Woman here. I met a few reasonable people, but they weren't the right match. It's certainly not as overwhelming and draining as other dating apps.

It does suck that some men can't see your messages, because they don't have a paid membership. You will get people from across the world who don't speak English sending smiles at you. I want to see more people in my area.

It's not bad trying the app out. I deactivated it, because it felt like there weren't too many men on there. Other sites have a higher amount of people.

You can meet lots of Asian people. The live streaming feature is also very cool to meet like-minded people.

I like the app especially the live-stream feature. Lots of cool people and great content! I really enjoy watching streams on this app.

You would think a site for Asians would be more ethical, but in fact, EastMeetsEast uses the same scammy auto-renew business model to keep subscriptions going. Here, if you cancel, the subscription ends immediately, you don't get the rest of the subscription period you paid for. So it's up to you to remember when to cancel because there is no, "do not auto-renew" function. Overall, the site is vague about everything from subscriptions to the meaning of functions like "hide." It's not that hard to engineer these functions so I have to guess it is intentionally vague.

It's not only dating site, there you can stream, have a video calls and so on. I love Asian people<3<3

Don't waste your money guys! ALL the girl's profiles say they were active "more than 3 days ago", so basically you have no idea if any of them are active. I paid for the 3 month membership and there has been ZERO activity on there...asked for my money back, and NO RESPONSE...Total scam job!

Some suggestions-Girls here seem to have a habit of not responding. There should be a indicator on their profile(visible to them and others) which shows % response rate. So we can stay away from time wasters. Some gentle nudge to them to respond (doesn't matter Yes or no). Maybe you can have button for them for simple response of yes/no/maybe. Not cool to pretend to be too cool. I know you want to make it easy for girls but men paying for service should get some response otherwise they would feel wasting time and cancel service. Thank you!

Big shout out: don't sign up for EastMeetEast! They are pack of crooks and money fraud. You can hardly meet a real woman on their site, just a bunch of bots and outdated fake profiles. They give you nothing but automatically put you on a long-term subscription. You have to jump through rings of fire to cancel it. They deliberately make their cancellation policy very complicated, time-taking and misleading so that they can keep on stealing money from you. I regret having engaged with them because I wasted my money and now I'm having a hard time trying to cancel my subscription. $350 down the drain!

Most of the 'free' lady's profiles are fake. Especially when you are looking for above 40 years and older. None of the ladies write their full profile or the people behind don't have time to complete the fake details. So 90% of your smiles and chats never get response (less office staff to manage fake profiles). Do not waste your money on this site.

Don't click on this URL. You may leak all the information on your computer. I may accidentally click on this website. Every 3 months They automatically charge my credit card with a membership of $ 83.97 for the year from 2019-2020. And I Never joined the member. When I filed a fraudulent refund with my credit card company. They sent me an e-mail. They said they have all my information, my IP credit card, and my address. So I cannot get a refund.At the moment I can be sure they stole my information.

The app was great and user friendly. Met alot of cool people and found what I was looking for. Customer service was very helpful regardinging my questions and concerns and help me. One of the best Asian dating app.

I am an attractive white woman who gets 5-10 profile views daily, but not a single message or smile over several weeks (I am on Match and eHarmony and do not have the same issue). Just seems like the Asian men on this site are only looking for Asian women

I think this site is not a scam. The downside of this web is that it is a bit expensive and it is hard to take away the auto renew of the membership. But good thing about this web is that the people there are real. Also, the customer service is very patient and nice. I accidentally join the membership and they are willing to refund (well... partly because I am in New York and the state law requires them to refund within 3 days.)

I accidentally made a mistake on my subscription by choosing the wrong one and I emailed customer service for help. They got back to me and gave me instructions on how to get a refund, and it was really helpful.

There was no notification or email about any auto-renewing for EastMeetEast. They disguise their auto-renewing in the terms and customer service has no help as they say, "Auto-renewal is written in Terms you've agreed at the time of signup and purchase as well as Notes of pricing page. Unfortunately, there is a strict no refund policy for that". I had notified them the day it was renewed and they had no leeway. Absolutely terrible

I used it once and I was so dissatisfied. Don't fall for their advertisement! I'm so stupid to fall for it and I don't want to happen anyone else. Please stay away from this dating app.

This is an awesome find! After trying many dating apps this app helped me finally meet an Asian girl with a cultural background before I was about to completely give up. Can't believe I didn't meet her before, she lives only 20 minutes drive away. Couldn't be better! Thank you EastMeetEast!
