The software is clunky to use. You have to log onto essentially two different sites to get it to work. You need the data recovery download up and running then you have to log into their website and then you need to input the serial license. Once all that is done you can recover your data. I have had nothing but great customer service, i click and they are there. Very helpful. The payment feature is a nightmare because it tells you to pay when you paid. They really need to update that so once paid, you don't see a request to buy the product again. That resulted in my purchasing 3 licenses. They reversed one, i will keep one and i will have my credit card reverse one. That's a pain in the neck.

I bought the disc copy software to migrate my hard drive. Their website says: "We do have 30 days money-back guarantee and if the software cannot help you solve your issue, we will issue you a refund." The software didn't work. So I bought a Samsung drive with free migration software that worked perfectly.
I requested a refund and they refused. So much for their promise as quoted above.
Don't use this company. $20 wasted.

EaseUS sells software that is supposed to help you recover lost data. However, when the software doesn't work, as in my case, there is usually no refund. They tell me I should have used the trial version first. But there was no trial version! After download and scan, I got a pop up screen instructing me to pay first before I could further make use of the software. I got a chaotic mess of so-called recovered data, about 10% of what was lost. And a subscription to monthly payments that I never asked for. No use and totally ineffective. After a long discussion they finally agreed to refund. If some of their programs do work for some people, apparently they got luckier than me.

I planed to use the software to move contacts from my iphone to outlook. It did not work as advertised. Regardless I paid the $25.39 fee because I downloaded and used the software. I thought that would be the end of it. What I didn't know is they automatically enrolled me in a monthly subscription plan and charged $25.39 one month later. When I requested a refund they denied the request In my opinion this company is fraudulent and perhaps criminal. Do not do business with this organization if you can help it.
This program failed to recover most of my accidentally deleted files. I was refused a refund; they told me it was because I had written to my hard disk after file deletion. But I didn't see anything warning me against downloading the program to the affected drive, or any instructions on how to install it on an external drive.
They have purchased 531,40₺ for membership by my card they didn't activate my membership nor return / refund my money back. Their customer service is slow and they postpone giving answers to keep money in. They are not a good and reliable company. Avoid from them! I lost my money without any service. Awful! I sent them an email many times and they did not even care all the time they repeat same things. They are talking about my cc didn't work and I am talking about the purchase from my debit card. So they don't even listen or read what their customer says. 0 / 10!
I used Data Recovery but it scanned for a long time. Thus, I stopped it and restarted again. It was still so I gave up.

Easeus promised to refund my money before signing the contract. It was written on their website as 30 days money back guarantee. Actually I bought it by mistake and in 2 minutes after buying, I sent them an email which requests a refund without even using. Customer service named 'Quinn Liam' told me that I am not eligible for a refund and they offered me one month free instead. Why do you offer one month free? They know they have to refund the money but they do everything to deceive client to not give a refund. This is such a scam
I am using the free version so no tech support but have not needed it. Easy to use and does auto backups of your choosing in nice user interface. Highly recommended.
I bought software expecting to be able to get a refund if it didn't work. It was for an iPhone and apparently you have to have a Windows PC to be able to use it and I only have MacOS. I realized what happened before I downloaded the program or attempted to use the code and sent them a refund request almost immediately. They told me I should have read the fine print and that wasn't a good enough reason to refund me. Never doing business with this company again, only brand names from now on!

None, I mistakenly bought a program for my iPhone that only works with Windows.
Purchased this software with the intention to backup hard disks of 4 personnal PCs; To realize after purchase that one licence is for one PC only. Description of the product is misleading. It says backup your disks (with s) but the fine prints say one PC. I sent customer service a screenshot of the description, Ewan, EaseUS Support Center replied the following: "On the screenshot you sent, it didn't mention one license for multiple PCs too. Before purchasing, you should look more detail of the program on website."
Totally lying about it being free. It says up to 5 programs and 2GB can be transfered for Free.
I connected 2 PCs picked a 51 MB program it immediately said I needed to register, then picked another 733 KB program (added pic) - same thing. Talked to support and they just offered me a small discount. Totally false advertising!
Never trust this Company. 30-day money back guarantee refund is a scam. I found that many posts and reviews also mention that this company will never refund to you after you cannot recover the files from their softwares even you complain within 30 days. I bought a license (EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Professional(Yearly Subscription) 17.0 few days ago. The softwares cannot recover my files. I ask for my refund and they just always said that your files are damaged and cannot fulfill the refund policy. How they know my files damage? Why they dont say that their softwares cannot recover my files? Just a scam to refuse customers refund. Never Never buy softwares from this company
This company do not care about customer satisfaction. Very difficult to add to those negative reviews they have already received. It ruins your programs and it does not do what you expect. If you request a refund, you get this response:" Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate your request for a refund.
Simply it is a rogue company and taking fraudulently your money. I am truly shocked to see company like Easeus still trading on line.

I bought original programs without using any PC to PC software.
I lost a file with a microsoft update. I tried the trial of this software and it said it found the file. Just pay $75 for the full version to open the document. Once I'd paid, it no longer could find the file. I asked for a refund. I was told there was a trial and I should have used that (see above). Now twice they are trying to upsell me... Let's make it lifetime software for just a bit more. No? Well let's sell you this other software that's sure to work. Buyer beware! This is a scam.
I bought this software with the intent to clone 2 micro SD cards, I had no success, and neither the support was able to do the clone, so I asked for the money back and they refused to do so. Very bad experiences with this EaseUS, I do not recommend

After almost a decade of being a loyal customer of EaseUS, I encountered their cold shoulder of customer no service.
I recently purchased their PDF Editor for my MacBook only to discover it was for Windows systems only. Under the "Learn Mire" banner I saw "OS" and concluded it was for Mac OS and Windows. There were also flashing Mac banners on the page too.
The product only works on Windows systems so I requested a refund and EaseUS refused. Even after I explained the situation and told them I'd been a documented customer since 2014, EaseUS Customer Service still refused to issue a full refund. EaseUS always addressed me as "Customer" instead as a real person.
I will never purchase products from EaseUS in the future and advise anyone else to avoid this company due to their lack of customer care and service.

looked at a program to copy one laptop to another. before using, looked at promised results. cancelled and asked for refund as i did not open the program. 2nd issue repair win10 boot record failed and destroyed the backup win10 running the laptop.
I tried a free evaluation of one easeus' products. It didn't work for me. I continue to receive product sales SPAM despite having unsubscribed repeatedly.
Their marketing is aggressive and unprofessional. They are not to be trusted with your data.
I suggest you avoid them like the plague.
I had an old have drive with some pictures on it that died, and I wanted to recover the photos. So I turned to easeus's software to try and recover it, as it was well reviewed. The free installation detected many files on the hard drive that it could recover, but I had to buy the full software to try and recover them. Fair enough. So I shelled out the $76 to buy a 1 month subscription to use the product, which was the only way you can buy it.
After running for many hours, the software failed to recover a single file, despite having identified many file names it claimed it could recover during the free scan.
Obviously I was disappointed, but I did not request a refund. Recovering data from dead drives is a tricky business, and I knew there were no guarantees going into it.
However. Remember that one month subscription I mentioned earlier? I took that to mean that I could only use the software for one month. Silly me. In the fine print (who reads it?) it is stated that not only was I buying a one month subscription, but that I was also entering into a monthly subscription for it. To be billed $76 every month.
So imagine my surprise when I get another $76 bill a month later. I canceled the subscription and requested a refund of course, but the refund request was rejected. That's all according to their plan, I'm sure. I ended up paying $150 for software that didn't work. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere if you need to recover data from a faulty hard drive.
Be warned easeus, double the subscription cost in the 2nd year, so if you think it will auto renew at a reasonable price it won't, the increase is subtly mentioned in the renewal email but is easy to miss, once renewed they will not refund you. They just tell you it's your fault as you missed it in the fine print.

EaseUS has several products/modules dealing with backup and recovery (other types too). In this day of moving often to new computers and OSs they make the job easy and reliable. Without using these type of almost magical utilities, backing, cloning or moving to a new computer is very complex and risky. EaseUS products really are quite remarkable and priced very fairly. Support is excellent with chat windows and technical support email access. I have used and purchased EaseUS Todo Backup and it works wonderfully. I've used it to create entire clone of my hard-drive and moved that image to a new harddrive and popped that the new hard-drive in my computer and it fired right backup. Like any B/U and recovery it does take a large amount of time to complete -- but that's understandable when you are re-imaging an entire hard-drive. It worked perfectly for me. You should be fairly fluent with terms and techniques of backup and cloning, but other than that, it's really a snap.
EaseUS offers data recovery software, backup & recovery software, partition manager and PC utility software to recover data, backup PC/server, manage partition, etc.
