right by offering partial credit. Save yourself the headache, do not order from here

I placed an order after seeing an ad on Facebook on November 26,2018. I placed an order for items totaling $157.50. After waiting for a month I tried to contact the company numerous times. The company told me to be patient and provided me with a false tracking number. I went back to DH pay to try to collect the money I paid and they will not refund my money.

I placed an order on 12/12/18, as of today 1/25/19, I have not received the package yet. I have exchanged emails with them asking for an estimated arrival date, they are not able to answer. I just placed a dispute, since no one has made a positive comment.

I order a pair of wedges TB shoes and they sent me a pair of plastic sandals, that's not what I orderded, quality is really bad, fake merchandise and from Shanghai, they don't accept returns or exchanges. They shouldn't be allowed to accept credit cards or be in biz, I don't understand how they are not in jail, selling fake Merchandise and scamming people online!

Wife ordered shoes over a month later no package finally it arrived from China in broken boxes and nothing in the order was correct. Luckily I reversed the charges on my Visa

We bought a 'tory burch' purse last month from dywse.com for what appeared to be a killer deal. Dywse shipped to us a different and really ugly 'tory burch' purse and sandals, and overcharged our credit card by a couple of bucks. Items were shipped from asia and smashed together in a tightly wrapped package.

I strongly believe the purse and sandals are knock offs.

In several e-mail exchanges, they refused to take the items back and pay for shipping, or give us a refund. They put a lot of pressure on us to keep the junk items and compensate us with coupons for future purchases. They were completely tone-deaf to our demands.

I opened a dispute with our credit card company, synchrony bank. They gave us a full refund, but i don't know if they were able to recover anything from dywse.

Stay as far away from dywse as possible. They're not a legitimate company but a scam operation selling knock-offs. You've been warned!
